Harrizeb · 14/06/2005 15:09

Oh charlee I'm sorry honey it might be worth going back to the docs and talk to them again? could the bleeding be related to being poorly yesterday?

trix you being cheeky? me too

H x

StarryEyed · 14/06/2005 17:27

Afternoon all

Sorry for the silence. Hello to the newbies and welcome.

I am on CD14 - think I OVed today. Of course I had my DH on standby last night but he got held up at work and only got in in the early hours of this morning. Just my luck. He was exhausted this morning but I jumped on him and did the deed before he could say what the heck May have to jump on him this evening to be sure - lord what have I reduced myself too?

Charleep so sorry to hear that your cycle is going crazy. I think a visit to the doctors is a good idea.

Munz sorry you are feeling down. When I had my M/C, I went through the same thing with DH. Men see it differently and we tend to be affected by it for much longer. It will get better trust me.

Trix1 · 14/06/2005 17:37

hello there. still being cheeky Harriz I am not normally so naughty at work but this ttc is driving me insane and now I am getting obsessed with mn as well as ttc.

Who is next to test????? we need some more bfP to give us some inspiration. :0

charleepeters · 14/06/2005 18:21

Thanks girls still bleeding ona nd off still not heavy and pink/brown. but i am getting backache so im guessing deffo af

i would go tot he drs but they have already said theres nothing they can do, most women with unregular cycles just get put on the pill which as you can guess is not what i want right now, plus due to my blood clots i cant have that anyway, so i guess i have to live with it. Im just so annoued and disheartend, my bladder infections ssems to have gone so all my drinking must have helped, but i dont know why my cycles gone to pot, its always been irregular by about 2-3 days but never 9!

oh well back to the drawring board will have to start again looks like i will be sticking around for a while longer yet.

hugs to all xx

oh munzy ((hugs)) good luck wendy will have everything crossed for you.

Hulababy · 14/06/2005 21:21

Oh munz So sorry. Think you really have to be firm and straight with DH. Make sure he knows exactly how you feel. Sometimes I think the whole TTC and especially mc is difficult on men, as they are not having the same hormone rushes we have. And I don?t think they are really as emotionally involved with the whole process. You must make Dh realise that you need time to mourn and grief your loss, and that to not allow yourself time and space to do that we make the healing process much harder and much lengthy. And make sure he knows that he has to be involved in that too ? and to help you. And if he mentions the housework or whatever again, just say no! Do you have some holidays left at work? Can you take a holiday? Or why not go back to the doctors ? tell them how you feel?you may well find the doctor is really good and will sign you off medically for a while.

Wendy ? keep resting and relaxing.

Harrizeb ? not seen your other thread about your DS?but hope you are feeling okay, and not too worked up.

Charleepeters ? sorry about the bleeding; hope you sort out what is happening soon.

LOL starryeyed ? you go for it!!!

CD18 for me; normally OV (according to temps/CM/OPK in past) around now but today and yesterday CM seemed very sticky/creamy (sorry if TMI). Had one seemed like EWCM much earlier in cycle this month?so not sure what is happening? Wondering wether it might be worth doing a spot of temping again next month to see what that says, and maybe get some more OPKs? Mind I am holiday for first week of next cycle ? can?t believe AF is due right in middle of my holiday! ? so may not be possible. Hmmm.

romilly · 14/06/2005 23:14

munz sorry to hear d/h is giving you a hard time.

Frizbe · 14/06/2005 23:40

Hi all, 1st chance I've had to get on here all night! (but sneaked on during day today {smile}
Charlee {{{Hugs}}} Hon, how pants is that hope your feeling a bit better by tomorrow?

Trix, have just read thread and realised you asked a DPO q which no one seems to have answered, but you have kinda ansd it yourself! I'm not temping, am just roughly guessing based on my cycle at the mo, but if your temping, you should know for sure, but the readouts! sure Hula or charlee can fill you in on that bit, plus anyone else who is temping....

Well only 3 days to the weekend ladies, anyone testing this week?
I'll give it a bash mid next week, if af doesn't turn up by then. Nite, Nite!

charleepeters · 15/06/2005 07:39

Morning ladies - Well bad news here its deffo AF just decided to come early. im feeling a little fed up, which i know is stupid becasue some of you ladies have been trying years and im pi**ed off after 2 months so forgive me for being sad. im gonna push for a dr's appointment today though just to get me bladder infection sorter and also to tell were ttc and im fining it difficult because of my cycle going mad see if she has any advice shes a nice woman so im hoping she will be understanding.

now listen to me nattering on about myself i need to pick myself up and get on with it if i want this baby.

Munz and Miolsmum - How you two doing today? i hope your ok and are feeling possitive.

Frizbe - i hope you have some god luck at the weekend!

sorry Charlee about AF, irregular cycles are a bloody nightmare while ttc, I anally and obsessively checked everyone of my cycles for the last year yesterday, bizarre am now on day 34
no sign of AF, have resisted testing again, rather be in ignorant state of bliss.
Am very very tired though.
Am thinking of going and buying a test this morning... DH joked that having a baby will work out cheaper than ttc, with ov tests and pg tests combined

Talk me out of it anyone?

RachelRog · 15/06/2005 10:45

PIFFLE....TEST TEST TEST!!!!!

Chuffed · 15/06/2005 11:59

test

Dana · 15/06/2005 12:12

Piffle - get yourself out and buy a test!! We want to know!!

Trix1 · 15/06/2005 12:43

Piffle go and get a test we need some good news

Ponka · 15/06/2005 14:38

Afternoon everyone. My god, I think it just took me about half an hour to read all the posts from the last few days. This does move quickly.

Ahhh Piffle. Nobody's talking you out of it. I say test, too. I'd want to know. Lol re. a baby being cheaper than the tests though.

I'm new to all this really. Can't get my head around all the acronyms. I read somewhere in a book, but I can't remember where, that if you aren't doing all these tests etc, you should ttc every 2 days. Anyone else heard that?

Charlee and Munz. Hope you feel better soon. x

Trix1 · 15/06/2005 14:56

Welcome Ponka -are you ttc as well then?

There is an acronym list at the very top of the page which you might find useful or just ask and we will let you know

Test Piffle - good luck

Trix1 · 15/06/2005 16:17

Hello - is there anyone there this afternoon or are you all busy working like I should be

LunarSea · 15/06/2005 16:28

Yeah - supposed to be working, but am not currently very busy, and it's my one day a week for working from home anyway, so keep drifting off to do other things and just popping back to check email every 15 mins or so. (I'm not as bad as I sound - honest - when we are busy I'll often work 70-80 hours a week for no extra, so taking it a bit easier in the quiet times is just quid pro quo for that.)

charleepeters · 15/06/2005 17:27

Hi ladies im feeling a bit better now i ahve jsut had a chat with my g.p, she was really nice about it, i had a really bad bladder and kidney infection thats why i was feeling illso iv'e been given some stron antibiotics, so hopefully that should clear up soon. I have also been given the go ahead to wean myself off my anti deppressants so i dont have to stop cold turkey when i do fianlly fall pg. And she said that my cylces being irregular will probably be becasue all the bleeding i had after ds was born, so there just taking a little while to get back in a pattern, but to kkep trying and because of my history if i havent fallen in 6 months they will do some investigations, so im feeling a little more positive about everything.

Piffle did you test dont keep us in suspense!

hugs to all xxx

Hello everyone

Just checking in for the day although nothing much to report.

Day time TV does have some useful info at times. On This Morning today they talked to a lady who had 11 miscarriages in 16 years and has just had a healthy baby boy. Apparently 1 in 8 pg end in miscarriage and out of that 1 in 6 is due to a blood clotting problem where the developing baby is starved of oxygen. The condition can go undetected as is not always checked for so I suppose you should always get that looked at if you have recurrent miscarriages.

Charlee - glad you got a chance to talk to your GP and that you have got you kidney problem sorted out.

Munz - how are you feeling today? Keep you chin up

Rom - you sound as if you are really busy at the moment. Hope things calm down a bit for you really soon. Have you any holidays planned?

Piffle - hope these lot are not putting you under too much pressure test when you are ready!!

Have a good evening everyone. Off for a walk round the garden before starting my evenings TV viewing. How sad is that!

HandbagAddiction · 15/06/2005 18:45

Evening all! So I'm now CD20 - no idea what DPO as I didn't use the old OPKs this time arround, but I suspect it DPO8. Strangely this month I appear to have very little in the way of PMT type symptoms - just the odd boob tingle, an odd cramp but nothing like the past two months...so god knows what my body is doing! Going on holiday to France next Friday for a week, so I might be tempted to test just before I go - don't want to pig out on all that yummy french cheese if there's a chance I could be pregnant!!

So.. to catch up with everyone else...

CP - sorry to hear about AF arriving and your bladder/kidney thing, but it's great that your GP appears to be very supportive. Hopefully you'll be well on the mend soon.

Piffle - come on girl - get testing, we're all itching to know.... !!

Romilly - seems like there's loads going on for you right now. Hang in there girl - we're here in you need us...oh and keep eating the chocolate!!

Munz - honey - so sorry you're feeling down about things. No particularly helpful advice to offer, just a big hug .

Frizbe - any symptons yet? Can you possibly hold out until the middle of next week for testing??

Harriezb - Sorry also to hear that you too are feeling down. Read your thread about your ds's nursery situation but didn't have time to post a reply. Are things sorted now??

Hello also to Hulababy - what's the latest on the house, Debbsy - great that you had a good holiday, Wendy11 - keep your feet up girl, Lunarsea, Sparkly, Starryeyed, Ponka, Trix1, Diddle and anyone else who's lurking around. Apologies if I've forgotten to name your names!!

Have a good evening!

Frizbe · 15/06/2005 19:49

Hi to Ponka and Dana, hope your not on the thread too long (in a nice way of course )

CP, phew, at least your getting sorted out now! onwards and upwards as they say

Hbag, I'm not due to test until next Thurs anyway, if my cycle is doing a 30 dayer? have noticed nipples doing strange things this week, but that's it, so who knows???? although they were 1st to go odd last time, so fingers x'd will see next week eh!

Wendy, try not to get too bored with all the resting {{Hugs}} its horrible waiting, still at least you can test on Sunday, so very good luck for then, as I'll be away for the weekend.

Hi to eveyone else, hope your all having fun making babies
