Hi all,

I've just checked and if it happens this time I'd actually be due early July. Please feel free to join me on this bus:

mabh - definitely! Perhaps with two bendy bits...

Latest - congratulations! such good news.

irishfairy - hello! I managed to imagine pretty much every symptom under the sun last month so I can only say that nature can be very cruel sometimes... but on the other hand... fingers crossed!

x

clumsyspookybroomstick · 27/10/2009 14:24

Just drope by to welcome all the newcomers

givecarrotsachance · 27/10/2009 14:24

What's going on with this bus? Virtually no grads and a whoooole load of passengers. Anyone just 2WWing but expecting to drop off at this stop??? Give me some positive vibes here! I'm on day 12 and no signs yet of pre-ovulation so getting V frustrated.

nymphadora · 27/10/2009 14:38

Gone off cheese & coke & chocolate gotta be good eh?

Shmoo75 · 27/10/2009 14:53

Hi can I join the July bus? I am TTC#1 Cycle7 UCL33 CD14

I have actually been TTC since April 2008 fell pg 1st cycle but m/c at the end of may'08, took me 7 cycles to fall pg again in Feb'09 but, again I m/c again at the end of Feb'09. I am now on cycle 7 after my 2nd m/c and I am hoping for some luck. My last 2 cycles have ben 33 days so, hopefully that is what they will be from now on. Not expecting to get Highs on my CBFM until this Fri and Peaks next Mon & Tues.

Hope there are a few more grads soon as, I think with the number of passengers on this bus we should be having quite a few more coming up

sayanything · 27/10/2009 14:55

Thanks latest and mabh - that's good to know, because mad chemist man scared me.

Welcome Shmoo! Sorry to hear about your m/c, I really hope this is a lucky bus for you.

(I'm using the CBFM too btw, isn't it fab?)

Shmoo75 · 27/10/2009 15:35

sayanything I love my CBFM this is my 2nd cycle using it.

Just tried adding a really long post with the stats including me but, my laptop wouldn't do itstupid thing kept kicking me off the internet so, I had click the back button!!

SpookyAlice · 27/10/2009 19:00

Thanks for the welcome, there are so many of you

This is our first month ttc, DD is nearly 2 and was a complete shock surprise, so this is all new to me

PollyPoo · 27/10/2009 19:01

Sorry to be dull and hog a seat! Still no witch (though as I type I can feel a couple of tummy twinges which could mean she's on her way ) and am NOT testing again until the weekend... or maybe Friday .

shelleee · 27/10/2009 19:17

hi all just checking in , congrats to the graduates and hi to the newbies , i tested this afternoon with one of the cheapie ebay tests and of course it was a bfn ,, ( i ask myself , why did i test in the afternoon and why so early ) ,, i have no symptoms although maybe a little breast tenderness if i think really hard about it ,, note to self must stop obsessing ,,,,

Irishfairy · 27/10/2009 19:34

Thanks for the welcomes!

So this afternoon I was in Boots and impatience got the better of me... bought a First Response twin pack and lo and behold two lines almost immediately! The second line was fainter but definitely there, can these tests sometimes be wrong?
Going to wait until the morning to use the second one to see if it comes up positive too! Don't want to get too excited until I know for definite but I am feeling very optimistic!!!

SpookyTeaFan · 27/10/2009 19:34

Hi Shmoo sorry to hear about your disappointments but good luck for this cycle I agree that we need loads more BFPs and soon!

Nymphadora, gone off chocolate !?!?!? Surely it must be a sign

Am desperately trying not to POAS just yet, managed to concentrate on work for a few hours today as have really taken my eye off the ball since we've been TTC

Am really obsessing this month tho, feel really bloted and boobs slightly tender and it's a bit early for AF ... wouldn't be the first time i'd had symptoms and been wrong though

clumsyspookybroomstick · 27/10/2009 20:21

Congrats irishfairy

ooh Nymphadora and Jollster sounds really promising!

There are so many of us on here, I think we should have a July train, not a bus!

Nothing to report here except I feel abit bloated but that is probably because of the lentil soup I had at lunc!

shelleee · 27/10/2009 20:26

sounds promising irishfairy im keeping my fingers and toes crossed for you , have you had any symptoms?

Irishfairy · 27/10/2009 21:14

Thanks!

No shellee I had just posted on here earlier today saying I wasn't too hopeful this month because I haven't really had any symptoms. No cramping, spotting or other signs people seem to have. One thing I've noticed is that I usually get very sore tender boobs a few days before AF is due and I haven't had that at all this month.

Don't know how I'll sleep tonight waiting to do the second test in the morning!!!

PumpkinJollster · 27/10/2009 21:51

hey irishfairy that could be a very short hop!! Good luck with test no 2.... but sounds very promising.... no such thing as a false positive.

shellee know exactly what you mean... you know it's irrational/illogical/strictly not sensible but you just can't help yourself.... been there, done that in the last week!

GhoulsAreLoud · 27/10/2009 22:00

Congratulations Latest!

Spookybroomstick I was on a whistlestop tour of your new town today for work. Shame I wasn't stopping, we could have met up!

Shmoo75 · 28/10/2009 08:41

Irishfairy Oh where are you? Want an update with your BFP So we can all be but also over another grad

I always symptom spot as, trouble is early pg signs are the same as pending AF signs! I don't think Mother Nature is a woman but, a man in drag! If it is a woman she wouldn't do this to the rest of us women unless, she was suffering major PMT. I think when we pee the toilet water turns green to show it is our fertile time, turns purple as soon as bean has implanted. Would be sooooo much easier.

SpookyAlice · 28/10/2009 08:45

shmoo that would be helpful!

Desperately trying not to obsess about being/not being pg. I have still got cramps and everything feels bloated and swollen like it does before Af, but have another 2 weeks to go WTF is my body playing at?

NorkyStrokesMice · 28/10/2009 08:56

Congrats latest and irishfairy - hopefully some more grads will be joining you soon!

I went to the Will Young party last night and ended nearly passed out during it (and not from lusting at Will!) - they got the first aiders in to look at me and everything (how embarrassing!).

I've felt nauseous and lightheaded since then which is reminding me horribly of my hyperemesis with DS1 pregnancy.

So who is testing today or tomorrow? Roll on more BFPs!

Shmoo75 · 28/10/2009 10:36

SpookyAlice Maybe that is sign of OV? As OV signs/symptoms can mirror AF as well. FX you get your BFP in a couple of wks time.
NorkyStrokesMice Oh all sounds very promising. Did you get to interview Will Young in the end?

I am still suffering with my really bad cold so, FX it goes by the weekend as, my hubby is under strict orders that we will be shagging everday from Fri for at least 10days

mabh · 28/10/2009 12:51

irishfairy where are you? Looks like a BFP, please confirm ! (Probably running about telling your friends and family!)
I have absolutely no symptoms either, so I am hoping your example is the one I'm following!

norky is it or isn't it? Could be promising...

SpookyTeaFan · 28/10/2009 14:02

Where has that IrishFairy gone (impatient emoticon), we need more grads!!

Sympathy to fellow obsessers 2ww'ers, I managed NOT to POAS this morning...don't know if I can hold out until Saturday but my tests are 25mIU and apparently you should be at 25mIU by 10DPO (Thursday/Friday) so if I am pg should hopefully show up by then..

Latest symptoms:
Bloating (still)
Cramps
Tingly nipples
Intermittent earache (right ear)

Could be a bean or could be AF but the earache thing is interesting

(Having worn out magic 8 ball TeaFan wanders off to find a coin to toss)
