If all Palestinians leave Gaza, are Israel then allowed to claim the land?

Sorry, for the simplicity of what I'm saying. I'm new to this and trying to learn.

From what I've seen, many Palestinians in Gaza are being moved to camps elsewhere. Sadly, many have been killed too.

The photos of the area suggest that much of Gaza is ruined and will need to be re-built.

If hypothetically all Palestinians were moved elsewhere, would Israel then be able to "claim" Gaza? Would the UN etc be allowed to stop them? Would the West Bank be able to claim it?

Just to be clear, are you saying Hamas are not terrorist? Are you calling what happened on October 7th fighting back?

Blurry Gaza have been starved, Gaza is controlled by Israel for years. Doesn't that ring a bell for you? Why are you soooo eager to call a group of people terrorists? Yes, Israel would just take it as they feel entitled to it. I don’t think anyone would actually try and stop them and they know this.

And there it is. An admission that you refuse to admit that Hamas are terrorists, when most of the world has identified them as terrorists. And btw, food and water have been going into Gaza, but Hamas have been intercepting most of it and taking it for their own fighters. Caring people that they are.....

Not exactly impartial

The only actual evidence in the article @Livelovebehappy is an article written by the Times of Israel which we all know is very much not a rag sheet of Israeli propaganda. Like it or not it has been well documented that aid is not getting in to Gaza because it's being held up at the border by the Israeli's. Those are the actual facts.

Not exactly a vast amount of robust evidence that can counterbalance all the reports from aid agencies, international bodies, etc.
