Guess how many days before I'll get my grocery delivery?

Eight days. Ordered today, first available delivery slot (Asda) is next Sunday the 22nd.
So out of bouldness, I ordered 18 rolls of toilet paper. That'll learn them.

About 2 weeks ago, you'd get the 'day after tomorrow' delivery.

Well I did read this thread and immediately go and check the website

Another thread I've been reading suggests that the actual shops are as busy as Christmas Eve, so it's not as if everyone is locking themselves away and choosing delivery only. Meh. I'll just have to get my backpack on and hike it tomorrow to Lidl. Annoying for heavy stuff though.

Lol, sorry about that Crunchy! I'm like Delia Smith causing a run on cranberry sauce one Christmas (or something).

My local Facebook group has lots of posts showing empty supermarket shelves. Far worse than when I went shopping.
