Cd 15 here, gonna try a gof tonight... Trying to eat (mostly) healthy stuff at the moment to see if that helps.

Am drinking grapefruit juice, not as bad as i expected. Wonder if a small glass a day is enough?

I've heard of people drinking that, whats the reason behind it?

Another way to improve your CM quantity is to drink enough fluids each day. Water is the best type of fluid to drink and you should drink approximately 10-6 oz. glasses of water per day. Besides drinking water each day, you should also drink grapefruit juice. The components of the grapefruit juice will aid in helping to produce extra CM which will in turn help you in your conception endeavors.

hiya ladies. been absent for a while as I feel like a a freak. Currently on day 40 of my cycle with no af in sight. It has got to be because of bf my son. Haven't taken a test in a week so guess I'll check again tomorrow and expect to find another BFN. the cute thing is that dh is getting much more into having another one and is the one that suggests testing in hopes of a positive. .

Wow, BringontheTrumpets, I do soooo admire your resistance to testing, more freakish than your 40 day cycle imo! I will defnitely be checking in for a report tomorrow!

Thanks for tips re water and grapefruit juice - am off to bed now with a pint of water and a good book (I'll blame you lot if I'm up all night weeing!). Don't worry, only CD3 so good book definitely a better bet than DP tonight! Ha ha.

kitty - Ah I see! Thanks for clearing that up, I kept wondering why all the ttcers were going on about drinking grapefruit juice , maybe i'll try it. I already drink a lot of water, I always have on cup of tea with breakfast then drink sparkling water all day. I'm actually addicted to sparkling water ever since I was preggers with ds!

Can anyone confirm when you start counting your cycle from? The first day of your last period until the first day of the next one?

I think it's the first day of your last period till the day before your next one

I git AF Wed, and Fertility friend recorded me as CD1....CD31 was Tuesday - the last day before AF...
