Hi katie,

they scanned me last tues and didnt find anything in my womb and my bloods were much to low for them to see anything. They have said that they will investigate as i have had 3 mc now.

Feel realy weird today very dizzy and sick, has anyone else has these symptoms after a Mc? i havent had a huge bleed just like a normal Af so it shouldnt be due to blood loss or anything.

HeyThereGeorgieGirl · 24/11/2008 17:59

Hey Kate. Thanks for the kind words. Bleeding has stopped. No pains or cramping. So fingers crossed for tomorrow's scan. It's at 5.30pm. I know I'm 6+4 tomorrow as have counted the days in my diary. Times like this you just want a magic wand to wave or a time machine!

Just hoping that all these symptoms are a good sign. MS gearing up. Very tired and sore/veiny norks.

Anyhoo. Won't bring the thread down. Will post tomorrow night.

Ray Really sorry to hear what you've been thru. It's bloody heart breaking. Really hope that you start to feel better soon. 1st m/c I had a lighter than usual period after ERPC. The mother of all period's month after. 2nd m/c was natural and periods seemed to return to normal quickly after it.
Silly question, but are you eating properly? Your body needs enough good food in it to function. Especially after an emotional/physical shock like this.

MollieMooma · 24/11/2008 18:23

Georgie I am sending you the biggest, fattest huggiest hug ever and all the postive vibes in the world sweet. Kate has summed it up, none of us can say anything but at least you don't have to wait and your scan is tomorrow. I saw a hb at 6+4 so fingers crossed, don't you dare worry about bringing the thread down, we share everything x
EI I know what you mean about one cycle closer to being able to TTC but now the thought of all that stress scares the pants off me! I'm sure once I get back into it it'll be like riding a bike!
CriCri I am sure we can forgive your erratic posts as you have your hands full at the moment (although really can't think why? ) I am so of your newborn bliss and really want to cuddle Elise [smile} wish you lived closer I'd be round all the time!
You too Emmsy I'd be cuddle queen! Hope you are keeping well my lovely
Kate Hey there CB! Sorry AF got you, but glad you're not too disappointed hun. Sounds like you had a lovely sunday x
Ray Hello and welcome, so sorry to hear of your experiences, I am currently waiting to TTC as I've had 3 MC's this year but seeing a consultant in 2 weeks so decided it would be best to wait. Have you been to your GP to discuss a referral to a specialist/consultant?
Bella Sorry to hear you're still feeling poorly
Scully Only 7 more sleeps

Right I will finish catch up in a minute DH has just served my tea

MollieMooma · 24/11/2008 19:28

SparklyPseudonym · 24/11/2008 19:58

Hi ladies,
have been very busy today at school. I can't believe how cold it is. Bloody foundation phase means that we spend some most of the day outside. Have only just warmed up. Totally forgot it was my birthday until the kids gave me 3 birthday stars...
Mollie What did you have for tea? Dp hasn't even cooked me a bday meal. How's the knee?
Kate Am so sorry AF got you - but am very pleased that we're almost CBs. Can't tell you how much I hope this is your month. Good luck lovely. Chin up xxx
HTGG Am gutted that you're having to go through all of the emotions that follow a bleed. I really, really, really hope that it's nothing. I hope you manage to get some rest tonight and that tomorrow flies by. Will be thinking of you. Lots and lots of love xxx P.S. What's this about snogging RW? Am going to have to read the whole thread as I totally missed that one. Oh my god, just seen previous post. I love RW and am very .
Bella I'm a serial tester so I would have started testing already. You're very good if you wait until Saturday. Hope it brings good news.
Scully Am hoping for very good news from your scan too. Only a week to go.
Ray Welcome to this thread. These girls are fab. Am so sorry to read of all you've been through. I had a m/c in September at 11 weeks and have decided to wait until after xmas to start 'trying' but we're going to see what happens before then. Hope you won't be waiting too long for a sticky bean.
Cricri The first weeks pass so quickly. It will get much, much easier. I promise. Thinking of you. xx

BellaHarry · 24/11/2008 20:21

Bet I can't wait 'til Saturday!

teeheelaydee · 24/11/2008 20:36

After a crappy day at work thought I'd better check in with 'm'girls' and as ever lots going on.

Ray Welcome, what a crappy time you've had, hope you find comfort, laughs and the cheering up that you need and Ei is right we are all lovely, funny, gorgeous and very wise!! (or paranoid, frustrated and grumpy depending on the day) On the TTC front we had investigations after the 3rd m/c and they found nothing but I think we had a break while we got results - I think it depends how you feel mentally. Lots of support here whichever way you go.

Ei Ever expanding belt indeed !! I am loads better thanks- eating and everything!

Georgie - Will be thinking of you tomorrow and think you are doing a marvellous job at even stringing a sentence together. Hold on to the positives (MS boobs etc) but it probably doesn't matter what logic tells you. Big big hugs darling girl. (BTW- love the way you drop the RW snog in like it happens every day - can you believe you gave it up for builders and pooey knickers)

Sparkly HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR SPARKLY HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU (Sung in very tuneful, soulful Laura from X-factor way) Hope you're having a good one.

Mollie Sounds like DH is getting the intense training he so needs. Love the recording of snoring - think I might try it. How are you feeling and I don't mean just the knee?

Kate Sorry for AF - tuck into the booze while you can.

Scully Take it easy, not too much rushing around, or are you trying to fill the time before Monday- one week to go.

Yep 2 sleeps to go - for the the first time I am excited rather than petrified. You are so sweet to remember.

Ei y'know that is the 2nd time we have crossed posts in the last few days - maybe my psychic powers are catching up to yours. I'll keep thinking BFP vibes for you as I'm convinced you are next.

cricri · 24/11/2008 21:24

Sparkly Happy birthday Hope you've had a lovely day.
TeeHee Wow, 20 weeks already! Will be waiting for pics from your scan on Wednesday! You're not finding out the flavour though are you?
Georgie Thinking of you - fingers crossed for tomorrow. On a lighter note, I also can't believe you snogged RW!
Mollie How are you feeling today? Hope the knee is getting better too. I also wished you lived a bit closer - in fact wouldn't it be nice if we all lived close to each other?
Kate Sorry to hear AF arrived but fingers crossed for next month.
Ray Welcome and sorry to hear about everything you've been through You're in the right place - this is a fantastic bunch of ladies.
Hello to everybody I've missed
Can't believe I've managed to post twice in 2 days - madam actually slept for 1.5 hours earlier this afternoon and has been asleep for the past 2.5 hours

mibbes · 24/11/2008 21:55

Happy Birthday lovely Sparkly, hope you are having a fabulous day

Quick post as had a migraine last night which made me really sick so still feeling rotten - have been praying bubs doesn't decide to come today as am defo not fit for labour atm. Thanks for info on engagement of head cricri and Ei - will bear that in mind. Given how much pain I am in when I walk sometimes I am it is only 1/5 engaged ! It comes and goes, seems to get worse as the day goes on. Have spent the day in front on TV dozing... none of my nesting list has been ticked off - blimin' migraine !

Hope everyone is well - will catch up properly tomorrow xx

kate2179 · 24/11/2008 22:41

Mibbes you stay on that sofa lady! And that's an order! Don't make me come all the way to Scotland just to kick your backside! Seriously though, really sorry to hear about the migraine, they are so horrible. I've never had a proper one although I used to get awful headaches, almost felt bruised afterwards iyswim, so you'd better take good care of yourself! Just tell the miblet s/he'll have to hang on for a bit longer

Teehee am looking forward to finding out what flavour you're having on wednedsay. You sure you don't want me to tell you?

VERY chatty on here tonight ladies! Love it! But sorry no time to catch up properly now, starting a trial tomorrow & need to get some sleep xx

BellaHarry · 25/11/2008 08:42

Couldn't wait 'til Sat to test and OMG BFP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is this possible at 6dpo or did I get ovulation date wrong!!!???

BellaHarry · 25/11/2008 08:51

Now I'm worrying it was a really strong line not a faint one at all but could it be wrong? Has anyone heard of this happening?? Help!?

mibbes · 25/11/2008 11:28

OOh Bella congrats , I'd say it is highly unlikely you'd get a BFP as early as 6 dpo so more likely that you have miscalculated your ov date. If you have any doubts then try another brand of test. Ei had a faulty asda HPT recently. Hope the next result is as positive

HeyThereGeorgieGirl · 25/11/2008 11:28

BellaHarry I've never heard of getting a BFP 6dpo. But hey, a BFP is a BFP so many many many congratulations. . Looks like you might have got your ov dates wrong. But frankly, who cares!!!!!!! Pretty sure that you can't get a false positive.

How you feeling? Have you told your DH/DP yet? How exciting. Yipppeeeeee for you. Maybe its twins? !

Mibbes Lie down now. That's an order. Switch the TV on and zone out. Am sure Miblet will stay put til s/he know that mummy is feeling better. Hope the migraine has gone now. Just rest and let your body re-coup.

Kate Really sorry that TEW got you. But am loving all the reason's why it's not great to get pg this month. I know how excited you were to be trying again. You're so fertile my love that it's only a matter of time. I'm not saying this in a blase way. Honestly. I KNOW that you'll be up the duff and puking your guts up before you know it! Hope the court case goes well. And thanks for the text sweetheart.

Mollie How's the knee? Sorry, missed the post where you explained what happened so not clued up. But hope that it's on the mend and that you're getting some TLC. You still off work? Daytime tv driving you nuts yet?!

Sparkly Missed out on wishing you a happy birthday yesterday. So HAPPY BIRTHDAY LOVELY LADY. Hope you had fantastic time. What pressies did you get? Hope you at least got a glass of vino from DP when you got home last night.

TeeHee Is it only 1 more sleep now til your scan? Am really really excited for you. 20 weeks IS a milestone. Especially given what you've been through. Have you caved in yet and decided to find out what flavour you're having?!

Ei What's going on in your world?

CriCri Hello tired lady! How you coping? Is Elise being a good girl for you? it does get easier I promise. Somewhere around 8 to 10 weeks when you've got a routine going. Don't be afraid to cherry pick what's best for you and your baby. I took some pointers out of the Gina Ford book for Libby. It suited her and me.

Emmsy Hello love. Are you surviving? Your house must be a total whirlwind of activity at the moment. Kids, baby, dogs, husband. You are Wonderwoman!

Fruity What you been up to young lady? 10 mile walk in your condition? You are mad mad mad. Hope you're taking it slightly easier now!

Ray How are you feeling today? Any better?

Scully Has the MS got you too? I seem to be surviving on sandwhiches and baked potatos! Not long now til your scan. Week today isn't it? Really hope that it's all good for you. Hope you're enjoying the warm weather and sunshine in OZ. Mum and Dad had a fantastic time. Think the Kimberley's were their fave part.

Have I missed anyone? Hope not. Hello to all lurkers if I have.

Right, I've got to draft a letter to Lambeth Council now telling them that I'm taking them to the small claims court. Joy! Least it takes my mind off things. Bleeding stopped. Will know more later.

Hugs and kisses to all. xxxxxxxxxxxxx

FruitynNutty · 25/11/2008 13:05

Hiya just catching up. Days seem to be merging into one at the moment. Just off to check through all the posts I've missed after I wish BellaHarry a huge congratulations. I'm still completely amazed it's happened so quickly for you , I think you should change your name to Fertile Mertle - We'll all be very jealous of you
Also Don't let DH take all the credit either cos it's all down to your wonderful hospitable womb Like I told you this morning, take it easy (for the next few weeks especially) Expect mild AF type niggles and possibly even the odd little bleed (could be implantation which I had). Call me if you need to xx

Right, I'll be back when I've looked through the posts, might take me a while as I'm stuffing a prawn cocktail sarnie down my neck right now and getting sauce all over the keys.

FruitynNutty · 25/11/2008 13:40

The long walk wasn't bad actually, I rather enjoyed it. Beautiful beautiful day for it. I haven't had any muscle aches. We all took it easy actually. Just a nice country stroll We went from Henley to Marlow following the Thames. It was absolutely stunning, very posh too and quite a lot of walkers (not just us) It's the walk they do for breast cancer.
We did it for my friend's little boy who has Cerebral Palsy. She wanted to raise £3000 for treatment to help him to walk so all for a good cause

Scully Storms Isn't it summer for you yet? How are you feeling? I hope you're putting your feet up as much as possible
Mollie Did you get your blood results?
Sparkly I'm so so sorry I missed your birthday yesterday. Did you do anything special? How's your gorgeous little girl?
Cricri Any more pics for us to see of your delicious bundle? They change so much in the first few weeks
Kate Sorry AF arrived Are you ok about it?
Ei I agree, you all need to get BFP's for Christmas. Then we can all open up our anti-natal group with everyone there
You ok? We haven't spoke for ages I must make more effort to get on MSN. I just feel a bit anti-social with having the inlaws here.
Hi ray welcome to our lovely lovely thread.
Georgie Sorry you had a bleed. Desperately hoping it's nothing. Let me know how your scan goes.
I've also met the TT boys a few times but I was a sad little groupie I didn't like Robbie at all. He said I look like I'm on drugs f*cker Have hated him ever since. All the others were lovely though. Really down to earth
Teehee I can't believe your scan is tomorrow! Soooo exciting I can't remember if you said you were going to find out the sex? Don't forget to post pictures. Make sure you get as many as possible!
Hennes do some great maternity clothes don't they? I must go and have a look. I need some more trousers and tops.
I think me M&S maternity jeans are getting too small already as every time I sit down the baby pushes against them

Oooh I've just found a left over quality street

Mibbes I hope you're feeling better today

Hope everyone else is ok. Piper, Emmsy?

HeyThereGeorgieGirl · 25/11/2008 18:57

Evening one and all. Just got back from the scan and she saw a very vigorous HB . Phew.

Had a little cry.

Also, looks like it's measuring 7+4 not 6+4. So good news that it's a decent size for dates. Am releived that everything seems to be ok and that we've got over one hurdle. Going back in 2 weeks for follow up scan.

Am going to chow down on spag bol tonight as it's the only thing I fancy. Rock and roll!

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

MollieMooma · 25/11/2008 19:06

Georgie I am so so pleased for you my lovely so glad that you saw the HB you must have been so relieved! I bet you can't wait to see button again in 2 weeks, and to know you're a week ahead of what you thought - fantastic!
BellaHarry Congratulations on your BFP
