Cough medicine must be THE most special thing, in, like, forever. I remember experimenting self-medicating with cough medicine when I was trying to lose weight in my teenage years. lol. Now to put it back on...

ivy very exciting! I went to a wedding in April that had been organised in 4 weeks. And it was beautiful.

viv glug glug - I usually try to remember to drink grapefruit juice.

delilah I've had success getting a +ve with both Clearblue digi opks and the Boots non-digi opks. I bought a load of internet cheapies for this cycle, but as soon as my mate gave me her leftover CBDs I switched to those. Spose I shouldve done an experiment with the cheapies to see if they came up positive at the same time as the CBD...but was far too excited to think of such things at the time. Best time to test was early evening for me (the first wee after the commute home). But then I tend to have a long surge (2 days) so missing it was never a worry.

Decided to amend my stats (ACL=Average Cycle Length, much less depressing than putting 23-60).

Have been absent for a few days, work is rubbish and I had a big row with someone yesterday - so much drinking of wine and eating chocolate has been needed this week!

I see we have had some good news going on though ivy - lovely news on your wedding hairy good luck with that appointment

viv Its horrible when things like that happen and catch you off guard. My next door neighbour is due to have her baby in 6 weeks, and she announced her pregnanacy when I had just found out I was pregnant too, so she is about 8 weeks ahead of where I was. I am not looking forward to hearing a newborn through our very paper thin walls!

Well according to FF I have not ovulated yet but am due to very soon, so I am making my overseas dash tonight to see DP. I am worn out! I really hope I catch in time and am not too late!

I'm CD 26 today and the CBFM is ominously flashing m at me. It's shown me high since day 10 until yesterday with a peak in-between. We've SWOI on ONE bloody day this month (we've been on opposite shifts!) and I'm fretting I'm updiffed as I've had no symptoms of RTD. Pass the fish!

Hahaha ivy - your cough medicine message really made me giggle this morning. I've just bought Boots Own Brand Medicine for Chesty Coughs - you want the one with Guaifenesin as the only active ingredient.

Oh - and I'm drinking gallons of grapefruit juice too. Do you think this is wise? Or am I heading for some kind of tsunami of CM Tenalady requiring disaster?

Sorry if I've missed anything major... in Jollsterville, no more spotting, quite tired and occasionally nauseous, but I do keep on having to remind myself I'm pregnant, as though I don't really believe it. Time moves VERY slowly. Am 6+4 today, feels like I've known FOREVER and I didn't even POAS early . Did have a weird sensation lying in bed one morning earlier in the week that I was about to start MC. But for now, am in that limbo land which is a bit like being undead... for those American Werewolf in London fans out there...

Freezing Grapefruit juice is vile, but I really do notice a difference when I drink it everyday. Thinkit does something to blood estrogen levels... but I am not a scientist so don't quote me

I am celebrating the fact I think I might be about to OV - EWCM, and OV cramps abound.
Typically DH is away at Silverstone this weekend, bloody Grand Prix. Did manage to SWI twice today though, so I am hoping that will do some good.
I am aiming to be one of those people who miscarries and then falls pregnant again straight away - watch this space.

not only did fucking exchange not happen but whole chain is fucked because the guy at the bottom decided at the last minute to let everyone know that he wasn't going to buy unless he could get planning which would delay everything by 6 - 8 weeks minimum and our buyer (who was selling to the guy)basically told him to fuck off, withdrew from the process and because the market has dropped is no longer selling his house so no longer buying ours

so now we have to decide whether to try again .... I am getting used to having to take several attempts to get what I want!

to add insult to injury because the whole market has changed so much in the last few months although we were selling for 495, we are now being advised we could go on at 470 and maybe sell at 450 .... of course the house we are buying would also drop and we are trading up so it would drop by more but even so ...

thanks for all good wishes and so on, its a total fuck up .. but you know what, am lucky enough to live in a nice house, have ds upstairs safe in his bed and dh and i don't want for much so if stuff doesn't come easy i can't feel too bad about that - there are so many people worse off than us, was reading about kids living on rubbish dump in nigeria today and it breaks you heart - but sure puts problems in perspective

Oh no Cheepz, that's an absolute nightmare! How heartbreaking. Glad you're trying to look positive, but hope you let yourself have a little rant about it and get furious.

Got peak on CBFM yesterday, so had to do silent SWI as have my mother staying. V comical and not even a tiny bit romantic . Not temp change yet (my temp is freakishly similar every day. Have even tried different thermometers to see if mine was faulty), and am waiting to see what CBFM tells me in a minute when it's finished talking to my wee stick. Am not relishing the prospect of silent SWI again today, but whatever needs doing will be done!

We are holding off TTC - well trying anyway! New job, wedding and DP starting a new business venture I'm not sure now is the right time to get pregnant. That said I'm still keen and a little every time someone announces their pregnancy at work. We went for a meal last Sunday and on the table next to us was a tiny little one with doting parents, the other side a very heavily pregnant woman and her partner - about the same time I would be due I'm guessing. I just wanted to scream that should be me

Anyway, positive thoughts! Lovely sunny weekend ahead of us and plenty of wine
