Lovely house Hula! New bed how fab, bound to be lucky for you. Couldnt have come at a better time too, your DH will think its christmas.

Tested this morning and was neg but thats not surprising really as its only 25 days since the miscarriage, so im not too upset really i was just hoping.

Hulababy · 09/05/2005 08:52

about BFN Maddy, and about the mc

MaddyD · 09/05/2005 08:55

Its ok Hula, youve already said how sorry you were, ive changed my name (its cp3). And as for the test, it was way too soon, im not even meant to be trying as yet but what your heart says go with, sod what the head says.

Hulababy · 09/05/2005 08:59

Ah - now how did I miss that change??? I don't know - I go out for a couple of days and all changes.

MaddyD · 09/05/2005 09:08

Supose i could let you off. Especially as i only changed it yesterday

Hulababy · 09/05/2005 09:09

LOL! Okay then!

Bella23 · 09/05/2005 09:16

Morning all Ladies.
Well sorry about not being around all weekend, just have had a funny old one. Can relate to you Debbsy as had horrible time on Saturday afternoon at a friend's birthday BBQ. My best friend was there who is 5 months pregnant and also a couple of babies who are only six weeks old. I was fine until a few glasses of wine later when I quite literally felt like I was being stabbed in the heart, I couldn't bare it so we had to leave. I was so embarrasses and ashamed. DH was really good, we left and i had a few tears but then he asked me not to dwell on it and I shook the feeling off. Its left me feeling really disappointed in myself all weekend.
Its so awful that most of the time I can be positive and then out of nowhere a little voice in my head starts and all the negativity just creeps in!!
So upshot being I just couldn't come on here until I had shaken off the feelings a little.

Welcome to all the newbies.....this is a great thread!

Rom - getting excited for you love, literally keeping everything crossed

Welcome to Maddy D, Tabs and Trix1

Tabs - totally agree on the people telling you to relax and then it will happen.........THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN .....sorry just makes me very angry to hear that too!

Hulababy - wow house looks fab and walk in wardrobes......what a dream !!

Right best do some work.....

Tabs · 09/05/2005 09:41

Hulababy - new things always come in threes, so new bed, new house, new baby

Bella - sorry to hear about cr@p weekend . I always find it hardest around time I get AF too, but it's good to let it out once in a while.

Debbsy - hoping bleed is a false alarm and that AF stays away for you.

teuch · 09/05/2005 10:05

Hullo to all the new posters!

Just to refresh - age 27, ttc#1 after m/m/c in February, this month is last chance saloon as we can't have a due date after feb 2006 so have to go back to contraception (impossible?!) for 6 months or so...

Currently on CD19 - poss oving as last month was CD20 - so on the verge of the dreaded 2ww.

Had tarot read yesterday and pg card was opposing force...I think they are trying to tell me that I am obsessing!

Hope the sun is shining where you are!

Frizbe · 09/05/2005 10:07

Morning all, hope your all feeling bright and breezy today?

Welcome to Tabs n Trix1, hope your stay is short!

Hula your new house looks fab, do I take it that the sale of your current one is back on track now, and all ok? have fun with that new bed as well, did you manage to get rid of the old one? or did you freecycle it? (only asking cause I was debating setting up a freecycle down here, but was wondering how easy it is to deal with all of it or if you need loads of space? sorry for hijack all)

Munz your results should be back by now, so your probably in the clear, but check with doc all the same, if its any help, I managed to contract chlymadia (SP) from my dearest ex a few years ago, which is how I found out he was cheating on me.......a few horse pills and all was ok again, and luckily enough no lasting damage, as managed to conceive dd!

Bella, big hugs hon, its amazing what a few glasses of wine and our hormones can do to us, fingers x'd babydust has rubbed off on you and it'll be your month!

Well I've spent this weekend bd'ing, as according to cm and my ff charts I've been fertile from Thurs, and should tech ov today, although as I'm not temping it's kinda guess work at the mo! dh is a happy if tired bunny tho

Hope you all have a great day.

piffle · 09/05/2005 10:10

Hope weekend was lovely for everyone, sorry about the - tests around, as we chant regularly, it ain't over til the old hag comes a visting so fingers crossed Rom's magic thread continues!
I've been a domestic goddess this weekend, have cooked up a storm and cleaned top to bottom, even hand washed as wash machine busted too!
My mum said, are you pregnant or something, this is very odd.
Hmmm
I know I ov'd on day 16 has pos opk and cm and ff picked it up.
So I'm on cd 27, 11dpo
I used to have 28 day cycles up until Jan when suddenly they got to 31.34 and 35 days
arrghhh so ??? ff says day 31... so counting down now...
with dd I only got faint line with tests 2 days after af due so not sure early testing would help me at all.
I know I'm obsessing right

Lottielou · 09/05/2005 10:11

Morning All!
Wow i have just spent ages catching up from the weekend. Welcome to all the newbies - Lilsmum,Tabs and Trix1 wishing you all the best! x
Maddyd - Hi, how are you hun? Sorry for you BFN? I guess you will be doing what i do and flip inbetween the two threads. I was going to levae this one for a while unti AF arrived and concentrate on the other but i just cant tear myslef away. This is such a fab thread, i cant bear/bare (LOL SP?) to leave! So welcome Maddyd x
I was going to test on Sunday but was way too busy and thought it would be better me leaving it that one extra day in the hope for that BFP. So tested this morning and it was BFN. I am going to test again on Thurs as still so sign at all of AF. Boobs are now huge and very sore and i feel so so bloated. I just wish that AF or BFP arrives so i can feel better about feeling so huge!
Debbsy - so has AF arrived then?
Big hugs and Babydust to everyone!
Who is close to testing now? x

Hulababy · 09/05/2005 10:24

Frizbe - our sale is still continuing. It s just taking so long. But by all accounts mortgage offer will be with our buyer in enxt day or two. DH had phoned our buyer's mortgage company up!

HandbagAddiction · 09/05/2005 10:26

Just wanted to say 'hi'! Blimey - there's been lots going on over the weekend. Haven't had a chance to catch up with it all yet......but will do at lunchtime.

A quick update from me - OPK's gave a bit positive today - after 5 days of negatives. DH got home last night so we did bd - despite his tiredness! Had a bit of CM on Friday and Sunday. Intend to do more bd tonight......

Will post more later.....but hope everyone is OK.

Frizbe · 09/05/2005 10:29

Wow! I didn't know you could do that Hula, makes mental note, for next time we move house

Well I have to confess to feeling very broody today ladies, I spent Sunday am holding my friends 6 mth old dd, whilst she was busy organising herself, and my own dd now just 18mths, was sooo lovely with her, it made me even more broody......no jealousy as I'd thought their might be, she was lovely, sharing toys with her n things, also friends dd is lovely placid baby, who just sits and takes everything in, with lovely big brown eyes and blone hair, awwwwwwww (my dd has never been one to sit and have a cuddle, unless really ill, she's always been an 'on the go' baby) so now I've had an hours snuggle with a younger baby I want another one NOW!
Sorry to offload on you all, will go and get some work done now.....

romilly · 09/05/2005 12:18

Spacecadet · 09/05/2005 12:39

hi all, sorry didnt post over weekend, was busy with selling our house, we had quitea few viewings and 2 offers, one from a couple which we refused as it was way under the asking price and one at the full asking price! fingers crossed, she just has to sell her house now!!, well af arrived yesterday, so am going to start ttc now have ordered my opk;s from ebay, very cheap!, so fingers crossed, wish meluck, a friend of mine is35 weeks gone and i feel very envious of her, keep thinking, i should be 22 weeks by now. i hope this thread is as lucky for me as it has been for others

HandbagAddiction · 09/05/2005 12:45

Just caught up with everyone's news. Now on cd17 and reckoned I am ovulating today - so it's later than normal but since DH was away for the weekend...probably a good thing! . Had mostly a great weekend with just me and dd. Had some bad news on Friday.....our kitchen company have gone into liquidation and we've already paid them £6,500!!! So we now have to see if we can claim the money back through the credit card company and then go through the hassle of getting another kitchen supplier in. Had to drive dd down to Hove yesterday for 09:30 (60 miles away) to try and sort it all out. I'm gutted and angry about the whole thing .

Sorry about the BFNs - Debbsy, chuffed and Lilsmum.

Hello to Trix1, Tabs and Lilsmum. Wishing you lots of luck.

Hula - great that you have bought the house and your dd isn't suffering too much. The pox is rife in our nursery at the moment - dd is one of a dwindling number in her room who hasn't caught it yet!!

Hello to Frizbe, Teuch, Bella, Romilly, Piffle and everyone else. Looking forward to hearing some news of more testing or bd'ing.......soon!

Hulababy · 09/05/2005 12:46

Frizbe - don't think you are supposed to, but DH is a partner in well known solicitors firm, and has a lot of contacts with people who know the score. And our buyer is happy for him to do it bizarrely!

wendy11 · 09/05/2005 12:47

Afternoon Ladies,

Welcome to all the new ladies in our gang and hope your stay is a really short one.

Sorry for all the ladies who have got BFN's but its not over yet for you. Try again in a few days.

Rom - come on one last big push to get a few more positives from this thread - including yourself

Bella - (((Hugs))) Sorry you have had such a rough time of it over the weekend.

Well it is onto the petri dish for me - af arrived this morning. Totally gutted as had hoped for a miracle but sadly that is not to be. There have been lots of tears this morning and the slighest thing sets me off again. Just reading about Bella's weekend had me in tears.

Will check in later when I am in better form.

Hulababy · 09/05/2005 12:47

spacecadet - good luck with the sale.

HandbagAddiction · 09/05/2005 12:50

Wendy - so sorry to hear your news. .

Hulababy · 09/05/2005 12:53
