Teehee, last week of work this week, don't worry about not keeping up, I'm flat out remembering what week of the pregnancy I'm up to
I'm with Fruity on the change table items, the basics are fine and I only use cream if there is a need, if their bots look good than I leave it as is
Don't think I always washed the new baby items either Fruity, but as everything I have for a newborn is coming out of storage or purchased from nearly new sales, thought it could do with a wash. Did the muslins today, just throwing in a few each time I do a family wash (so that has been 4 times in 2 days ) Pulled out all the 0-12mths toys I have had in storage, today, plus the cosy toes and rain cover for the Maclaren. Pram needs a good scrub, after 3yrs of dd2 in it but otherwise will be fine for dc3. Have just remembered, one thing I haven't located yet is the pouch, will have to hunt around for that tomorrow.
We were going to go here this morning, but it rained until 11am so we then went here and here instead.
Public holiday here tomorrow, and it's supposed to be sunny, so no excuses for dh not to fix the shed roof, so we can move some more crap out of the garage

BellaHarry · 08/06/2009 16:41

Good afternoon ladies, it's gone quiet in here again.

I have had a really strange day, baby has shifted and I had a very uncomfortable day today, sitting was really awkward and my bump looks like it's 'dropped' a bit? is this likely? Scully hope you had a good day and DH got the roof fixed? How's your weather been lately?

Emmsy1 · 08/06/2009 18:51

fruity it would be quite funny if it was only me in fancy dress have decided to send DH in first dressed as Robert Smith (the cure) to check its all legit I'm going as a punky type chick, cross between Toyah Wilcox & Cyndi Lauper have a lovely long reddish/purple wig and some tight purrple/black jeans will get a picture taken when I'm sober and post it! X

Lola I use a combination of wipes and babylotion for Amy and have done for all of my children. The wipes are a must for a poo, but then I use the wool and lotion to clean and dry the bot. I just use the lotion and wool for wee's as it leaves the bot smelling fresh and dry. I have always found the balls better, I can't stand to rip cotton wool apart, it leaves me cringing for some reason, a bit like scratching a chalk board! The midwife tells you to use water & wool, but I prefer johnson's baby lotion. It' really up to each individual. I also use sudocrem every time I change and always have done, it acts like a barrier, mine have never suffered with nappy rash it may just be luck but thats the way I like it
p.s hope the Lasagne was a success!(I have also always used johnsons baby talc/soap and shampoo can't abide the johnsons baby bath though it smells horrible (I get people saying they love the smell of babies, but its the johnsons talc that they have always smelt!)

scully nice to know I'm not the only light weight! hey scully not long now, I see your date has been changed to the 13th, my DD is on the 14th and 1 of my DS's is the 21st, I wonder if you will go to one of those dates?

scully · 09/06/2009 05:32

Yep, shed roof is back on, 7mths after half of it blew off in a storm & I rearranged things in there a bit so I could move some of the camping boxes out of the garage, giving the dd's more room to play. Will need to buy some more carpet tiles for their area, it's all coming together finally
Took me most of the morning on Monday but I finally find the baby pouch, just needs a wash. Found a few other things I had forgotten about as well, including more name books and a pink sheepskin rug for the floor. Even with 4 name books we still haven't got too far, a shortlist of about 5 names each sex but I'm sick of looking at the books tbh, will just wait to meet the baby now I think
Don't think they will let me go until 21st Emmsy, but 13th is an option, that was my original due date and then it moved to the 14th, but I still work on the 13th, it's a Monday so it's easier
Saw the consultant today and all is good. Head is well down in the pelvis, so vbac2 is on track, hb sounded good, bp ok, and they took a swab to check for strepb, a standard thing for this hospital I think.
Hi to everyone, have to pick dd1 up from school and take her to gymnastics now, joy

Molliemooma · 09/06/2009 07:34

Fruity How are the wedding plans coming along, how many weeks have you got left?
Lola My SIL used cotton wool and water, it was a right faff and I vowed never to do that, she had to get the water temp just right, not spill it etc etc just to clean up poo - bring on the wipes
EI Good news on the HSG, let's hope this cycle produces the stickiest bean ever! I watched twilight on Sunday - wow how hot is Edward?? started reading the book the same day, I can see why you were so addicted now, it's even making me feel a little bit horny but don't tell my DH
Emmsy This was the 2nd time I've met Sparkly but it was lovely to surprise her. Love the fancy dress ideas' you'll have to post a picture for us
Scully You sound incredibly busy, if you're not nesting then you're off visiting such lovely looking places. Are all the ones you post links to close to you? Very as there's sod all near us
TeeHee Work has been fine, to be fair everyone is fussing round me which is really nice, one of the lads there wouldn't even let me push a chair Its good to know they are all behind us 100% makes life a lot easier. Checked out your photo's on FB and Noah looks good enough to eat. Especially love the one of the two of you laughing and all the babies in a circle I think he looks like you too.
Bella Sounds like things are heading in the right direction for you
Sparkly

Apologies on big post but it's been a while since I caught up, sorry if I missed anyone too

Molliemooma · 09/06/2009 07:39

I had my blood results back from the nuchal yesterday, big relief as we're classed as low risk, figures were DS 1/3380 the other two were 1/over 7000 and 1/over 24000 the exact figures will come in the post. So finally I am starting to feel that this will happen. So much so DH and I went out and bought a little teddy and some muslin squares last night to celebrate
I am also going to graduate on our list and possibly update FB, I am going for it!

Wooohooo Mollie. Congratulations on graduation. Big step but there's no reason to hold back now. Christmas day baby here we come MWHAHAHAHAHA.
Scully Excellent that you're on track for VBAC.
Emmsy [waves] Hope all is well lovely. Great pics on FB.
Fruity Excited for your birthday? My friend washed all of her newborn stuff and then had a ten and a half lber and couldn't take any of it back. I didn't wash any of Lara's stuff for this reason .
Lola I can't think of anything that hasn't already been mentioned to add to changing table.
Teehee How did jabs go? Hope N's ok after them.
Ei I've got a v. good feeling that the HSG will do the trick. All the luck in the world my love.
HTGG Had to laugh at you fighting with the parcel force guy. Hope you're finding time to relax and putting your feet up.
Cricri Lovely to 'see' you.

Nothing to report here. Almost at the half way mark and have been feeling quite relaxed. Scan a week tomorrow. I know I'll be a bag of nerves as it's also the day I pick up my classification.

scully · 09/06/2009 12:33

Welcome to a new part of the list Mollie Hate to tell you but dd2 was due 17/12 and arrived on 25/12, so you have a good chance of a Xmas baby, but if you're like us, you couldn't care less, healthy is the main thing I think the places I've posted links to lately are within 20min drive of home, haven't ventured too far lately. Hoping to get to the Gold Coast for 3 nights at the end of June, for a little family break before dc3 arrives. Will be about a 40min drive to hospital so hopefully we aren't tempting fate
Yes, I am in a bit of a nesting frenzy right now, all the things that haven't been done all year, are getting done in the last few weeks But things are getting crossed of the lists I have and that keeps my hormones happy, you would think by dc3 that dh would realise this, but still he needs a regular prod
How was Noah after his jabs Teehee?
I avoided an arguement with my delivery person Georgie, I just left out the form and signed it so he could leave the package with me not home Mind you my delivery was only children's clothes
Have just finished watching Bridezilla, god those women are shockers, I'm quite sure you're that loopy Fruity

scully · 09/06/2009 12:42

Forgot to update this Have only changed Georgie and I, not sure when everyone else's changes.

I am now a master lurker! Sorry for not posting. I have been keeping up with the news. Lovely to see Mollie has grduated. Am chuffed to bits for you.

Seems as if everyone else is well thriving.

Bit late, but Ei, really glad that the HSG (is that a lap and dye?) went well. Fingers crossed that it has the desired results.

Fruity How long you got left before the wedding? You starting to panic yet?! Am sure that you're super organised and have everything totally worked out. Will not have the get together til after your wedding I promise. Although hope that you'd have come over before Sept to check out the new gaff .

TeeHee I need to go onto FB and have a squizz at Noah. How is he after his jabs?

Cricri Hope you're mananging to get at least a little 'me' time. Life does tend to get a bit 'groundhog day-ish' with a new baby doesn't it. Sounds as if you're very busy though. Is that good or bad?!

Bella if it makes you feel any bette, my cervix is feeling particularly weird at the mo. Just really need this stitch out and I'm sure it'll be much better. Jeeze, there's a topic of conversation NOT to have outside of MN .

Scully You go girl! Roof fixed. Clothes washed. Baby stuff found. Rooms re-arranged. Blimey, can I have some of what you're on please!

Sparkly I seriously cannot believe that you're nearly half way. See, it's true. EVERYONE elses pg goes like a flash and your own just drags by. Will be keeping ym fingers crossed for your scan and exam results. Gulp!

Lola Where ya gone girl? Hope it's just a 'pooter thing and all OK with LO.

Sorry, quick and crappy post. But really wanted to say hello. It's mad at the house this week. Kitchen going in, bathrooms going in, floors being laid, paint and wallpaper going up....... it's all go. Lovely that it's all coming together but am in decsion making overload. Hey ho. Not long til we're home again. XXXXX

HerNameWasLola · 09/06/2009 19:56

That's fine Bella, thanks! But think we must have gone back to an old version of the list at some point, my EDDs wrong, will change it in a min.

Mollie so glad to see you've graduated yourself, well done! And you inspired me to graduate on fb too, I've been putting it off for weeks, so thank you! What a fantastic christmas present you and DH will have this year!! (Hopefully an early christmas present rather than one you have to wait for christmas day for though )

Scully glad to hear your jobs are getting done, I've been pretty similar myself lately, geting really frustrated at all the things that need doing which I can't do myself... Why is everyone else so slow?!?! (Apart from our electrician who called round today and did loads of stuff for me, he's a superstar )

It seems our luck isn't about to improve any time soon, we discovered last night that the only copy we had of our honeyoon phoos was, you guessed it, on my laptop I had no idea, I thought the only photos on there had come from the desktop, but now I think about it we didn't get the desktop til after the wedding so I suppose that's why. It hasn't really sunk in yet, but I'm absolutely gutted Then to add insult to injury I had to go to the dentist this aft. I've had tothache on and off fince saturday & it turns out I had an abscess in one of my teeth! Was the most painful thing I've ever had done at the dentist, worse than having wisdom teeth out, she practically had to scrape me off the ceiling But my main worry is how much it will cost, not the pain... although I suppose that's just a different sort of pain... My mum has said she'll help me with it which is very kind, especially as she bought me the moses basket yesterday and some of the beding for it Wish I could afford to tell her not to worry about it though...

In other "me" related news () DH put the cot up on sunday!! Very exciting!! We don't have the mattress yet, but we're getting there.

Emmsy hope you enjoy the party! I'm crap at fancy dress! Will look forward to seeing your pics, and am very impressed you're in skinny jeans after 5 children, I couldn't wear them before I had one!!

Teehee your latest fb pics are absolutely GORGEOUS!!! I cannot WAIT to meet your beautiful little boy! Worth coming to Liverpool St to meet you just to get the chance of a cuddle before the other baby crazed harridans lovely ladies get their grubby hands on him!

Better go now, haven't started dinner yet. Am KNACKERED, despite having done NOTHING today - the joys of pg hey?!?

Big love to everyone else xx

SmilingEi · 09/06/2009 21:17

hey ladies
hope all is well
nothing to report here apart from the usual except DH has gotten a job so panic over for now
lola what a pain that your photos were on the laptop!! i hope you manage to find them elsewhere
georgie how exciting that the wallpaper is going up im dying to redecorate our house and i LOVE interior design too! i ope it turns out exactly how you want it
sparkly oooo!! how exciting that you get your scan AND a degree all on the same day
mollie congrats on graduating
hello to everyone else
xx ei xx

BellaHarry · 10/06/2009 08:12

Ei so pleased your DH has got another job! What a relief for you all

Lola oooh the cot's up! How exciting I really must take those photos of the nursery. How completed is yours? Any pics? I'm really sorry about you're photos, that is really sad.

Georgie yes a strange point of conversation indeed, but useful to know I'm not alone, thanks . when is the stitch due to come out? Is that likely to bring on labour? I've been having those stabbing sensations in mine more and more frequently, they are mainly coupled with Braxton Hicks; both of which are happening more and more often! As well as the fact if I jump a little I feel the pain now, I think baby may be engaged?? Perhaps I shall be earlier than anticipated..not too early though How does it feel to have the house all done now? Has the stress of the work been forgoten yet?

I've decided to take the day off today, to see if the niggles and pains are related to the stresses of work...officially have 3 and a bit more weeks left 'til mat leave! All the other pg women at work have finished already even the kids keep telling me I'm mad for still being there! bless them

SparklyPseudonym · 10/06/2009 10:20

Bella Have a relaxing day off.
Ei So pleased DH has a job. That must be a huge relief.
Lola How are you feeling today? Hope your mouth isn't too sore.
HTGG I think the first half flies by. I'm sure time will really slow down now I'm starting to get bigger.

Hope everyone is having a lovely day.

scully · 10/06/2009 11:52

Feeling a bit strange tonight, stomach has been gurgling away all evening, been to the loo a few times (sorry, tmi), don't feel sick, but just not 100%. Hope I'm not getting what dh has last week, and I'm not even going to consider any other option
And the bloody dog has outdown himself today. I had a pale pink sheepskin rug that I have had since dd1 was a baby. It was lovely to have on the floor for them to lie and looked nice as well. I found it stashed away in the garage on Monday, so washed it and had it on the washing line to dry in the sun today. effing dog pulled it off the line, and chewed it, there are tufts missing out of it now and he has ripped part of it as well I was and still am furious, dh is lucky he is working late again, as it's his dog and he would have heard about it all night.......
Anyone what an 18mth old staffy, I am happy to dhl him over there
Hi to everyone, sorry, will put a less 'me' comment on here tomorrow

HerNameWasLola · 10/06/2009 19:02

Scully for you at DH's dog. I know exactly how you feel, our little lola-monster still chews anything she can get her paws on. I'm hoping it will stop as she gets older (she's not one til august) but maybe from what you say it's something that will stay with us. I bought a Cath Kidston changing bag on ebay recently. The bottle warmer had never been used. It was on the bed in the spare room and Lola managed to get in there, pull it off, and chew the zip & rip the canvas Little Rat. Maybe I could DHL her to you as an exchange? Hope you feel better soon, I'm not going to consider any other explanation for your symptoms either

I'm sorry I forgot to thank everyone yesterday for the great changing table tips. I really do appreciate it, but I was just so tired yesterday I forgot to say so

Bella hope you're feeling better after your day-of-rest, I bet you find it helps. Do you def have to work another 3.5 weeks? I know it'll be less time off at the other end, but the last thing you want is to work til the last minute then be so stressed that LO comes early, or even if the stress doesn't contribute and she comes early when you're still exhausted from work (does that even make sense?!? ) Hopefully you know what I mean. I haven't taken any decent nursery pics yet. The light shade for the ceiling light should hopefully arrive this week and MIL is going to order the cot mattress for us soon, so once we have those bits I think it will look a lot more complete. There are 2 main jobs still to do: 1. DH has to paint the changing table and fit an extra shelf for my lovely baskets and 2. We're supposed to be getting shelves to go above the changing table Not sure what the plan is there, maybe need to talk to DH about it... The nursery won't be completely finished until after LO is born anyway as I'm not getting the curtains until after she's here safe and sound. Weird I know. Last vestige of paranoia?!

Hello Georgie - cross posts yday Sounds like you're surviving in spite of everything! Not long now til the big move (to be followed shortly afterwards by the big push I bet you can't wait - for both! Am I right in thinking next week is DH's last week at home before starting the new job? Make the most of him while you can!

The more I think about it the less likely I think I am to make it to Georgie's in september I really want to come, but LO will only have to be 4 days late to be born in September and 2 weeks late would take us to the 10th, so whenever in September you decide I'm likely to either be over due or have a very newborn baby (can't believe what an exciting and impossible thought that is! ) But gutted not to be able to make it nonetheless

Sparkly you think the first half flies by?!?! Are you kidding?!? I've known decades pass more quickly than the first 13 weeks!

Ei I'm so about your DH's job for you!! FANTASTIC news!! Let's hope that and the hsg are the start of a bright new future

Some nice news today. A friend of mine has free day passes to the spa here which we're going to use next month! I can't wait!!

Right. Where's that list...

Scully You're right I couldn't care less when the baby arrives in December, just as long as we get one Sorry can't offer to take the dog off your hands as allergic, but I hope you are feeling better? Lets hope you come back with some news for us all
Georgie I am so excited for you, new house (well extension) and new baby all in one go, lucky you
Lola Sorry to hear of the honeymoon photo's it's really not happening for you over the last few weeks, its a bit like fate can't allow us to have everything we want it has to take a little something else away instead I am sure most of what has happened over the last few months will pale into insignificance once lo is here Lol at not putting curtains up until after the birth, sort of wierd thing I'd do too Definately want pics from you and Bella, Hope your mouth is feeling better.
EI So pleased for you that DH has found another job, we are currently hoping that where DH is working may keep him on as they have more work than they realised so fingers crossed.
Bella Did having the day off help?
Fruity Are you busy wedding planning?

Molliemooma · 11/06/2009 07:39

I forgot to add my bit on the end Not much happening here, been enjoying my week off work and catching up with friends. Unfortunately the weather has been a bit pants so I haven't been able to enjoy my birthday present from DH which was a gorgeous rocking sun lounger bloody rain!! Still it is looking sunnier today so might get outside for a bit, although I should iron as I haven't done any for weeks
Seeing my consultant this afternoon, have no idea what will happen, probably just say hello and that will be it
Poor DH has his second root infection in a month and isn't sleeping well at the moment, can't men moan when they are in pain? No wonder they don't get pg

scully · 11/06/2009 12:18

Great news about your dh working again Ei, must have been such a worry when he was in between jobs.
That sucks about your photos Lola, I'd be so p'd off
Last day of work for me tomorrow, looking forward to lunch with my team, but could do without the presentation at 11.30am from my division. dh will be there though as we work in the same division, but different buildings
Tummy still gurgling away, not 100% but I'm not actually feeling sick either, weird. dh had some blood tests done last week when he was sick, his iron levels are 5 They should be between 10-33, mine were 24 when they were tested last month. Doctor has said he is run down, and the low iron levels won't be helping his energy levels. Good thing I got him to do all the jobs I wanted before he heard this, otherwise I would hear about his need to rest for most of the weekend

FruitynNutty · 11/06/2009 19:34

Ooh didn't realise I'd left it so long since posting last....

Scully Yes I agree, I would definitely wash clothes form nearly new sales or charity shops. Lovely to hear you're getting all ready for the impeding birth! - soooo exciting!
Talking of Bridezilla - yes that is me at the moment, see below...
Ooh last day of work tomorrow!

Bella How are you feeling today?

Emmsy That outfit sounds fab! No, we want to see a picture of you completely hammered please

Mollie Wedding plans are coming together slowly but surely. I think we've found a singer this guy here Just got to see if he's available.
Excellent news on the blood results So nice to see you're slowly starting to relax about everything now
How'd it go at the consultants?

Sparkly! 6 more sleeps!!!!!!! Soooo exciting - I can't wait to find out. Oooh, you'll be able to bring your scan pics along to our meet up!

Georgie 13 weeks and 2 days to go till the wedding! - hey, perhaps I should put my Wedding "due date" on our list
You've got to invite me round when the house is all finished - I can't wait till September!

Lola I wanted to cry for you when I read about your lost photos For future reference, I use Snapfish I try to remember to download all my pics onto it and it saves everything. It's a fantastic website. Costs virtually nowt to get pics developed. I'm working on little flick books of the boys at the moment to give as xmas pressies for grandparents - only £2.99 each for 24 pages of photos
Well, if you can't make it to Georgie's do then we'll have to arrange another so we can meet your delicious new bubba!
I agree with Sparkly btw, the 1st half really does fly by In fact, my whole pregnancy passed me by in minutes! It went a lot faster than my preg with C.
Why do you have to pay for your dentistry? It's free when you're up the duff

Teehee How's little Noah doing? The pics on FB are just do die for! I can't wait for a cuddle Jack has also now had his jabs (only 4 weeks behind ) Poor little thing screamed his little heart out. I felt so mean! Bless him.

Ei Fab news for your DH's new job!!!!!!!!!

Right, wedding news - I've discovered there's another (big) wedding at the same time as ours. The bastards have stolen all the local accommodation Anything under £100 per night has gone. I've got a feeling they've also stolen the band we originally wanted. I've no idea where our guests are going to stay now.
I'm keeping busy by going for power walks to shift this baby weight so hopefully I shall be back to normal by September
Jack's being such a good boy. Sleeping though most nights, from 6.30-6.30/7am. Occasionally waking at 3am for a feed
Charlie was the same. I'm a lucky girl!

I'm sure I had loads to say but my mind has gone blank......

Evening Ladies

I put Noah to bed at 6:45 and DP and I had dinner, at the table, TOGETHER! I mean I love my little boy but it is marvellous to have some 'normal' time.

I have had a lovely couple of days. Yesterday Noah and I went to paint and put his footprints on some ceramics for Father's Day and then went for lunch with some of the NCT girls, which he seemed to love. Well, he wasn't that keen on the footprinting but he loved lunch in the pub.
Today we did massage and then coffee and more chatting. Not too shabby this Mummy lark. Although I guess like Mollie I should do some ironing.

Fruity I was wondering where you were. Lucky you with your full night's sleep. Perhaps your guests could stay in luxury tents - posh camping! As someone who is always interested in good baby products - my friend gave me a sling last week (yes-that does mean I now have 4!) Anyway it is BRILLIANT - the Close baby carrier. So good that it's all I'm bringing next Saturday - so, MN aunties get ready to have some Noah cuddles! Now that I have Noah transport sorted am really looking forward to meet up.

Lola Soo gutted about your photos - that's the stuff that insurance doesn't cover. Bastards. Let your Mummy look after you, it's what she wants. Things will start looking up soon, but Fruity is right you can go to an NHS dentist for free. That spa looks lovely.

Scully Are you feeling better? Bet you were gutted when the doctor basically told him he could sit on his arse! Hope you had a good last day-enjoy the mat leave.

Sparkly I'm with Lola the first half dragged like you wouldn't believe, then all of a sudden it flew by and I was in a huge panic. Until the end that is.

Ei Brilliant news about DH getting a job. He is awfully speedy at these things. Have you got your bus ticket yet?

Georgie Decision overload - I know what you mean, but so exciting, nearly there now on house and baby. How long before DH starts his new job?

Mollie Well done on graduating, it's really real now lady. Glad that work are looking after you, it really will make a difference I think. You may as well give up ironing now as from December you won't be doing any.

Sorry for the mammouth post but you all seem to have so much going on atm and I have to take advantage of being here when I can.

Hello to everyone else - Where is Mibbes?

Noah's jabs were OK -he was a bit under the weather for the day and the next and the bloody doctors kept us waiting 45 mins which is ridiculous at 10am.

FruitynNutty · 11/06/2009 21:05

Ooh Teehee I want that sling! It actually looks just like my Moby wrap but without all that excess material I always fall over when putting it on/taking it off I love my Moby but the Close carrier looks a lot easier to put on. [fruity wanders over to Ebay.........]

Ladies so sorry for absence, just got out of the habit, spending too much time enjoying the lovely weather or squishing up fruit and veg for the wee man ! I haven't had a chance to catch up fully but wanted to pop in and say a quick hello

teehee glad you are enjoying mat leave so much - it is great isn't it ! and well done on having a baby-free evening, much as you love them it is sooo good to have a few hours of 'normality'

Fruity I can't believe your wedding is so soon and that those others have robbed all the rooms and band . good news about sleeping through though !!!

Mollie rocking sun lounger ! that sounds amazing

OMG 3 babies due in July, I need to pop in more regularly just in case we have news scully, HTGG and Bella...! sO EXCITED for you ladies, good luck to you all

Lola sorry about photos, but glad to hear you are now in third trimester, how did that happen ?! this year has flown by for me, I can't believe I have a 6 month old !!!!

Ei glad your DH got a job. Are you still coming to Stilring ? Let me know if so and we could meet for coffee/lunch

Sparkly I assume you are finding out what sex baby is - how exciting ! Has anyone else found out while I was away ?

Well we are getting on well, wee man is on solids and loving pretty much everything so far. Has recently started sleeping through but not counting my chickens yet as this may change... He is rolling over, flapping his legs in a crawling attempt and has 2 teeth ! we are going to loads of baby classes and just generally loving being off work . Just had a short break in a chalet in Scotland for a few days as DP is off this week - it was a lovely first family holiday have a weekend of eating out and drinks with friends planned - yipppee, it is so good when you can do 'normal' pre-baby things again once in a while . Am still BFing but as he goes through the night most nights I can have a few vinos now as don't need to feed until 8am

Molliemooma · 12/06/2009 07:23

Scully Enjoy your last day of sanity at work You do know once you're sat at home you're going to see hundreds of more jobs that need doing!Hope you feel better soon
Fruity I love that singer, he does some really good covers, fingers crossed you can get him. Can't believe the "other" wedding has stolen band and accommodation - how selfish Of course the bride in yours will be far more attractive Can the guests stay a little further away and put on a bus or will that work out too expensive?
TeeHee I love the idea of giving up ironing now Sounds like you are making the most of your maternity leave. What with you and Fruity I can't wait to get some recommendations on what to buy when I'm a bit further along.
Mibbes Hello stranger I've been keeping an eye on your FB photo's and Evan is very scrummy, can't believe he's 6mths already Lovely to hear from you, hope to see you more often
EI How you doing lovely lady, where are you in your cycle at the moment?

Well I had my consultants appt yesterday, only waited 2.5hrs to see him Bloody hospital is a nightmare, appt was 3.15pm got there at 3pm and left at 5.45pm, waiting room was full of heavily pg women with screaming bored brats kids, what bliss! But on a better note my consultant is lovely we chatted for about 20 mins, he offered me a scan in 3 wks as he feels that less stressed Mum makes for a more successful pg and he doesn't want me to wait for 20 wk scan, bless him. So next one is 2nd July I've also turned into a snot factory over the last few days, my hayfever is getting bad, think I can take a nasal spray still will have to check it out unless anyone knows??
