Just popping for a micro-minute to say hellooooooo . Dh is away this evening for three weeks so I will definitely be back later for a proper catch up (& no doubt will be online every evening, all evening for the next three weeks!)

Curley Sorry about your EDD. Glad you're managing to cope with it. I'm dreading mine as it's also DD's 3rd b'day. Not sure whether that will help or hinder.

MLS where has your DH gone and what does he do? It must be hard for him to leave you and DD for so long. Do you want me to keep your htps for a week?

I had a temp rise today so I'm officially on my 2WW! We've had a plasterer in all day working on DD's bedroom. Since it's a home job he can't come back to finish until Sat and then DH will be away, so it'll be at least a month before all the work is done and DD can get back into her bedroom I don't cope well wth prolonged upheaval!

Littlebellsmum - your symptoms sounds good I am really really not sure - have felt extremely emotional today - major mood swings and lots of crying, but I wonder if this is PMT, as my last BFP was characterised by a complete absence of PMT. No more major symptoms this weekend. Going from first day of MC, then AF would be due on Wed, but I think I ovulated late, so am guessing AF is due on Sat or Sun. I'm away on a girlie weekend for the bank holidays and probably won't take a test with me, so will test on the Tuesday morning if AF is still absent. I'm convincing myself she will arrive though as boobs are still as flat as pancakes !

Feeling really really grot today - I've spent the entire weekend cleaning up the post bathroom renovations dust storm aswell as going to the gym - although something "popped" in my lower back in my weights class so I had to hobble home and am in pain and so bone weary I could sleep standing up !

Sounds like you're not having a fun day, today jools - the girlie weekend sounds fun though. Make the most of these , in my experience, post children they are few and far between! Hope your back feels better soon

Neeko, you will be the first to know! But it could be a couple of weeks - we're on holiday next week without broadband and I'm pretty certain that DH and MIL will not look kindly on me looking for an internet cafe in the yorkshire dales to feed my addiction!

Jools sending a big hug your way. Its crap feeling all these see-sawing emotions & even crapper when your back as well as your head is feeling rubbish.

LBM loving the sound of your symptoms, test, test, test!!! My holiday is on the west coast of France with a company called Siblu that do family orientated holidays in mobile homes.

Neeko dh works in the city, he's global head of investment risk analysis (or somesuch nonsense!) for an American bank. You'll have to get your dh to sleep on the sofa so you can snuggle up with your dd in your bed until the work is finished in her room. I'm sure your dh won't mind as he is probably shattered from all of your bd demands! Have you managed to send dd to bed without her new shoes tonight??!

Annie managed to not test today but tomorrow is day 21 & I can feel the pull of the hpt's! I so want to call dh whilst he is away & give him good news. Happy for you that your scan has been brought forward. Just think you will have a lovely bump by the time you go on your hols.

Curlee glad your edd went without too much trauma. I think it is a date we all dread.

MrsKate your honeymoon sounds lovely & you sound like you are basking in a post honeymoon glow, keep it up!

Well dh has jetted off to Bangalore, followed by Hong Kong, Australia & then Chicago. I feel like a kid at the beginning of the summer hols! I've already had a clothes trying on session (which I ruined by waking dd up when I crept into her room to retrieve my pink Birkenstocks!), done my nails, watched some of my Sky-plussed programs & had a couple of glasses of wine! I'm looking forward to three more weeks of me-time!

I'm off to bed now as the wine is taking its toll.

curlee i was meaning to write to say hand olding was avaliable for you edd of lo, i was thinking about you and i hope you got through it without too much upset.

Jools the run up is the worse part as we know we have to get through "that day", i cried more tears in the few days before than on the edd. Good luck with symptom spotting, i think im cd 12 now so hopefully ill be on the 2ww before long....

gg i think 20 of each will do? let me know how much ypu had to pay for postage etc and ill forward the amont to you asap, ill inbox you my po box number (we dont have post here, except to private po boxes which you have to pay for!)

neeko im feeling your pain at having the house upside down for a few weeks, looking back i have no idea how i managed a full 18 months living in a house that had to be totally gutted, i think i put on a stone from all the dust i inhaled!

mls as much as its not nice having dh go away, a little part of me loves it when i can go with out shaving my legs and bits for a while! also nothing better than a nice long bath without dh coming in to use the toilet so he can "keep me company" (even though we have two other bathrooms!) and its nice to have full control of the remote!
its also nice to receive duty free goodies when he gets back!!!

Hi to everyone else...im off to work again and then another trip to the gym after, im trying to be good and cut out chocolate and other sweeties...only 6 more weeks til i go home so want to look good....tan is fading as its too hot to sunbathe but i might just burn sit out for a few hours on my saturdays off just to get some colour!!

Mrskate glad you are loving married life! It really is the best ever, me & DH 2yr anniversary on 07/07/09 and like cupcake still feel like the happiest luckiest girl alive (even throughout all the traumas).. He is my life and honestly feel more in love every day! So glad you are embraced by newlywedded bliss, its a very warm reassuring feeling! (gush gush)

Mermaid how you doing hon? I wore a pink top while decorating on sat and thought of you & your friend quite alot.. DH asked me out at a mutual friends funeral who was only 27, we always thank him for getting us together. Its so awful to lose someone so young and its best not to ask 'why' cos these questions cant be answered... Your posts are fetting fewer and further in between, please dont you go dissapearing on us lady! Im still waiting for you to discover your actually 4m PG and just didnt realise cos you've given up!

Curly glad you had some serenity on your edd, its strange how anniversarys do seem to pass with a certain almost spiritual peace, and I totally agree, its the lead up that usually seems so much worse than the day itself.. Sending a hug still.. xx

It means so much to me & almost brought a tear to my eye, I dont know why but hearing that people are praying for us is so poignant & menaningful.. Vjay meant to say before how funny about your strap on! Not a good mental image! Strange you mention about your dreams, when Im PG i have the most vivid, very surreal, sometimes disturbing dreams too.. Think its a symptom, took ages to fade after last PG, some were a bit saucy & very (ahem) detailed, but was all a big combo of surreal bizarre scenarios rolled into one so didnt really focus on them being of a particular type.. Enjoy them if there good!

LBS and MLS am at your hols in France & the Dales, and Annie off to Majorca too! Feels like ages ago since we went away now, cant see us going anywhere now this year cos am praying will be PG! (& DH only has 2 days hol left!!!)

Hello just a quick post as in the middle of trying to get loads of work stuff done before I lose internet for a few weeks when I move on Thursday! Got a postive opk last night so bd for the next few days. Took ultimate will power last night however as been at work all weekend so was soooo tired so now officially on 2ww. Will try and pop back later I apologise not to be doing individual posts but things just a crazy heap on packing boxes here and still got a million place to phone to move addresses and services and stuff x

Wooow so many of you on the 2ww now! I hope we get lots more medium panters after it!! Hope you're all managing to distract yourselves somehow!

4ever I'm not sure of all the medical details of my friend, but I know after her 4th miscarriage she paid privately to see a doctor in London. I know she was on asprin tablets and heparin injections and they induced her early as they were expecting some sort of complications late on. I'll find out more.

Day 15 today, managed to bodge my opk yesterday, got busy and didn't go back to it for an hour, though it looked very positive. I did another one around 4pm yesterday which is a little late I guess and the urine wasn't concentrated and it came up a faint positive, I looked at that one after an hour just to see what it looked like and it wasn't as dark as the one done at 1pm. I managed to BD twice yesterday just in case!

Off to do todays OPK.

My OPK is a bright and bold positive!! DH get home so we can BD!!!!!!!!!!

hello??? can you see my words through all the rubble and dust???
so I was sent out on Saturday morning for the dust sheets. I was gone about half an hour.... I came home to find the wall gone completley gone all over my office, vat books half done, orders everywhere. The kitchen looked like a minor earthquake had hit it lovely clean washing up peeking out of lumps of concrete. a pile of washing clean and waiting to be ironed (ok thats a drama queen lie cos I never iron unless having a crisis) and in the middle of all this distruction I could just make out my dh looking rather sheepish 'I only tapped it' You could probably hear me in Dubai
Anyway we are nearly talking again but the dust omg - jools and neeko I am feeling your cleaning/chaos pain.

im feeling werid today. i not sure what day i am and i think its to soon but
im trying not to symptom spot but i think im making or imaginating the sypmtoms are there like sore boobs and im eating sooooooo much .

hope everyone is ok . im a bit down as dh has got to work nights for the next 2 days due to a big move thats happening . on the upside he gets next week off but im working then.
