C'mon girls, this is the year. We will form a circle and concentrate hard on diffment.

Meanwhile, David and Jenson have popped the corks and are pouring out the Bellinis. Truckle of stilton anyone?

Nah conceiving seems ok. I also have managed one successful pg (he's 2 now.) hence I should whinge less, count blessings more etc.

Took not that long with him, maybe 7 months? Was the younger side of 35 then... 2nd pg got diffed really quickly after started trying, was all chuffed, but mmc. Then I dunno about 8 months til last one? Am not sure tho if the ectopic was caused by having to have such a lot of fucking about to get mmc out (was 12 weeks, tho the BOC wasn't...and my body had no intention of giving up,twat that it is.)

anyway am sort of lucky to have mc'd second time as would've been worse if ectopic had carried on!

How about you? I know you have had more than 1 mc... I could say all the stuff about people I know who've had more than 1 mc and then healthy pgs etc but imagine you've heard it lots (is still troof tho)

ginhag · 24/01/2010 19:21

Oh and cho if by 'looking after myself' you mean 'drinking gin and eating pie' then yep am doing that

ChoChoSan · 24/01/2010 19:37

Ha Ha, gin that's how I take care of myself as well.

Never mind 'whinge less and 'count your blessings'...you don't feel particularly blessed when you have just been through what you have been through, and why the hell should you? I hope they sort your innards out after your erpcs and get you back in the game asap.

Ive had 2 m/c and been tryin for the updiff for nearly 4 years. I am beginning to thing they might be related - maybe clotting disorders or summat...dunno really. However, apart from when in my darkest hours, I remain optimistic, and I am having fertility treatment as well, so when they sort out my meds and my 'origami womb' (copyright Ocarina) I will still keep fighting the good fight!

ginhag · 24/01/2010 19:42

Sounds like you enroute to telling your body who is boss cho. good on ya.

And hahaha you have a crumply womb and I have cobwebs in mine. True beshes...

ChoChoSan · 24/01/2010 19:50

Yeah...my minge need to get with the fucking programme!!! no more Ms Nice Person!

I loved that 'cobwebs' line Gin...tho reminded me of the Frankie Boyle 'haunted pussy' gag

CurlyCasper · 24/01/2010 20:13

Thanks cho. I;ve mailed now.

Muchly enjoying the banter between you and Gin and pissing myself at the dog watching with intent the new Ford advert with all the little birdies. Priceless

Medee · 24/01/2010 21:08

I've had my haggis already

ginhag · 24/01/2010 21:20

casp re adverts...whenever cillit bang ad on,mani shouts 'BANG! And the dirt is gone!'

we are also forced to sing along with the calgon ad,which for some reason he thinks is hilarious.

ginhag · 24/01/2010 21:44

Sorry that was thoroughly dull

ChoChoSan · 24/01/2010 21:48

yeah, gin...post that one in to @Take a Break' magazine.

Talking of which,..was it on this thread where someone posted the tragic 'top tips' photos in one of those types of mags? Mucho mirth...

Meds, I was wondering if half of this thread would be missinf on Burns nights - seems everyone but me has link to north of the border...youre all scotch or summink innit?

ginhag · 24/01/2010 21:50

CurlyCasper · 25/01/2010 08:56

I buggered off last night with the intention of going to bed but ended up watching thing on Discovery about how babies develop in their first year. 'twas interesting.

salander · 25/01/2010 09:16

I am also a full-on jock!

CurlyCasper · 25/01/2010 09:28

Slainte! . Well that's set for up for the day...

skihorse · 25/01/2010 09:43

You caaaaahs! I was doing absolutely fine, bimbling away through life just fine and then you inconsiderate BEEYATCHES remind me (actually it was Medee on fb) that I should've been eating haggis.

iggypiggy · 25/01/2010 09:55

Morning BESHlets - hope you all had a fucking good weekend.

Filled with fucking

scropes Fank you muchly for da linky to BUMSEX fred - am gonna read that

Also mucho sorry for menkul masheen fail... The problme was that I left it for something ridiculous like 55 days before pressing m once (cos I abandoned it) and it seems to think that it now has a random long cycle... I think if you keep pressing m when your cycle starts it might learn... or you coucld take the batteries out and leave it for a while?

Or try this reset

Please to make him work

ChoChoSan · 25/01/2010 09:59

Sorry Curly I don't like whisky, never eaten a haggis, and not even been to Scotland ....However, far be it for me to turn down a morning toast...Slainte!

Well I do declare, I was pleasantly surprised by Twilight...not quite the completely crappy teen flick I expected, and my teenage years mispent in the goth hinterland has always left me with a penchant for pale brooding fellows.

Scorpette · 25/01/2010 10:01

to all the Scotch (teehee) BESHies! Will be back tonight; try to cope without me

ChoChoSan · 25/01/2010 10:05

Hi SirIgnatiasofPopsville,

are you not joining in with our morning whisky session...the drink that already smells of vom before you throw it up! (Actually, that might just be that I smelt whisky sick as a child before I ever actually smelt whisky...Irish family keen on the drink!)

That was a joke, before all you Scots start tossing cabers at me, and I know Irish whiskey has an 'e' in it! (desparately tries to prove I am not in some colonial cultural bubble)

iggypiggy · 25/01/2010 10:08

Chochi (Like chachi - but differnt)

I can join in the wiv the Scotch - make mine a Bunnahabhain - cos I quite like it

You can keep the haggis tho

ChoChoSan · 25/01/2010 10:24

Okay laydeez,

I am off for a bit of dildocam action (yeah, baby!) to check on how many little eggiwegs I might have in store for this month - no medication this month, so I will not be the beneficient Octomom, dispensing baybees to all her BESHie hags.

Also hoping I might find out more about origami uterus and blood tests - but I dont hold out much hope on either of these, so soon after testing. Just been reading stuff about immune disorders and m/c and, spookily enough I've had a dodgy knee for months that I was beginning to wonder if it might be a bit of Rheumatoid Arthritis...is so...this could be implicated...isn't 'self-diagnosis via interwebs' a wonderful thing - all the doctors must be SO pleased that we all helpfully decide what's up with us before we arrive!!
