That post is rubbish. If people in their 50s were being allowed to die due to no ventilators being available we'd be hearing about it on the national news. Not from a random Facebook page. Do people really believe everything they read on the internet?

There isn’t as yet (doesn’t mean to say it don’t change) a shortage of ventilators in the uk but it doesnt stop people spreading any old shite they’ve read on the internet.

However, Didkdt, a straw man deflection device to pretend it is is anyway an insult to the medical teams is cheap. In fact the article makes a point it was the gov't which voted to stopped a pay rise to those very nurses who are now saving peoples lives and caring for them. It states it hopes those people will have a rethink about how they voted.

Apart from anything else it’s just irresponsible fear mongering. People at this very moment have loved ones in hospital - why scare them even further by saying they have run out of ventilators? You really have to be a nasty piece of work to make up shit like that.

From press release he is not on a ventilator or non invasive ventilator yet but is receiving oxygen support.
