the “No Thanks” app, which first appeared almost two years ago carrying a large list of companies and brands consumers might consider boycotting because of Israeli links.
The app has become a key tool for the BDS movement that targets Israel economically for the actions of its government and its military in Gaza.
Along with a list of companies and brands to boycott, the app allows users to scan barcodes to find out more about the relationship particular products have with Israel.

when it is being aggressively used to try and shut down justified criticism and a justified boycott of a country responsible for multiple breaches of international law, enforced starvation of a civilian population and the murder of 20,000 ++++++++ children it is relevant but from the growing number of groups speaking out and initiating their own boycotts it does seem to be losing it’s power as a silencing smear

Did you read what you were agreeing to?

Given the reaction of some here to the UKs recognition of Palestine today I think its obvious that quite a few posters here wish for Palestine not to exist. They are against Palestinians right to self determination and open about it, I don't see why one is worse than the other tbh and it's quite funny to see the same posters acting outraged when they think people don't agree with Israels right to exist.

For the record I am pro both territories right to exist. Everybody should have the right to self determination.
