Hi all,

Brand new thread!

I started it so I must get a BFP before the end - them's the rules.

OP posts:
Freezingmyarseoff · 15/06/2010 12:42

Jollster and muser well done on being so prepared - were you ever in the scouts by any chance? I will be double checking every day on any more news from you both (and everyone else coming to the end of your 2WW)

Hairy great news on the HCG drop, may it continue to dive

Cheepz fingers crossed for the exchange.

Thanks maigic8 and hopefully for the reassurances on the EWCM bleeding - makes me feel postive than I'm back to normal on the ovulating. Also I've just had some annual x-rays done, so now have no reason not to start SWI even though I'm probably too late for this month..oh and the small logistical issue of Mr Freezing not being in the country. I'm trying to ignore my hormones that are demanding he returns home NOW for some action

waves to everyone else

MrsGMack · 15/06/2010 14:24

Hello everyone

My period is here - I've done a lot of thinking (and reading) if I want to keep a positive outlook, referring to it as the RTD infers negativity.

For me it shows that my body is back on track and having a period is a healthy positive sign. I know it also means this is not my month for a BFB, but after a MMC I'm really

Yesterday I had another acupuncture session and I really think it is supporting me mentally and physically. My DH would normally describe me as a fiery personality, never afraid to say what I think and I had a tendancy to get about nothing. Since I've been supported with the acupuncture, healthy diet, and using bioidentical hormones he says I've become a different, calmer wife. God I sound like some hippy

Anyway that's my rambling thoughts and a bit of an update. Looking forward to a relaxing holiday and maybe we'll both be chilled enough to conceive.

MrsGMack · 15/06/2010 14:27

p.s. what's the protocol for adding myself to the list ?

bessie26 · 15/06/2010 15:11

hi MrsGMack - I agree about the negativity and prefer to refer to it as AF, but I picked that up on the TCOYF message boards

Glad you're loving your acupuncture - I to became a much calmer person when I started yoga classes - there's nothing wrong with a bit of hippyness

I think you can add youself to the list, but if you say what your entry should be then I'm sure some kind soul will add you

what are "bioidentical hormones" ???

northerngoldilocks · 15/06/2010 15:32

Have been on holiday for a couple of weeks so trying to wade through the masses of posts. Congratulations on BFPs, sorry to newbies.

Hairy - glad things are at last going in the right direction, couldn't believe your ongoing saga, but hopefully on the right track now.

I still haven't had 1st RTD since ERPC - starting to think it may never appear, although am also considering half hearted TTC rather than waiting as its been so long,so could someone pls add me to the list when its next updated (scared to do it wrong).

I think that my stats are TTC #1, cycle 1, UCL 28-30, CD 68

TAcrazy · 15/06/2010 15:55

Hello!

Can someone add me to the list too - but I don't know what UCL and CD mean??

Laura

bessie26 · 15/06/2010 15:58

UCL = Usual Cycle Length
CD = Cycle Day

northerngoldilocks · 15/06/2010 17:24

Also think that rather than cycle 1, I should clearly be on 'WTF cycle'

Magic8footballhastheanswers · 15/06/2010 17:51

ello ello quick update from moi progesterone tests all fine and dandy, was 75 on day 20 (possibly 21, fuck knows!) which is tres bien so I am a happy bunny and about to see what wine we have in.......

TACrazy and MrsGMack what are you stats? PS I think your positive way of thinking is great MrsGM! Good on you!

northangoldilocks welcome back I will add you on once I get the other ladies stats or you can just stick yourself on, just cut and paste the list into your message box and add yourself - simples

TAcrazy · 15/06/2010 17:57

Er I think this is right:

TTC #2, cycle 8, UCL 28, CD 8

Thanks! Hoping we all 'graduate' soon xx

MrsGMack · 15/06/2010 18:07

Magic8footballhastheanswer

I think my stats are, but forgive me if I mess up:

TTC#2, cycle 1 UCL 28, CD1

is that right?

bessie26 bio-identical hormones are naturally occurring hormones that are chemically identical to our own: chemical substances that control the body's metabolic processes. They aren't drugs, e.g. HRT

A Bio-identical could be something like, an organic natural progesterone cream that you rub into the skin. Hope that helps?

Magic8footballhastheanswers · 15/06/2010 18:15

Anyone seen Prettyvuvu btw??? Hope see got on ok today.

Updating to add on northgoldilocks TAcrazy and MrsGMack ..............Welcome ladies

Not seen prettyvuvu today, but have been thinking of her

Moofold · 15/06/2010 19:39

Evening everyone. LurkingLady - congrats on the move to the grads. In answer to your question I got one peak then missed the next day, so no idea if I got a second peak or not. Am I right in thinking that peaks don't guarantee ov? Its just that I haven't seen a temp rise. What a shocking time for that insolent monitor to refuse my sticks!

BU I know what you mean about visiting newborns. I've had 2 friends had babies since my MC and got myself worked up before going to see them and then was surprised to find it wasn't so bad. I think its purely the proximity to my due date that's causing the wobble. Her little boy wiil always be the same age that our baby would have been - she's a big part of my life so I need to start dealing with seeing him sooner than later.

Hopefully totally normal to have sticks at hand. I too always have at least one spare. Maybe not such a good idea to PO them 7dpo though!!

Loving the symptom spotting from muser and Jolls - good to see you both back into the swing of it so soon!

Good news about the hormone levels 8s - hope you found a decent bottle to boff. Welcome to the list those just added and waves to everyone else about

clareanna · 15/06/2010 20:01

just popping in to see if there's any news from mrs vuvu yet? am hoping all went well and she got some useful answers and support.

or speaking in pretty's new language -DUUUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

ok terrible joke.. I'll get my coat...

batteryhen · 15/06/2010 21:35

< slinks in> Evening. Am very grumpy after just having a 'heated' conversation with DP. Besides that, I am completely driving myself mad with all the symptom spotting. I have had some cramps over the past 2 days, I am so tired, I could sleeep where I stand, I am weeing all the time - even through the night, and have other non connected symptoms too. Please someone take me outside and put me out of my misery. Am due AF anytime from tomorrow onwards until Friday.....will just have to bide my time. Oh and a friend told me today she is 4 weeks pregnant. I am pleased for her, but wonder when if at all it will happen for me. Sorry not to name check but am taking my grumpy self off to bed. xx

pretty am looking out for you though xx

PrettyVuvuzela1 · 16/06/2010 06:22

Awww you guys.

I'm good!
Thank you for thinking of me, I'm touched.
The real life GC app has been and gone.
Boy, I'm glad I didn't have to wait 6 months to be told that it's going to be fine.
Ignore me, go about your business, nothing to see here, all a load of drama and fuss over nowt.

Slight risk of delayed development/ behavoir ishyoos.
But unlikely.

Only recently discovered, more common to have a deleation rather than duplication but that goes to show people live their lives, as I have, with this duplication and are fine.

Why could they not have told me that 2 months ago on the bloody phone I do not know, but hey ho.

Can of worms etc, etc.

So I went for a celebatory drink ( whilst I still can )
Hence MNing in the hour of 5 with a splitting headache.
Dirty lager beer.

I'm doing the late tonight so I need more sleep.

Sorry for the mememe post, I can't read back very far on
iPod.

If When I get up I'll catch on on craptop for namecalling.

Now where's that wagon?

Gi1da · 16/06/2010 06:41

Swooping in to say er well, wtf? to PrettyVulvazela. Bloody great news but I can't believe they made you wait to hear that! Utterly deighted for you though.

Doffs cap to all x

barrenbrook · 16/06/2010 06:48

Oh hello! I thought I should pop in and show my slack arse face. Have given myself a suitable slap across the chops and dusted myself off ready to try again.

muse & jolls promising signs I see! I have everything crossed for you both.

prettyvuvu glad the news is good, hope the couple of shandys you put away last night don't stretch into a mammoth hangover from hell. Get yourself back to your pit (after a large glass of water, natch)

battery I'm giving you a slap (a gentle one.) It's not over yet though so hang in there, symptoms sound good to me.....!

magic8 & hairy good news on the test results for you both.

cheepz fingers and toes crossed for exchange and that it goes without a hitch.

Apologies if I've missed anything important! Congrats the BFP's I've missed and hello newbies, sorry you are here.

Right, I'm off, almost at work so head down time. Have a good day girlies x

Muser · 16/06/2010 07:56

I was a bad Muser and tested last night. BFN. Jollster is the one with the good symptoms, mine are all imaginery or likely to be PMT.

randomimposter · 16/06/2010 07:58

Sorry, had to go and separate fighting cats. Quick post to say great news PrettyVUVUVUVUVUVUVUVUVVUVVVUVUVUVUVUV; enjoy your hangover

BB lovely to hear from you, hope you're doing ok.

Hi to everyone else. Day 24 in the Jollster house, which would usually have seen some spotting if not full RTD by now, so trying not to get my hopes up, but loopily I did go and check what my EDD would be if I DO get a BFP this month, and it would be 26/2/11. One year on exactly from my last MMC.... .

Still plan not to POAS til Sat even though my 2 POAS buddies on the 40+ thread (Pollyanna being one of them) have declared themselves out this month . Muse what's your game plan?

randomimposter · 16/06/2010 08:00

Ooo, XP Muse, sorry about BFN . But (yada yada) symptoms of early pg and impending RTD so blimmin similar it's no wonder we're loopdeloop. Not over until... etc etc etc. Will keep all crossed for us.

randomimposter · 16/06/2010 08:01

Meant to say also Muse, last pg I got a BFN day before RTD due, and then didn't test again until 3 days later and then it was a BFP...? You did think you might have Ov later...?

Swipe left for the next trending thread
