There's various boards (citme) where there are thousands of threads saying the same thing, whilst ignoring other conflicts where innocents are dying.

The other genocides get little interest though eg Sudan. Which suggests it's not about people being killed, otherwise why not think about Sudan etc, it's more about hatred of Israel. Hamas are still firing missiles into Israel who also have hezbollah and the Houthis to contend with. It seems some would rather no Israel in the middle east 🤔just the countries with large terrorist organisations. 🙄

Also when people post about Putin’s crimes no one says it’s a lie or tries to justify it. No one tries to say Syrian women deserve to be oppressed or Ukrainians deserve to be bombed. There is no need to spend time showing proof as we accept the evidence.

Israel has spent a fortune on flooding the internet with pro Israel propaganda and whitewashing their crimes against humanity - students, a division of the IDF, a whole government department. They have also got a private contract with Microsoft which gives them their own AI to utilise in doing this - any chat or board that highlights Israeli crimes there is a flood of posts twisting words and facts, flooding the web with misinformation so people get confused about the issues and think the facts are up for debate. There are not two sides, this is a genocide. Even Israeli soldiers are breaking the silence about crimes that have been committed.
There are no international Doctors or journalists that have visited the area that back Israel’s version of events. There is video evidence, there are dead bodies, there is testimony from Israeli soldiers and Israeli citizens. All international human rights charities and the UN have declared it genocide. It is not a war, it is not two sided, it is an extermination.

No other country has this level of investment in cyber war and whitewashing their genocide so there is less need for ordinary people to stand up and fight back. I applaud NattyTurtle and others for standing up for human rights and innocent people who are unable to defend themselves.

You know what? You’ll never admit it to yourselves because you genuinely think you’re right. But most of these comments are filled with tropes. Jews running the media, controlling comments, getting away with things other people don’t. These comments are innaccurate and propaganda filled and 90% of the things written vilifying Israel are untrue. LIES! Just because you think you can somehow justify any of what you’re saying about the only Jewish majority country in the world, home to 8m people, a tiny dot on the map, doesn’t mean it’s ok.
Nobody here would ever say any of these things about any other country. One person even offered weak, racist justification as to why not!!!
in 1936, one man managed to convince an entire nation to support him while he annihilated almost all the European Jews. They helped him do it! Today, I’m reading about how Jews somehow DESERVED it!!

It's a bit clunky to try and verify, as the registers of MPs' interests kept by the HoC appear to be separate documents for particular time scales, and the spreadsheet doesn't show exact donation dates. In addition, it was compiled before the last general election so many of the names on it (particularly Conservatives) are no longer MPs and can no longer be searched online.

But for those that are, I found the easiest way is to Google the MP and donor (eg, "Wes Streeting donation from Labour friends of Israel"), then scroll down to the search result from the MP's register of interests, and it will take you to the precise one with that donation in it. I've done a few and not found any that were false. Enough to be satisfied that I don't have to work through the entire House of Commons.

I wonder what the basis is for your claim that it's all made up.

This is what's so perverse about the mainstream western narrative about this issue.

The Palestinian population had their homeland completely upended in 1948, with hundreds of thousands evicted from their homes and villages to create space for the state of Israel. In 1967, that state occupied what was left of Palestine, an occupation that has repeatedly been declared illegal by the UN, and which keeps the Palestinians living under an apartheid regime, subject to the Israeli state but without representation or normal human rights within it.

But the problem, apparently, is not that they're under an illegal and brutalising occupation. The problem is that they fight back.

Don’t be ridiculous so many ethnicities and religions have been persecuted and no other country is using that as an excuse to commit atrocities today. Also not all jewish people are Israeli and not all jewish people support Israel - it is wrong to equate the two things. You can’t blow up babies and accuse anyone who says “don’t blow up babies” as being racist. Also judaism is a religion not a race!

I know loads of wonderful lovely Jewish people who are appalled by the actions of Israel, there are some wonderful groups of peace activists who are jewish. There is a wonderful jewish rabbi I follow on Instagram who films the violent crimes of settlers and the IDF in the West Bank, he is supported by a group of jewish peace activists.

You can’t just shout racist at someone who presents well documented facts that Israel doesn’t even dispute.
