50 Jewish children kicked off plane, female supervisor allegedly beaten to the ground and handcuffed!

Another shocking act of global antisemitism.

50 French Jewish kids aged 10-15 apparently attended a summer camp in Spain.

On the flight back to France, before takeoff while plane still on tarmac, they were accused of being rowdy and singing ‘Death to Arabs’ in Hebrew (no evidence they were saying that). Police were called, they were told to get off and their 21 year old female supervisor ended up being beaten to the ground and forcibly handcuffed.

According to witnesses on the plane, the children stopped singing when asked and were well behaved, and nothing was amiss. The crew made a tannoy announcement that there were security concerns and police entered the plane and told the kids to get off. The female supervisor was ordered to make the kids hand over their phones so footage of them being removed from the plane could be deleted and she was beaten to the ground and handcuffed when she refused. The Captain allegedly said Israel was a terrorist state.

She later had to sign an NDA to be released.

The Captain has been identified as being a flying instructor for two of the 9/11 plane hijackers.

Yes, I feel like that, when I read posters say Israel carried out 7/10. So glad those posts were rightly deleted.

What happened on 7/10 was horrific. It’s possible at the same time to be horrified by what’s happening in Gaza. The two are not mutually exclusive.

Raise eyebrows? Fair enough if you think so.

The OP posted in haste it was purely based on anti-semitism. I still can't see how they came to that conclusion and so quickly too.

Err because I have a reasonably intelligent brain.

My default is also not of inherent antisemitism which I think kind of helps when sorting through information like this.

She didn't say it was an allegation though? In her OP it is clear she believes it to be the truth.

When there is no real evidence for it, ofcourse it will be disputed. What did the OP expect?

It is fine to believe an allegation and post about it. People do that all the time, on all manner of subjects, and the allegation itself is widely reported as a news story.

Of course, people don't have to believe it, and cam express as much.

Repeatedly insisting on the possibly-validity of the "Death to Arabs" chant - which is not a genuine allegation made by anyone involved in the story (none of the parties, none of the witnesses) - is different, and thats what I have been repeatedly challenging.

I cannot believe (in fact, I do not believe) that people cannot perceive the different between an allegation made by one party against another vs a random lie seemingly made up by some unconnected randoms on social media.

Which of my words are anti-Semitic? Bloody serious -untrue - accusation.

I am not anti-Semitic. I am very anti- Netanyahu’s government as I am very anti Hamas terrorism and persecution of the people of Gaza.

Anti-Israeli government is not anti-Semitism just as anti-Hamas is not anti-Palestine.

MrsSkylerWhite · 26/07/2025 13:37

Why then do you claim this completely as yet unproven either way story as further proof of global anti-Semitism in your very first post?

Disingenous shit-stirring. That seems to be perfectly acceptable though to the minority who share your unfounded view.

I'm not saying that. I'm saying that all conspiracy theories should be approached equally. They can be discussed on their merits, sure. Some are more sick than others. Americans flying planes into buildings and Israelis slaughtering their own people? Just reminding folk when they show their disgust at conspiracy theories per se.

I’m an atheist who obviously
believes that all religions are man made fictions.

People murdering each other and justifying it with said made up fictions is inexplicable.

What happened on October 7th was despicable. What’s happening to innocents in Gaza is despicable.

I am not anti-Semitic. Please don’t accuse me of that again. I am anti-fanatics of whatever persuasion. I hope that’s clear, @MyDearEagle

Ok, enough of the offensive accusations @MyDearEagle

I made it very clear what I am in my last post.

You are seriously out of order.

All sounds very iffy. Am disinclined to place much trust in it.

MrsSkylerWhite · 26/07/2025 13:54

Enough @MyDearEagle . I don’t rush to report people but your personal attacks are clearly unfounded and becoming more offensive with each of your posts.

where, please, aim I repeating baseless, racially motivated lies about children? I have no idea why you have singled me out when many people have made similar comments.

As have many others commenting on this disingenuous thread, I questioned OP, who made serious allegations about airline staff without a shred of evidence. Much like you are now making serious, untrue allegations about me.

Please stop now.

All of those posters who have expressed outrage that one adult was in charge of 50 children. Are you now going to accept you were wrong? Is it possible that you may have been wrong on other things?

I am not wrong, you need more than one young woman to escort a group of teens. On school trips you have to have 1 adult to 10 children, for Scout camps it is 1 adult for every 12 children.

47 or 50 children (I have seen both quoted) need at least 4 adults accompanying them.

Everything else I will wait until things are clearer because I just don't know.

There were 8 supervisors of the group.

It wasn’t just 1 young woman supervising 50 children.

Lolapusht · 26/07/2025 13:54

Tbf, that’s very much how it came across in OP’s first post. Many people won’t have been able to read the telegraph article because of the paywall.

Lolapusht · 26/07/2025 14:00

ColumboOnTheCase · 26/07/2025 13:23

I wouldn't want to be on a flight with a rowdy bunch of 50 kids compromising safety and singing hateful songs with only one adult in charge.

I can't imagine this was an easy decision by the airline staff, but I think they were right in not allowing them to travel. Maybe if there were more adults supervising them and keeping their behaviour in check.

..and if the group of 50 kids weren’t being rowdy, weren’t compromising safety, weren’t singing hateful songs and weren’t being supervised by one adult you would change your views on this particular story?

Lolapusht · 26/07/2025 14:02

MrsSkylerWhite · 26/07/2025 13:27

Exactly. It seems that OP posting their personal, biased opinion without any evidence is perfectly ok with some people commenting on the thread.

Seriously, why is it acceptable to do so only if they happen to share OP’s views but not otherwise?

There’s a difference between the OPs views and the information that is available regarding the incident. Can you not perceive the difference?

inigomontoyahwillcox · 26/07/2025 14:05

OP what was the purpose of you saying that the pilot trained 2 of the 9/11 hijackers? What was the relevance?

MrsSkylerWhite · 26/07/2025 14:06

That’s the issue, there is not yet a single, verified narrative of exactly what happened. So why rush to the internet to claim anti-Semitism without waiting to find out? When OP posted, very little was known at all, was speculation. Why was it ok to start this thread based on speculation?

It obviously wasn’t.

MrsSkylerWhite · 26/07/2025 14:07

inigomontoyahwillcox · 26/07/2025 14:05

Another out of order insinuation.

Tbf, that’s very much how it came across in OP’s first post. Many people won’t have been able to read the telegraph article because of the paywall.

So why have they all just gone on half-truths and supposition. Plenty of people posted on the thread that there was more than 1 supervisor.

Are you usually this emphatic in policing people’s posts? It may just be how you MN, but it seems to be a bit of an over-reaction. If you don’t like a post just ignore it, you don’t need to keep banging on about the OP’s intent behind the post (when you can’t possible know that and are just guessing) 🤷🏻‍♀️

Are you sure about that? You read a news report regarding French Jews and decide to discuss it on the 'Conflict in the Middle East' section. That sounds like you are infact inherently antisemitic, given that French Jews have nothing to do with the Israeli Government.

Lolapusht · 26/07/2025 14:09

MrsSkylerWhite · 26/07/2025 14:07

It’s not an insinuation, though.

It’s a fact.

He did train two of the 9/11 attackers.

It’s not really relevent, just an interesting piece of coincidental information about of the participants.

I’m over-reacting to being falsely accused of anti-Semitism by a particular poster because I don’t share their view?
No I’m bloody well not! I’m not policing anyone. I would have reported their comments several posts ago if I were that way inclined.
