I don't get your issue with pups or dolls. Clowns though they are creepy. I thought that since a child so way before the IT films. Ronald McDonalds used to appear regularly in McDonalds especially for kids parties. He was the most frightening thing I have ever seen. I knew it was a member of staff dressed up but still found him really creepy

Dolls could definitely kill you in your sleep. I was so I pleased when neither of my kids showed any interest in them. Think it's the glassy eyes.

Fucking hell! The hate on this thread (in all directions, towards Jews, Palestinians, Arabs, everyone) is off the scale. I haven't looked at some of the other threads but I suspect they're the same. It's no wonder the world is in such a mess, shame on you all.

And if anyone really thinks the only reason for these marches is to intimidate British Jews, you are being willfully blind to the killing of thousands of children. As for any suggestion that somehow the Hamas attack was in any way justified, the rape and murder of hundreds of people, I have no words.

We are NEVER going to have any peace with these attitudes. Hamas knew this (and I don't believe want peace because they're blinded by hatred) and Israeli government was to stupid and hate filled themselves, enough to fall into Hamas trap.

@THShaw Hey I live in Israel and we’ve had a few pesky rockets and the odd terror attack. Quite a lot of booms yesterday actually when I was in the park with the kids, what fun! Oh and they stopped a terrorist infiltration not that far from my city on Friday night. But I digress - If we go back to pre October 7th is this part of the correct way the world should be? should we white Jews (even if some of us are really rather dark white) go back to putting up and shutting up? Because there were actually quite a lot of terror attacks and missiles shot at us before October 7th too, and it really doesn’t seem like some of you care at all.

If you can’t acknowledge that there is pain and trauma on both sides, and appreciate that there is complexity and nuance, and show some empathy for Jewish people in the UK, dealing with the fallout and intimidation from some people at these marches, then what are you even doing on this thread?

@Kendodd it was a quote from a news article. The point of the thread being (and evidenced) that extremism and antisemitism is creeping in and that nothing appears to be being done about it.

There was a particularly appalling poster early this morning but their posts have been deleted. I'm not sure what your problem is with the rest of the thread?
