But I think my purse would have lots of emeralds, pearls and diamonds from lots of shipwrecks and a little merbaby as well

Afternoon all! Sorry I disapeared for 3 days, I was a bit poorly sick, I collapsed at work in a vomitty heap (not a pretty sight!) All better now though. Big wave to LittleBellsMum for missing me (between all that symptom spotting!).

On the subject of our choice of log in name - Gracie is the nickname my best friend calls me, apparently when I don't straighten my hair I look like Grace from "Will and Grace". I call him Will as he's my male best friend, though he's not gay. Apparently I nag at him like Grace does at Will! - surely not! Will set me up on my first date with my DH!

On the subject of names, when i went to college to study beauty therapy i had long v blonde hair and a perma tan thanks to rimmel wash off bronzer so the barbie name stuck...but long before my uncle used to call me barbie beckie as a child!
My leaving party from my sat job when i was 17 was barbie themed and we all dressed as barbie and unknown to me my parents had decorated our garden with everything barbie including paper cups which we thought would be a good idea to take on a pub crawl with us until we realised the disintergrate (sp?) and ended up in a sticky soggy mess. This was also the night all 8 of us was banned from karaoki for singing aquas im a barbie girl really badly!

I'd love to see a 'young face' emotion - probably a smiley with bunches . I can only imagine you on the kareoke barbie all swich of hair and dark of tan .

I've set this afternoon aside to print off digital photos as my album hasn't been updated since October as my heart wasn't in it. DH was looking at me 'fondly' earlier but I told him I was in 'hibernation' until next week - poor love, its bloody feast to famine around here .

Ok, over to the experts. Have done several OPKs and always had no line, until today. Today's line is definite but a little paler than the test line. Does that really still mean negative or does it suggest I'm heading in the right direction?
(Before anyone says anything, yes I know i'm officially waiting for AF, but it seems she is visiting elsewhere and I'm bored!)

Neeko in the days leading up to a +ve on my OPKs the test line gets a bit darker each day until it is the same/if not darker than the test line. Hope this helps x

Its great being able to be on here freestyle and not whilst either DS is napping or sneakily at work!!

neeko when I did my opk's I never got a line darker than the test line but went for it anyway, and voila!

I've just been sat down with my feet up and my hand on my tummy and felt lo kick through my tum for the first time, I got ds to have a feel but lo didn't do it again, it's all very exciting and has cheered me up.
