I don't know what impact this may have, but I pray it does have an impact and that other - everyone - follows Bolivia's lead. I don't know what to say anymore. I've been watching that video of the bombed refugee camp and it is utter Armageddon. Those poor, poor people. I've never seen anything like it in my life.

It has a symbolic impact. I hope many more will follow, even tiny ones. The symbolism is important. I salute it for its responsible stance.

I didn't see the videos/ photos. I stopped. I can't stomach the horror anymore. This is dystopian horror. Absolutely heartbreaking.

He needs to speak up now and distance himself from this. Supporting Israel after the hideous Hamas massacre is one thing. My sympathies were with Israel too then. Supporting this ongoing murder of innocents is quite another thing.

Thank you, Bolivia. I hope other countries follow their example and finally stand up for what is right, for people who aren’t able to stand up for themselves. I hope our western leaders feel ashamed of themselves for not being amongst the first to do so.

And I hope we don’t forget how Sunak and Starmer responded to this when it’s time to vote. Sunak’s ‘I want you to win’ is something I’m never going to forget. He made himself look like an impotent, weak, spineless hypocrite who does not deserve to be the leader of any country.

I agree. Bolivia doesn't have a great human rights record, if they are so appalled they are willing to cut diplomatic ties then it probably means you're doing something really bad.

What's our excuse? Sunak is fucking spineless. Someone should tell him the Palestinians don't have time for subtle diplomacy, they need help right now.
