ttc after 9 months of heavy bleeding with ds, waiting for ov now to get the ball rolling!

wanting any kind of beanie colour/size doesnt matter aslon as its/they are healthy!

Spacecadet you are our first graduate on this thread and its only been going for a couple of hours congratulations to you.

I have left my sadness on the last thread and as I am now on day 9 I am starting to feel more optimistic. Thank you so much everyone for your kind words it is appreciated.

can someone tell me how drinking grapefruit juice increases your ttc chances please?

trix- it increases your CM- and it really does work... my CM was a bit hit and miss but with a glass a day you can really see the difference.....

MM - backatcha, will email u tomorrow from work, i'm also doing a lot better today (least i'm able to compose myself in RL without bursting into tears every 10 mins), the sun will rise and fall as it always has done, (besides I fear by cursing the gods and my body it's won't give me any beanies so insted i'm abusing it with chocolate - there goes the 8lb I lost on WW!).

I think it's easier to be positive here anyhow. right def off now for some dinner.

MM - out of intrest is grapefruit juice really sour like the fruit or is it actualy bearable?

we have the vicar coming round tonight to discuss dd2's christening!

Grapefruit juice is sour - but I love it. I always have some in the fridge so I am going to ensure I have at least one glass a day - are you supposed to drink it every day?

Anymore tips?

i ve found if you buy the shops cheap longlife variety- like asda smart price its nowhere near as sour as the really fresh stuff....- trust me its does work....

munz- really glad to hear you re feeling better, i still have my cries but got to stay positive, after all at least it shows i can get pregnant- just appear to have trouble holding the new ones in! my little bot loved it in there- he didnt want to come out and was 13 days late! - got to be doing something right.....

sorry trix- yes have a glass everyday!!! cant think of any other tips right now but trust me ill post them if i do and im sure the other ladies have a few!

LOL handbag - I wish! Update today is that our buyer is now lending 100% from the second lender (not mortgage compnay) and that the money is ready. We don't know how long he envisages the money geting here. Lender was supposed to fax the solicitors today and didn't. Dh does have his (or someone's) name and address. Also spoke to partner (Dh knows him through work) of an estate agents big here - he thinks the apartment will sell or easily rent. We have the valuer coming on Friday and will put it back on market if no further with buyer then. We will then give it a couple of months to sell - and take it from there before deciding on rental option. Me - stressed? No, surely not!!! LOL! Looks like the 3 story house is lost to us now BUJT we have found another house - a 4/5 bed, 4 story - in an even better location - we like. More expensive, but really like it and very tempted if available when we are sorted. We will get there.

Resting lots at the moment and also taking walks around the garden to keep the blood flow to the womb in good order. I am going to be a day time TV addict by the end of these 2 weeks

Actually feeling a bit flat today but I think it is just down to the fact that over the last few weeks we have had something to do be it injections or trips to the hospital and now it is just a waiting game but keeping as positive as possible!

Munz - sorry you had to endure such a horrible time at the Dr's. Keep talking to you DH and let your body tell you when it is ready to try again.

Im tempng at the moment its steady so far so no sign of ovulation, i had a temp dip yesterday not sure what that means but oh well waiting for ov hope its all of our month this month!

What do you guys advise...

When I was 17 and went on the pill, I had no cycle whatsoever - it could be 28 days, or at the most, 8 months...

The only time I have been off since then, I fell for DD before the first period.

How long should I wait before testing???? I wanna say to myself wait til day 30, and then test, but should I leave it longer still?

What is the average cycle length??

Any idea when yo might have OVd? I guess 28 days is the average - although it isn't many people who do have a spot on 28 day cycle. But maybe take it from there and see how you go.

CD 38 which is a bit odd since my cycle has always been between 29 and 35 days...but I can't possibly be PG because it's only been three days and I should have ovulated a few weeks ago. But who knows!?

Anyway, lovely to meet you all, congratulations to spacecadet and to munz and milosmum - I don't know you, but I really feel for you.

Currently on cd25 and 11dpo........TESTING ON WEDS!!!!!!!!! AAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Do not feel even slightly pregnant...

I'm waiting for AF on 14th day before my DS 2nd birthday - how on earth did he get so old!!!!!

If it doesn't come then will be testing that weekend so I will be few days late by then. Not feeling particularly optimistic at this moment in time but we shall see.

Welcome newbies, Flame I'm in the same boat as you - missed a pill and fell with DS - was 9 weeks before I got suspicious so haven't got a clue what this is all about, but just about at the end of our first month of TTC so fingers crossed and see what happens. Good luck to you and Pie

i have two ov calenders one goes on period dated the other is fertiliyt friend...............

fertility friens is saying no sign of ov yet but my period dates one says im on the lead up to it and have had a chance of getting pg for 2 days and shold reach peak on the 9th so if thats right will be testing with frizbe!

can only go by temp on ff though as i can never tell cm - dp and i have beenbding everynight for good measure so can tell whats cm and whats sperm {sorry tmi )

my temps never been to reliable so i dont bloomin know im just gonna hope every month i feel charting for me personallys not to reliable!

morning all, back in work today- althou the boss was surprised to see me in - but i'd rather keep busy than moping on the sofa. lol@ MM I know at least we can get PG, and we will again, when it's our time. then we'll just have to keep our legs crossed and bums in the air - won't that be a sight! lol.
