Congratulations nancypreg - great news!

Talking of food, I've found this week that everything tastes so sweet. So much so that I bought a KitKat today and almost didn't finish it, which for me is pretty ...

Have a great weekend everyone and good luck to all those testing!

sky27 · 28/08/2009 18:29

Just to say I won't be on for a few days...decided to go away for the weekend and take my mind off things.

See you all next week and good luck to those on the 2ww and any testers x

CurlyCasper · 28/08/2009 19:35

have a good weekend sky

re the sausages and bacon and chips, I wish I could claim it was a sign of something other than my sheer piggyness! I frequently crave sausage butties, cake and pizza.

DH just returned from shop with a case of lager (not for me ) phileas foggs and three bars of Galaxy. I love him so much sometimes.

NancyPreg · 28/08/2009 19:50

sky take care and enjoy the weekend.

CC oooh Galaxy bars, very nice. It's funny - sometimes I must have Cadbury choc and other times only the best will do: Hotel Chocolat

pigleychez · 28/08/2009 20:23

Found you all!

Nancy- Congraulations!

LadyLou- Hope you symptoms turn out to be the right symptoms

Lucylev- finger crossed it stays away!

Memory- at your DH.

Nothing to report here..boring old 2ww!
Seems like forever! only on CD 17.... roll on the next week or so!!

Hope everyone enjoys the long weekend

LastTrainToNowhere · 28/08/2009 21:55

Congratulations to all the graduates. Nothing to report here, trying to be strong and not test till next weekend on CD 28! Helps that Sainsbury's has run out of pregnancy tests...think some woman who's only slightly crazier than me has bought the whole lot.

MrsRigby · 28/08/2009 22:26

I'm back .

For those of you who hadn't realised I'd been gone, DH, DS and I went down to Cornwall for 5 days - it rained the entire time.

Pregnant until proven not pregnant - liahgen it was me! Is 5 days away enough for you to forget about me .

Congratulations memorylapse, bettymamma, kaystar, sweetkitty and nancypreg .

Have a lovely weekend sky27, I hope wherever you go it doesn't rain.

I'm off to bed now, but normal service will resume tomorrow. DH is desperate for me to test tomorrow morning. He really wants another child , unfortunately, this means he keeps wanting to have sex - including now...

WickedWitchSouthWest · 28/08/2009 22:40

just dropping by to see how you're all getting on!

oh Tobago, what a bitch. onwards an upwards?

yay nancypreg!! hooray!

Right, i'll prob drop in for a bit longer, am a little bit attached to you all but off to introduce myself to the June bus

thanks to all of you wonderful lovely ladies for all the support and laughs, I really hope there's lots more bfp's on this bus, god knows the amount of shagging and testing there should be! And those who aren't lucky, see you on June

mummydemma · 29/08/2009 09:01

Morning everyone!

I can't believe I am the first person to post on here this morning (unless my refresh button is playing up!). I was hoping to come on and read about lots of new BFPs from the weekend testers. Anybody.......

sweetkitty · 29/08/2009 09:53

Morning all, first morning in about 5 I haven't POAS but will do next week you know for science reasons

mrsRigby - welcome back you were missed

sky - have a nice weekend

tobago - what a bummer hope your period turns up soon, CD1 new month and all that, June might just be your month

WWSW - I'm not leaving you guys either still popping in, love the chat and to see who is testing

No symptoms or strange cravings here, I have taken to eating loads of food though I call it stocking up for the weeks ahead. Wish teh next 8 weeks would hurry up I hate this part, you spend so long waiting for a BFP then it comes along and you spend the next 8 weeks knicker watching.

Jen99 · 29/08/2009 12:36

Hi can I be a late joiner to the May bus? Need some advice please. Here are my stats:

TTC#2 Cycle 1 UCL? CD13

Stopped taking the pill 7 weeks ago, had first AF 13 days ago but last night had a lot of pain in the right side of my back going down my leg, kept me awake most of the night and the pain has now moved round to my lower abdomen, again on the right side and also have had some light bleeding and a brwon discharge (sorry if TMI) Any ideas what is going on?

Firerise · 29/08/2009 13:03

Congratulations Nancypreg, thats fab news!

How are all you 2 ww'ers passing the time without going bonkers?

I have become a ttc geek and made a spreadsheet!!!

Might also have accidentally bought a FR test...I know its early but DH and I are like kids waiting for christmas at the mo! When do you think the earliest is I could test??

Hope everyone has a lovely weekend and fingers crossed for even more BFP's! xxx

pigleychez · 29/08/2009 13:39

no more BFP's??? Come on girls!

Jen- Welcome aborad. Could of been Ovulation pains. I sometimes get them and you can bleed abit at ovulation.

CD18 for me.. Only another 10 days of waiting [Yawn!]
Celebrating abit here today as my DD has got her first tooth just poking through... very cute!

Ladylou83 · 29/08/2009 16:12

Well today is the first day my period could arrive, but alas nothing! Only 5 more days to go then I can test (UCL 28-34).

Went to an 'all u can drink club' last night for girlies night out, paid my tenner, and drunk one bloody drink. I had only had 2 drinks before got to the club. Seriously what is up with me? I could not drink, just felt bloody sick, had to leave the club at 1130, I swear Im getting old!!!!!!!!! 26 and past it

LastTrainToNowhere · 29/08/2009 17:15

My periods are due only next Saturday. It's much to early to do a just-in-case test, isn't it?

I know the answer...just hoping someone will say oh go on, do it, and I can test without feeling like a loony

HellsNB · 29/08/2009 17:25

Hello ladies

I am getting off the bus I'm afraid... bit of spotting yesterday and period has hit me full on today

Good luck to all those who are pregnant and those still to test

It's been a great bus ride, so supportive... right I'm off to buy a ticket for the June bus!

Hells x

memorylapse · 29/08/2009 17:52

I tested again this morning...just to check....cant help it..dont seem to have any symptoms apart from slightly tender boobs anmd weird cravings..I came in today and cooked up some of those vile runnery hot dogs that I normally cant stand!

memorylapse · 29/08/2009 17:52

Ladylou83 · 29/08/2009 18:04

yummy rubbery hotdogs with lots of plastic cheese.....so unhealthy, but soooooooooooo yummmy.....

lucylev · 29/08/2009 18:13

Hells all the very best of luck on the June bus, fingers x

Jen this is definitely the place to be if you want to ttc a May baby! The pains you felt sound like mittleschmerz, which is German for 'middle pain' and happens when you ovulate....now that you are ttc, you will become tuned into your body and all its twinges with a clarity not known before!

Firerise yep, I also have a spreadsheet of ttc/af data

I feel bleurgh again today, it starts about midday. Even nodded off for about 20mins this afternoon in the car (I wasn't driving [grin). But, needs must and I find any and all symptoms reassuring!!!

Fingers crossed for any testers, your bus needs you to graduate

Excel is a godsend when trying to monitor all those fertile signs! Colour-coded spreadsheet rules my mornings these days

welcome jen and excited smiles for all those approaching testing, and those enjoying early PG fluttery tums.

OV sticks gone from faint line (which instructions say is a neg anyway) to no line. Still not sure when I pass fertile window and start on the 2WW. Suppose it would be about now if I have another 29/30 day cycle. Think I'll base testing on this assumption anyway... (unless I can find a viable reason to do it sooner! )

SnowBunny1 · 29/08/2009 19:22

Hi Everyone

Wow, 9 pages to catch up on inc a new thread!! You have been busy.

congrats to all the graduates lets hope the list gets even longer.

Sorry to all the peeps who have joined the back again. Better luck next time

Just a quick post tonight as DH is home at last and I think that this is prime time as he's away again on Tuesday so making up for lost time!!!

Will try and catch up again in a couple of days - try not to fill this thread up before then!
