drom from my personal experience with temping I'd avoid like the plague. It made me even more mekal than ever. I thought I'd like to feel in control, but my temps were up & down more than my pants during SWI time. As the instructions said a disturbed night = rubbish results all it showed me was I have a weak bladder & can barely manage a full nights sleep. Then I went into a massive spin trying to work out the time difference when on hol. I was sooooo glad when the battery ran out.
