What are you not using at all?

My watch is still on pre-clocks- forward time. If this goes on long enough I won’t have to change it.

dudsville · 13/04/2020 19:59

Another one here to say my handbag has not been touched for several weeks! I wear a bra for one hour a day and makeup has not been touched. My homeware had become some very comfortable wide legged toast trousers with a range of slippers.

dudsville · 13/04/2020 19:59

And odd course some tops, tee shirts mainly!

Batshittery · 13/04/2020 20:00

Loving this.
As above. I'm working fro m home and isolating so don't go shopping
no bra
no jewellery
no make up
no smart clothes
hair greys showing
but I always put perfume on after my shower - I have to maintain some standards Grin

mondaynoon · 13/04/2020 20:06

I'm loving this too!
leaving hair to dry naturally
no make up
wearing whatever I feel like putting on
not ironing anything
the only thing I'm not sure about is the slight moustache!

DidoLamenting · 13/04/2020 20:07

Most of what is being described would be a nightmare for me. Coronavirus has made zero difference to how I dress etc. It would make a bad situation much worse to let everything slide. I would need to be too ill before I'd consider it.

When I go out for my daily exercise I still take a handbag (actually a cross- body bag. Bags I haven't used in a while are getting an airing ) and a debit card with me.

TipseyTorvey · 13/04/2020 20:10

We managed to get a delivery slot a couple of weeks back when we were self isolating due to youngest having a fever, asked lovely neighbour if she'd like to bung in a few things as her son is immuno surpressed, anyway she gave me cash for her shopping and DH and I started laughing later saying 'what do we do with this? No one's touching cash and no shops are open'. So that's another one, haven't used money in weeks.

Samtsirch · 13/04/2020 20:24

Haven’t used;
Bra
Hair removal cream
Money
My posh telephone voice 🤣
Completely enjoying it 😊

Maybe111 · 13/04/2020 20:28

IScreamForIceCreams · 13/04/2020 20:31

I have stopped drinking coffee completely and am eating 3 proper meals, no snacks. I am so hydrated and nourished. Sleeping 10 hrs a night. It's so odd. I have no money, should be frantic. Instead I am cooking huge meals and eating 9 portions of veg a day,........

Apart from living in jeans or shorts rather than dresses, nothing has changed. I suppose because I'm going to the shops or out to exercise each day. Tho saying that I'm pretty low maintenance anyway, just mascara, bb cream and perfume.

Had one PJ day when I gave into my Covid like symptoms

TwentyViginti · 13/04/2020 20:38

I only have dark, woody, Winter perfumes so not wearing any. Will treat myself to a fresh Summer one once I can!

TwentyViginti · 13/04/2020 20:40

Shaved my legs for the first time in months when it became warm - noticed hairs creeping down my feet now Grin

Tomorrowisanewday · 13/04/2020 20:40

I'm similar to Didolamenting I was really unsettled the first few days of WFH, but I managed to get into a routine - which included dressing as if I was going to work. Funny how something so simple was enough to settle me

BlessedBeTheFruitCake · 13/04/2020 20:40

I haven't worn my contact lenses for 3 weeks now, I usually wear them everyday. I've been wearing my glasses instead which I normally hate because I'm very short sighted and the lenses are thick Blush

SugarPlumLairy2 · 13/04/2020 20:45

I’m in cut off denim shorts, knickers and T-shirt.
Even less at night.

That’s it.

Letting my grey grow in, no makeup, no deodorant needed, barefoot little hippy and loving it😊

Twattergy · 13/04/2020 20:47

No makeup
No hairdryer or straightener
No handbag
No bus pass
Only contactless pay (no cash)
No jewellery
Sock n sandals
Gym leggings 90% of time
Sports bra or nothing
Hairwashing x2 per week rather than usual x4
Am using the philips lumea though to keep the hairs at bay
It's fab.

mamaduckbone · 13/04/2020 20:56

I've used my handbag once in 3 weeks when I went to the supermarket.
Work clothes, proper shoes, work diary, calendar (ds has scrawled 'cancelled due to COVID-19) across a the last 2 weeks of March)

Harrykanesrightsock · 13/04/2020 21:00

I love this thread but it made me cry. My husband just said ‘look at the state of you’ on my first day of just not caring.l what I looked like. I’m still working and trying to stay positive but this has just made me really sad.

SimonJT · 13/04/2020 21:02

Worn nothing but pants when in the flat, when I’ve been out and about it’s been cut off sweat shorts and a t-shirt/hoody.

PinkSparklyPussyCat · 13/04/2020 21:06

Not a lot has changed for me. I haven’t used my handbag, work clothes or car for 4 weeks now but that’s about it. I did a bulk order of box dye which looks passable, although I might need to do the roots again, I’m still wearing perfume and jewellery as I feel strange without it

GolfForBrains · 13/04/2020 22:35

No bank card
No tights
No smart clothes
No shaving until the weather got nicer last week and I thought I would scare people even 2m away
No contact lenses
No make up
Ponytail
No Oyster card
No Pret a Manger
