thats o.k Nemo, i was just curious. when i found out i was PG i didn't have anything like that but then i m/c. There is a possibilyt i could be PG and have been having a lot of creamy discharge this week. Not sure if its due to my m/c, my body acting up on me! Who knows!

milosmum · 04/05/2005 13:28

rom i ve got lost with my chart too!!! according to fertility friend and this months cycle im at cd9 so started testing 2day- no sign yet! its my wedding anniversary 2morrow so im hoping for an extra special gift from hubby!

hi all hows it going???

munz · 04/05/2005 13:57

well girls, the mini munz dream is over, I popped to the loo with the view of doing my las early test just to see and had a bit of a wipe fiorst (to check) and AF has started the old witch is here, not full flow yet but i'm sure that will come tomorrow. i'm so upset about it, I really thought we'd get somewhere this month, oh well, guess I best ring the hospital and book in from this x ray thingy for next week.

thanks everyone for your support thou, and hopefully a good flush out will help.

bella/rom where r u in ur cycles?

Bella23 · 04/05/2005 14:11

Munz - arh sorry honey, Back on the wheel with me then, I am now on CD1 with my little friend Persona who I was hoping would only be a passing aquintance but looks like we are destined to be buddies!
Have got over the being gutted part, just onwards and upward, have booked myself another reflexology session for next week as I really think that helped me keep on an even keel.

Bev - mmmm...not sure of the temp thingy. Still keeping everything crossed for you

Teuch - I so hear you !!!!!!!!!!! I better have a little bump to comfort me at my due date or I shall be soooooo !!

Milosmum - nice time with your wedding anniversary coming up, lets hope the stars are listening!

Rom - what are you up to? Processing order I hope?

Well back to more job hunting as could be out of this job in a matter of weeks....YIKES!!

teuch · 04/05/2005 14:20

sorry munz

someone mentioned waaayyyyy earlier in the thread the cough mixture robitussin which is meant to assist with optimum CM (cervical mucus). Anyone tried this?

wendy11 · 04/05/2005 14:37

Afternoon All,

Munz - So sorry hun. Glass of wine and bar of chocolate required.

Bella - go for it with your aloe vera gel. Let me know how you get on. You know the sheep effect could be coming on

Bev - Usually my temp would drop in the morning and I would expect af either later that day or the next morning. Hope this is not the case for you and af stays away.

Teuch - haven't tried the cough mixture but I know that a glass or two of grapefruit juice each day will have a similar effect. BTW I did this on Roms advice and really noticed a difference

Rom - how are you? How many dpo now? Make your own order a priority this month

Well even though I have been swimming in grapefruit juice this month it had not kept the cold away. Felt rotten when I got up this morning....sore throat, stuffy nose and a busy day at work....lovely.

Lottielou · 04/05/2005 14:46

Munz - so sorry for you hun. Keep Smiling

RachelRog · 04/05/2005 14:51

Hello all
Munz - really sorry to hear AF may be on way. I am 7DPO at minute and feel myself getting my hopes up. It is such a big disappointment when it hasn't happened. It's a vicious circle but we have to keep trying and I know it will happen for us eventually.
Must admit I have been trying grapefruit juice but didn't notice any difference but I find it hard anyway as my CM is hard to judge.
Feel really bored today so thought I would post.
I am having a romantic weekend away in Scarborough with DH this weekend so worried about whether to have a drink or not as I have been tee-total since my m/c 5 weeks ago . Feel like getting drunk on cocktails but what if I am pregnant this month????

Bella23 · 04/05/2005 14:56

Rachelrog - I would say go for it and have a few drinks. So many people on here have not realised they are pregnant and had a few drinks, I really wouldn't worry. A few cocktails won't do any harm.
Have a lovely time with DH

RachelRog · 04/05/2005 15:01

Thanks Bella....not sure I can draw the line at a few though.
I think having a m/c has made me paranoid about everything I eat, drink, do, etc

Bella23 · 04/05/2005 15:05

I know the feeling!
I went for a month of no booze which I found very hard in the quest to see if it aided my chances of conceiving...........did it bugger!
So now just going to get on with life and have a few drinks when I fancy.

Lottielou · 04/05/2005 15:15

I'm the same, I had a few glasses the other day, have cut down loads since my m/c. Doubt it will make one blind bit of difference tho! I would say go for it Rach!

piffle · 04/05/2005 16:40

sorry munz to hear you have the AF again this month
Rachelrog I'm on 7dpo too... am not enjoying the wait...

RachelRog · 04/05/2005 18:10

Hi Piffle
With my DS i just got on with it...with last pregnancy did the same but this time I am madly temping and charting and doing OPK's. DH thinks I'm a nutter and there is so much stuff on my bedside table I look like a branch of Boots!!
After my m/c it makes me feel in control and I get almost excited when I wake up to take my temp!! Sad!! Also popping Pregnacare and Mumomega tablets religiously and given up my precious Diet Coke!!

Frizbe · 04/05/2005 19:14

Hi all

Munz, so sorry mate, hopefully you'll join me and have a feb bubba instead

milosmum · 04/05/2005 19:22

charleepeters · 04/05/2005 20:00

romilly · 04/05/2005 20:11

a lot to catch up on - have been away from computers all day so missed u all.

munz so sorry no mini munz for jan. i really did want this to be the miracle thread where everyone got their babies, and all at the same time. hope d/h is looking after you hon.

charleepeters - yes i know all about temping as does wendy. bought my digital thermometer in boots, not expensive and comes with whole charting book to get you started.

wendy - too right about the priority orders - yours is top priority too this month.

frizbe - i'm a little ahead of you on CD16.

teuch - interesting post about the hcg levels. never tried the robitussin because, as wendy said, grapefruit juice works wonders for me

milosmum - happy anniversary tomorrow!

bella sweetie - i am so glad to hear you back to your chirpy old self - we need you to keep us all positive! hope the job hunting goes well. finding my job a nightmare at the moment - could you find one for me while you're at it?

and rachelrog - enjoy those cocktails! it is the rule of thumb that if you get hammered you will get a BFP!

worriedbev - still no AF? hmmmm.

OP posts:
milosmum · 04/05/2005 20:15

Rom - good to hear from you
Will find us both a new job with loads more money and very few hours!!

munz · 04/05/2005 21:33

bella - come on then girl, u and me this month lets dust down and do it together! althou i'm disappointed mot to be giving u my persona box I bought. still thursday is my hysterosalpingography xray (not a lap and dye as previously thought) so hopefully i'll know by thursday lunch time if I can have kids or not as i'll see my little tube and if it's blocked. hopefully will be OK.

rom - how r u coming along?

pif/RR - u two next then? fingers crossed for you both.

Charlee - HUla's a temping persona as well, she might know, I think she got a new thermometer recently.

best get down to DH and see waht he's up to.

Bella23 · 04/05/2005 21:40

Munz - i hear you! Right you are on.......let's go for it this month.
Will keep you in my thoughts tomorrow and hope that it is all good news at your appointment xx
Right ok..........the count down begins.......CD1 ......and we are off......!!!

Hulababy · 04/05/2005 21:51

Evening

Charlleepeters - I would say to get a proper fertility thermometer. they measure more accurately, to 2 decimal places, so small changes in temp are easier to see. I got mine from Boots. It was aout £12 and came in a black wallet with a booklet with info in, and lots of charting sheets.

Munz so sorry

lottielou - good luck

piffle/rachelrog - good luck with the wait; hope it goes fast

rachelrog - i would ahave a drink or two personally. When I was pg with DD I ended up having a big night out, and then realising I was og about a week later. DD is fine Ironically with my first pg, I stopped drinking completely just before and afetr - but that ended in a mc.

romilly · 04/05/2005 23:37

must go to bed

just felt a bit MN deprived today!

hi hula hi munzie

bella - great! a six figure salary would do me nicely - with a max. 20 hour week

milosmum - will have words with HO for you...

so its wendy, piffle and rachelrog coming up next then - correct?

debbsy stop working so hard!
