Here we go, another new thread for us to fill with our highs and lows.

Lets start off with a good dusting of babydust, think all the rest we had has washed off in the rain

Strike. So true, with the gardening and taking it easy. I already imaging that my food tastes different.

CHOCOLATEPEANUT · 17/07/2005 19:16

DH has bought several bags of gravel and a spade today to re-do the drive.Hope he is not looking to me for assistance.......

I am totally obsessing over ov kits.Gotta kick the habit......

Only 2 weeks till AF due. I hope DH legs holdout till then!

HellKat · 17/07/2005 19:26

Humphreys- Well done on the "no hangover" !!!
I got soooo p**sed off when I still had the feint pink lines! Took so long for them to go. Sometimes you can get that watery pink bleeding after sex or I was just left with the browny colour (with bits). Ohhh last night! Was in total shock at the amount of boos Makosi got. Vanessa got the most mind. We wanted Orlaigh out. It got down to Makosi and Vanessa (Vanessa was bawling, shaking and saying she did'nt want to leave). All but Kemal voted for her (he went Makosi?). She offered to leave instead of Vanessa and followed her up the stairs where Science had to drag her back down. Recent footage showed her crying her eyes out in the diary room, saying she had no friends left and wanted to go! I quite like Eugene (feel sorry for the poor little geeky boy). Orlaigh looked very smug (grrr).

HellKat · 17/07/2005 19:29

Off to chill in front of the box. Ds2 doing his normal sweety-pie self and was asleep by 7 so got peace and quiet. Be back in the morning. Have a great night all xxxxxxxxxxxx

madrush · 17/07/2005 19:36

Hey everyone, happy Sunday - I've got great news, with a VERY weak positive this am. (sorry Diddle, leaving you in suspense while I chatted away in the garden all day!). Diddle and Strike1 good luck with your testing.

I'm convinced it does mean positive (tried 2 now, as you do) but it's so weak you can convince yourself you're just seeing things. I'm so excited - must be this thread bringing me luck. Now I'm just panicking that things might go wrong again 40 weeks suddenly seems an enormous length of time.

I really hope you've all got some of the same luck this month - and hope mine lasts.

CHOCOLATEPEANUT · 17/07/2005 19:54

(((((((Madrush)))))))))

madrush-wow-that is such brilliant news. Must be a March/April baby. ((xx))

HellKat-yes, the watery pink stuff was after bd this morning-not had it before. So still waiting for AF-will be 7 weeks tomorrow.

Off on Ebay to try and sell some more things.

xx

petunia · 17/07/2005 20:14

Diddle- you've been painting today as well! I've been painting our garage door and got nicely toasted from being in the sun!

I'm still waiting for AF to appear. Still getting cramps but not as bad as they were a few days ago.

HumphreysCorner · 17/07/2005 20:54

Been on Ebay and had to buy 10 more testing strips. Should last a couple of weeks

madrush · 17/07/2005 21:05

Thanks for the congrats, you're guesses are right, baby due late March. Feels a bit weird calling "it" a baby right now, too nervous of things going wrong again.

Can't believe you've been decorating Petunia and Diddle, much too hot for work.

HC - you were supposed to be going on ebay to SELL things, not buy hope af arrives soon.

CHOCOLATEPEANUT · 17/07/2005 21:12

Madrush

You give us all hope.Sleep well tonight, you must be thrilled.

xx

Xena · 17/07/2005 21:25

Hi all
Congratulations Madrush

Gosh I feel soo weepy this evening, pmt?? feel a bit like it in my tummy and AF due this week.
I've been feeling much happier lately and not so sad about the m/c but we went to a family party today and my younger sister and her DH (who still haven't even acknowledged the m/c) Where all blarsay asking if we were going to have anymore??
Other people who don't know what happened ask me that, but they know why are they asking??

HumphreysCorner · 17/07/2005 21:54

Xena-some people just have no idea about various things in life (Gits are what I call them). I know it's not easy but try to ignore them because they will have forgotten the conversation 2 mins later while you are still dwelling on it. Happens to me alot-as they say 'elephants never forget'. ((xx))

Going to bed now.

Night night everyone.
x

Diddle · 18/07/2005 07:58

oh xena - people can be so thoughless, can't believe they're your family though. Maybe they just don't know how to deal with it. When i bought my roses in memory of the little ones i lost, my mom told me she thought it was morbid, which really upset me. Some people just don't understand how you feel about it, unless they've experienced it themselves.

Tested again today, still BFN. losing hope now, even though i don't feel like af is coming, we'll see.

morning to everyone else.

Morning Diddle, what a shame. Is there any way you could have your dates mixed up. I know thats a no going by how obessive and in tune with our bodies we are but you never know.

Madrush, Congratulations, have you tested again this morning, i bet you have!!!!

maddyd · 18/07/2005 08:23

Hellkat how are you, has your af finished yet, is it light enough for you to bd.? When would it make your next af due?

Interregation over

HellKat · 18/07/2005 08:33

Maddy- Yep all gone!! But confession, we were bding all the time anyway . Trick of making no mess is to bd straight after having a bath (works really well) but obviously we could'nt when I was really heavy.

HellKat · 18/07/2005 08:40

How are you by the way?

maddyd · 18/07/2005 08:48

Im fine ta. I dont like bding during af at all. I do nearer the end and as you say after a bath.

Have you thought of testing at all, just incase?

strike1 · 18/07/2005 08:48

Excellent news madrush!!!! Make sure you keep us up to date on how you're doing.

Of to central london for the first time since the bomings today, and have worked myself up into quite a state, I'm such a wimp!

HellKat · 18/07/2005 08:51

How are you by the way?
