Yes I tested yesterday with 1st response but was not first morning urine.
with dd and the ectopic I tested day after af was due and got immediate obvious + results so unsure

They are Acon Early Detection One Step Ultra Pregnancy test. Each test in a 3" x 2" pinky purple box and test strips have red details on a white background.

If its a BFP you have to be pretty close to Christmas Day surely???

no, they arent mine, well they may be the early ones of the same company but mine arent ultra anything! and they arent one step, its bloody complicated with droppers and all.......I CAT'ed you my address incase you can send it and my computer gives up for good (its getting worse)

i always used the clearblue digital one sso it just tells you using words, you don't have to guess a line. But they can be very expensive. saying that boots have a buy 1 get 1 half price offer on at the mo, i would be rushing out to get one of those. I bet you guys have stocks of al types of tests from what i can gather.

i tend to get the basic ones- thye all tell you the same thing it just depends on how expensive you want the information to be..... beleive me diddle after a while you won t need to interpret them using the instructions- you ll know because you ve used them that much....

at least all this good news is spurning me one- its got the happen at some point.....

DQ - your timing is perfect!!.... Christmas Eve....what a lovely christmas present will hopefully be coming your way this year. Keeping all crossed. Go on test again in the morning...you know they are just sitting there waiting for you - you know you want to....no pressure of course from any of us

Milosmum - agree with you - it will happen for all of us eventually. Its just the waiting that can get you down.

Really do have to go now and do some serious work. There has been too much excitment on here this morning to concentrate on boring old work.

ok guys now im really baffled....... after taking the ov test last sunday (3rd) and it showing i was i went at it with gusto but started bleeding on monday & tuesday. i took it that i had started my cycle again and was not due to do a ov test until Friday but something made me test 2day (probably all the excitement) and its positive for ov... what is going on can i ovulate twice in 2 weeks?????ive done a preg test just incase it was breakthrough bleeding but it was a BFN......

how am i going to keep up with all you lot?? and all this ordering!!!!

well i've done a quick speed read and now a quick speed message - DQ - re-test tomorrow, its sounding very hopeful.... i told you you had nothing to worry about bd'ing-wise, you had perfect timing IMO. factory loads of dust to you so sorry to hear about you losing first d/h. and george, i had no idea about your father - you should take time off, god how awful, m/c and losing a parent.

EVERYBODY - forget green tea if you want to improve CM drink loads of grapefruit juice - it seriously works.

munz - how old are you then, go on, shock me!

milosmum???? wish i knew what to say to you, but that is confusing - i would say, maybe BD again just in case... belt and braces hope someone elso can offer an explanation. i have heard that OPK's are notoriously unreliable, in that you can get more than one surge without OVing - that's why i temp. so you can be sure you have ovulated.

Milosmum - sorry your body seems to be buggering about. Not sure what to advise...perhaps just keep bding every 2 or 3 days just in case so that all bases are covered.

Urgh, with you on the grapefruit juice Bella. It's horrid. I have no idea why people eat it although, thinking about it, maybe it's just people trying to get p/g!! I'll be studying anyone eating grapefruit now!
MilosMum, are you using the mid afternoon, don't wee for 4 hours and, not forgetting, wee in a deodorant lid technique??? Apparently early morning wee is no good as it can give you false positive readings.

There so many supposed right a wrong wasy and times to test, i'm getting confused just reading all this. there's so much good and bad things to do, we will all be nervous wrecks.

Diddle, thats why are relying on Rom preparing and delivering our babies!!!

im not testing first thing in the morning- im doing it at lunch- but i think the best thing is having a go every 2-3 days just to cover base and all......god i must bore you all with my inept body rants!!!!!
