If all Palestinians leave Gaza, are Israel then allowed to claim the land?

From what I've seen, many Palestinians in Gaza are being moved to camps elsewhere. Sadly, many have been killed too.

The photos of the area suggest that much of Gaza is ruined and will need to be re-built.

If hypothetically all Palestinians were moved elsewhere, would Israel then be able to "claim" Gaza? Would the UN etc be allowed to stop them? Would the West Bank be able to claim it?

Do you condemn both, or only condemn the horrific slaughtering of Israelis on 7/10. Surely if you condemn that, you condemn what's happening in Palestine too?

No actual evidence has been provided. Israel is refusing to allow journalists in to report. The irony of you saying fast food. The party was held a few feet away from the Palestinians locked in their concentration camp while Israelis enjoy whatever food they want while they party. We have camera footage from the rapists and murderers themselves as they were conducting their massacre, as well as footage & reporting of the aftermath at the sites,the bodies of victims and the testimony of witnesses. What is your purpose in spreading such lies?

The facts still remain that the un and other countries were not provided with sufficient evidence. Atrocities by the IOF were being carried out daily before oct 7th. That day was a retaliation. A group of people deliberately set up a party out side of the concentration camp making food knowing that hungry children inside could smell it.
if there are lies as you say why are journalists being refused entry? Why is the IOF deliberately targeting journalists to murder them? People are not delusional anymore they can see what the IOF are doing. Ex IOF soldiers have provided photographs of concentration camps where prisoners are naked and chained to beds. The list is endless. People of Gaza cannot freely leave. The are trapped inside Gaza and being indiscriminately bombed. The charity workers vehicle which was clearly labelled was deliberately targeted. The list goes on.

If Hamas truly wanted to retaliate here, they would have targeted government buildings or the Israeli military, not some young festival goers who have no agenda in any of this, and who maybe even had some sympathy with the Palestinians. So no, retaliation was not against the Israeli military, but was a horrible opportunity Hamas took to rape and murder easy targets.

It is everything to do with Hamas. The situation would not he as it is without October 7th, and to suggest otherwise is delusional. Are there naked photos of chained up pictures out there? Hamas supporters are quick to demand proof but do you have proof, or is it just something you have read on the pro Palestinian news feeds? A ceasefire discussion is very possible, but Hamas are refusing to release the hostages. Why is this do you think?

You would have to be blind to deny it. I have my eyes wide opened to the horrors inflected on that day by Hamas and to the daily horrors that the Israeli government are bringing on the Palestinians. Both are revolting. Both should be condemned. Don't you agree?
