The bombing of hospitals, schools and 'safe zones' not being enough, they are now picking off paramedics. How much depravity is the world going to tolerate?

How is that an appropriate response to all the NGO reports and findings listed? Do British people just "hate Russia" or do they rightly condemn Putin's atrocities? Israel's documented human rights violations are worse in scale and severity than Putin's.

There's various boards (citme) where there are thousands of threads saying the same thing, whilst ignoring other conflicts where innocents are dying.

The other genocides get little interest though eg Sudan. Which suggests it's not about people being killed, otherwise why not think about Sudan etc, it's more about hatred of Israel. Hamas are still firing missiles into Israel who also have hezbollah and the Houthis to contend with. It seems some would rather no Israel in the middle east 🤔just the countries with large terrorist organisations. 🙄

The UK is not, to my knowledge, arming and funding the perpetrators of the genocides in the Congo or in Sudan. The war criminals in those cases are not being feted in the White House. Have I missed something? The UK is, however, funding and arming Israel's genocide, a genocide which has killed more children than all the conflicts of the last 4 years combined. i don't want my tax money supporting child slaughter and Apartheid.

I support NGO campaigns and charities for Congo and Sudan. The same charities and NGOs that are screaming about the child slaughter in Gaza. Why do you find them valid in one genocide but not another? Is Israel exempt from all criticism even when it commits genocide?

Interesting- you say she is obsessed because she posts about the atrocities on multiple threads and yet you are there on all the threads posting your pro Israel rhetoric - why are you so obsessed. One of you is highlighting a genocide and one of you is defending it.

Also when people post about Putin’s crimes no one says it’s a lie or tries to justify it. No one tries to say Syrian women deserve to be oppressed or Ukrainians deserve to be bombed. There is no need to spend time showing proof as we accept the evidence.

Israel has spent a fortune on flooding the internet with pro Israel propaganda and whitewashing their crimes against humanity - students, a division of the IDF, a whole government department. They have also got a private contract with Microsoft which gives them their own AI to utilise in doing this - any chat or board that highlights Israeli crimes there is a flood of posts twisting words and facts, flooding the web with misinformation so people get confused about the issues and think the facts are up for debate. There are not two sides, this is a genocide. Even Israeli soldiers are breaking the silence about crimes that have been committed.
There are no international Doctors or journalists that have visited the area that back Israel’s version of events. There is video evidence, there are dead bodies, there is testimony from Israeli soldiers and Israeli citizens. All international human rights charities and the UN have declared it genocide. It is not a war, it is not two sided, it is an extermination.

No other country has this level of investment in cyber war and whitewashing their genocide so there is less need for ordinary people to stand up and fight back. I applaud NattyTurtle and others for standing up for human rights and innocent people who are unable to defend themselves.

I’m not the one posting link after link to atrocities on every thread. And I could do so easily if I wanted as Hamas have provided plenty of atrocities to comment on and link to. Plenty of evidence of a lack of humanity with their massacre on October 7th and subsequent treatment of the innocent hostages.

But I’m not obsessively trying to shock people with links to wartime atrocities. I’m just commenting on Mumsnet threads giving my point of view. What you call a genocide I call a war and one that was very clearly started by Hamas.

And could be ended by Hamas too if they gave up control of Gaza and returned the hostages. That is what people should be protesting for in my opinion, if they really want to stop the bloodshed & violence. Israel can’t end it or Hamas would just carry out another massacre as soon as they have regrouped, as they have stated is their mission.

Hamas were kicked out of the West Bank and Israel is still there year after year killing Palestinians - explain that!

It's my understanding that armed militant groups, including Hamas, have strongholds in the West Bank, effectively controlling those areas? The militant groups see the PA as collaborating with Israel and have previously plotted a coup? In turn, Israel doesn't think that the PA are able to contain or stamp out these armed groups, therefore the West Bank is still seen as a threat to Israel's existence - and so Israel's withdrawal from the West Bank has been in a stalemate for years?
