When did you have a miscarriage? I didnt no you had one? Hve you been on clomid every since then? Did you conceive naturally? Sorry for so many questions, XX

askim mine did that with the clomid, seemed like it was very little for a couple of days then came full on, think the clomid messes about chick

When i came out of hospital the pain was fine but i think thats because i had a lot of morphine in my system, Tuesday had a bit more but yesterday and this morning its been really bad like the worst period pains of your life so im just keeping dosed up on painkillers,

Are you excited about possibly starting iui? XX

Hey claire I'm really not sure what the consultant will decide the next move is, just wish this scan was over with so I know were I stand. Grab a hot water bottle (maybe not the best idea with the heat we are having) for your stomach. What have you been up to? Relaxing I hope!!

Hey clwc aww hen another heavy one, think thats a side effect of the pcos. I keep thinking mine will come as I have pmt and some cramps but so far sweet f.a lol. I dont envy you having to work in this heat I am struggling enough trying to look after the boys in this weather. xxx

My period was light again today. And it has not been red at all this month. So strange. God only knows what tomorrow will bring. Only in the last year or so have I had heavy ones. They were always short and light before. I almost thought I didn't have PCOS when it was diagnosed, due to having such light periods normally. But it was a heavy one that prompted me to get checked out in the first place, so I suppose you just don't know what's going to happen.

You won't believe this....... I joined a gym!!!! Only for 5 weeks though. I'll be going on Sunday at 11am. It'll probably kill me if this weather keeps up. Lol.

fantastic clwc I have been using our wii much more at the moment, the pain in my arms is enough to put me off lol. I have always had heavy periods unless on the pill but think the pcos only came on about 2/3 years ago as concieved ds within 3 months of stopping the pill and no assistance, bodies are fickle things. Not long till your appoinment now hun, you getting excited?

Hows the rest of you ladies? I'm not looking forward to the dye thing, some people have said it really hurts, how have you found it? xxx

I had it done and it was honestly fine, It is just like having a smear test, You will be in there for about 10 15 mins and you wont even hardly notice anything is going on. XX

hey claire, i had a miscarriage june last year, i concieved naturally while waitin on my af to cum to start the clomid... i waited until i think it was oct/nov to start clomid but that was my choice i jus thought i would c if i could get pregnant myself but obviously still waitin. its not a nice thing to go through but u jus have to get on with it like dont u... u dont realize how common miscarriages are until u have 1 and if ur like me i research everythin on the internet.
how have u been feelin frm the dnc.

stac sorry didnt c ur last question , i dont use ovulation tests, i have tried them once and didnt think much of them... do u use them.. do u think they are worth it.

sumthin i wanted to ask aswel, my consultant tells me to take my tabets day 5-9 and then scan on day 13 to see if i hav ovulated but she tells me not to have sex until i have my scan, although i thought it is good to have sex 1 week b4 ovulation is this rite.

i have jus went against her and am havin sex cos i want to try everythin possible.
hav my scan on tuesday, really hope i have ovulated
fingers crossed.

Hey claire thanks for puting my mind at ease, I am probably more concerned about what they will find rather than the actual proceedure. How are you feeling hun?

lauren I took clomid days 2-6 but I never got scanned. Also the consultant never said days not to bd, remember you only actually ov for 2 days you want to give yourself the best chance, so if I were you I would go for it lol.

Im feeling alright Thanks, The pain has died down quite alot and the bleeding has stopped so all good there, I finished my last clomid tablet for this month last night and just waiting till next week where ill keep my boyfriend locked in the bedroom, He He, When i had my tubes tested they told me my results straight away so at least you dont have to wait, XX

yea thought that myself stac... mayb thats why things havnt been happen 4 us cos i have been listenin to her and not havein sex until i get my scan and see if there are eggs.. sumtimes i dont think they know wot they are talkin about.
claires rite ur procedure i nothin to worry about.. i had it done b4 they gave me clomid im surprised u didnt have it done... its lasts all of 5 mins and then its over u can c on a screen in front of u ur tubes and c the dye goin through them, but honestly dont worry urself about it.

so its bk 2 tryin nxt week 4 u claire, fingers crossed 4 u

lauren I was mad about this too, seems to depend on where you live as to what proceedures you get and when, made me feel as if I wasted 6 months when if they had done the scan thing before clomid he would have had a better idea of meds I should have been on (soz for the rant)

yeah I have to go on 6th of August at 9.30, dp is taking the day off cos I have heard mixed stuff about the pain, I am a scardy cat lol

surprisingly I think I may be about to take af, have cramp and discharge is light brown (soz tmi) If I do, do you think I should take clomid? I stil have some from my last script, what do you think?? All input would be great!!

i went for scan today and hav 3 eggs there so was told no sex wot soever this month, dont know wot to do whether jus to go ahead n c wot happens, wot do u think? she said she didnt understand why i had released so many compared to the other months before.

hey lauren thats the same situation askim was in last month. She went for it as there is no guarantees any will fertilise. Think the cons are worried in case you fall pregger with twins or triplets. But if you think about it I didnt get scanned at all so I would never have known if I had more than one folicle when I ov'd, think its up to you hun xx

yea have been talkin it over with my man and we r jus goin to go 4 it and hope 4 the best, i have twin brothers so wouldnt mind that although it frightens me about triplets lol.

thats true aswell the last time i was on clomid i only gor scanned the 2 times and the 3rd time i was on my own so there could have been more eggs

Well AF is here so going to take clomid tomorrow, may as well, you never know I may be lucky

yea i think u should take clomid wot have u got to lose at least it will give u another month of keepin ur mind on sumthin b4 u hav 2 go 2 hospital.

DP's not sure if I should take the clomid, he feels it might not make a difference especially as it didnt work for most of the time I was taking it, that the side effects arent worth it also due to the fact we are waiting for the scan. What do you all think? xxx

hey stac but u hav 2 think of all the stories u hear about nothin happenin to woman on clomid and then on the last go or wotever it happened... its totally up 2 urself chic at the end of the day but there is always that chance with everythin that it cud work... its sumthin u need to talk seriously between the 2 of u and make that decision but if i were u i would do it...

hey lauren I havent took it, period has been agony so couldnt face the side effects on top of it. Would rather know whats happening downstairs before I take any more meds. Our lot have been on hols since the end of June, not made any plans yet. DP is finishes next week (apparantly) so we will do stuff then. Glad the weather has been good means the boys have been getting out with thier friends. What you got planned?

Glad to hear your AF came, stac. Shame it hurts. If you are still considering Clomid, leave a message with your consultant's secretary. They would advise you better than we can.

How's Claire? Anyone heard anything?

I'm on about CD 13 today and AF is still here. (TMI, but...) it was brown the first week, then red for the second. Hopefully my body's trying to adjust to some kind of normality.

I went to the gym on Sunday and on Tuesday. My arms are still killing me from Tuesday's session. I don't think I'll be doing any more weight lifting for a while!
