morning all!

Still no idea whether/ when I have ovulated, but still shagging! I rationed myself to a unit of wine last night, which with a bottle of 14.5% (!) meant only 69ml. My husband asked why we were doing all this, given our parents didn't do all that. I pointed out our mothers were nearly 10 years younger than I am now, and that there are lots of things they did in the 70s which we don't do now.

In the words of Tess and Brucie (sort-of).. Keep Shagging...

Thanks for all the welcomes everyone, it does help to know that I'm not alone in the niggly 'worry' feelings, and also that conception doesn't always happen straight away (I know that very well, I'm just being ridiculous!). Anyway, like Beanmum says, I'll try to keep it to the back of my mind so as not to get stressed. This TTC stuff is tricky!!

I've lurked occasionally, Ski, but struggle to keep up with all the threads. But I will join in.

It seems MrsR and I are the only ones who don't know our Cycle Day.. at the moment I would be grateful for that! Post mc hell. Still, I have a very beautiful 22month old dd, who is currently taking her nap after "washing up" her kitchen toys in the garden.

Pepper, DS was first try success at 31. MC, again first time, at 37. Ditto DD at 38. Ditto this mmc at 40. I HAD a cycle like clockwork and therefore knew when ovulating and conceived every time when attempting pregnancy. I am now throwing my toys out of the pram becuase I wanted to get pregnant straight away after mmc in July but can't because I don't know where ov or AF are...

I just broke! (blush) Did a preganancy test and of course it came up negative.
Silly me, it is probably way too early to come up positive but I couldn't resist!

Back to the waiting game now.......
Almost keen for AF to arrive, so I can start tracking my cylce more effectively, and do some nesting at the appropriate times!

Congratulations to our graduates - nice to see this bus is getting such good news!

I swear that in the last week we have done it more than the past year put together - I am shattered! Once more tonight just to be sure and then for the wait....I am not a very patient person so I am bound to drive myself nuts!

I think I may be symptom spotting (a bit early I know!) but not sure if most of them are because I am hyper aware of my body this month but last night my hadns and legs went v wobbly and then I nearly fainted for no reason?!?

Pepperoni hope you get lucky this time! Trying for our first too so trying to work out what info is useful and what is just making me anxious unnecessarily...not an easy task.

I couldn't even will a smidgen of a faint line this morning, it was a definite blank but misshooha i did actually know I was pg with dd, but was so shocked I waited a couple of weeks before I tested! As for fertility food, it's zinc for the men isn't it? Oysters supposed to be perfect but not sure I can make him eat those Oo well that's something for me to google anyway.

I think at this rate Sunshine will have to test just to put US out of misery!

Well AF due today but so far ..Nothing. DH weren't properly trying as have had 2 MCs over the last 18m after having 4 straightforward successful pregnancies.I am 41 but really want another DC
