mibbes · 08/08/2008 12:39

Congrats on 18 high temps Sparkly you are now officially TCOYF Pregnant !

scully well done not testing, am impressed ! I'll have everything crossed for you xx

Mollie glad you are feeling better and {{big hugs}} for next week xx

Off to see MW today at 2.30 - hopefully hear the HB

mibbes · 08/08/2008 12:42

OMG How RUDE of me - I missed Ei and her possible triphasic temps !!! Naughty Fruity making you test too early - she is a nightmare that one ! Good luck for Sat missus xx

cricri · 08/08/2008 12:51

Mollie So pleased you are feeling better today - hopefully you're over the worst of it now. Just checked our list and can't believe you're 9 weeks pg already Mind you, I can't quite believe I'm 28 weeks tomorrow - where does the time go?!
Hope the EDD for your 1st LO isn't too painful - I was so glad to be pg when mine came around but it was still a poignant date Wasn't sure what to do, if anything, to mark it so ended up doing nothing which I sort of regret now but you have to do what's right for you at the time.
Ei and Scully Keeping my fingers crossed for you both
Sparkly Really pleased you're joining the graduates list
Teehee Really pleased things are going better with your Mum. She'll love the scan - I took mine with me to the 4D scan last Sunday and she was amazed
Hope everybody else is OK.

mibbes · 08/08/2008 15:38

Just had MW appt and all is well , she found the HB really quickly this time and read out how many HB per min - so despite not wanting to know I thought I'd look at the old wive's tale about girl/boy based on HB - it said more than 140 is a girl and less is a boy - my reading was.... wait for it ... 140 !!! So am none the wiser

MollieMooma · 08/08/2008 16:56

Mibbes So pleased you heard the HB so quickly this time, LOL at trying to work out the flavour by HB's I can't remember if I asked before but are you going to find out at your next scan?
CriCri 28 weeks I can't wait until I start showing
Scully I admire your restraint! Good luck for testing, really hope it's yours and EI's month

Well second day of keeping food down, had my hair done today and feel much more like a human being!

Sparkly08 · 08/08/2008 19:38

Scully I'm amazed that you haven't cracked yet. My fingers are tightly crossed for you.
Mibbes It must have been lovely to hear the heartbeat today. I remember the first time I heard DDs. Can't wait for it all again.
Mollie Great news about MS staying away. I really need to have my hair done.
Ei Can't wait to see your temp tomorrow!!

teeheelaydee · 08/08/2008 20:20

Evening ladies.

Mibbes Also lol at 140 heartbeat, glad your scan went well.
Cricri I love how you talk about my scan as if it will just be exciting - that is exactly what I need to keep any black thoughts from gathering. BTW What on earth did you eat in France, going next Friday and though I hate to say as obv delighted at BFP I keep thinking "all that lovely cheese and wine and seafood"
Mollie So glad you are feeling better, perhaps a few days off has done you good. Hope you EDD passes with just the right amount of reflection and that you don't feel too sad.
Ei & Scully will be checking back regularly to see how the testing goes

I am feeling a little better but am glad I took the day off, I didn't leave me bed til lunchtime and still feel tired, won't be long before I'm tucked up I think. Am currently at my brothers babysitting for my neices and have been since 3.30. They gave me the run around a bit at bed and bathtime but all seems quiet now - at last!

mibbes · 08/08/2008 23:38

Mollie so glad you are 'retaining' food now . I had my 20 week scan 2 weeks ago and no we didn't find out - I want a surprise !

teehee I was in Paris at 14 weeks and ate loads of yummy pastries, pain-au-chocolat, croissants and pain-aux-raisins - YUM !! I was gutted about the yummy wine and gooey cheese but hey ho !

scully are you still keeping away from those HPTs...? Have everything crossed for you.

Ei and you mi lady...? planning a wee test tomorrow.... oooh am in knots now I have so many bits crossed

mibbes · 08/08/2008 23:39

LOL I meant wee as in small but it makes sense as in pee too oh dear time for bed, typing pants now !

scully · 09/08/2008 03:18

Well I tested this morning (wasn't first thing, around 11.30am) and a bfn
So who knows what is happening. Heading off to my acupuncture appt soon so hopefully she can shed some light on things.
I have one test left so will try and leave that until Monday to use.
Very frustrating to say the least

Sparkly08 · 09/08/2008 09:16

Morning ladies,
Well, I have finally graduated! I have recorded my EDD by LMP (even though I know it is a few days out) because it makes me feel as though I'm a few days closer to being out of the danger zone....It was so strange not temping this morning.
Teehee I hope your nieces stayed settled last night.
Mibbes LOL at your wee test...
Scully Sorry about BFN but AF still hasn't shown up so it might just be too early to test. My fingers are tightly crossed for you?
Ei Any news from you? How is temp? Did you test? I'd love you to come to the April thread with me. I still haven't even lurked and am too scared to.

Ei Have you tested yet?
Scully Sorry about the BFN hopefully your appt will shed some light

After finally getting nieces to bed I didn't hear a peep out of them thank goodness. I think they were quite pleased because I didn't feel v/well yesterday I just let them watch TV! (ssssh don't tell my SIL)

Hopefully neither of us will need a cycle buddy ei, frustrating though isn't it Hope af doesn't find you.....
Acupucturist couldn't shed any light on it, she said maybe my cycles are going back to their 30/31 days they were before either m/c, but I'm at the end of cd32 so who knows. She also said though that I have a coating on my tongue which would suggest I was pregnant, but I'm not going to read too much into that. It's no use if the bloody test doesn't show positive
I might test again on Tues if af hasn't appeared, I'll be cd35 by then.
Hi to everyone else, hope you've having a nice weekend

QueenyEisGotTheBall · 09/08/2008 13:20

scully sorry the accupuncturist couldnt shed any light on your situation i will be testing again on monday/tuesday if AF doesnt arrive but i doubt whether i will get that far things sound promising for you though good luck

Teehee I've told my sister but haven't got round to telling my parents yet. This will be their 7th grandchild. My brother and his wife got married a year a go so I'm sure they will be announcing some news soon too.
Ei I've posted to you on the other thread too. I'm so sorry about BFN. I really, really am keeping everything crossed for you. Hope you're not too down. xxx
Scully Let's hope AF stays away from you. Do you think you'll crack before Tuesday? Good luck!

Hope you're all making the most of this errrm weather. I can't believe how wet it is.

Scully Glad no signs of her yet. I had 2 glasses of wine the day before I got my BFP so hopefully the same will happen to you!!
Ei at temp rise. Did you use a cheapie?

MollieMooma · 10/08/2008 09:15

EI & Scully Well I say no news is good news, no AF, still high temps for EI and positive thoughts from accupuncturist for Scully. Keep your chin up girls I'm really hoping for you this month
Sparkly You've graduated - congratulations pregnant lady
TeeHee Is your DP back from his trip now? Have you been able to celebrate? (Soberly of course )

Had another good(ish) couple of days, only throwing up in the evening now, which is a definate improvement, but now I seem to have an appetite for about 6 people!! I lost about 12lbs in the last 3 weeks looks like I'll be putting it all back on again in one week! Fruity It's your turn to tell me to stop eating

Waves to everyone else

scully · 10/08/2008 09:25

Here's hoping Sparkly
Well at least af hasn't turned up for either of us Ei, that's good news at least. Sunday evening and nothing has changed for me
Had some yummy green chicken curry noodles for dinner, spicy but that meant I didn't have to share the with the dd's
dd2 has been doing my hair whilst I type this, will be amazed if I have any hair left, she is so rough brushing it
dd1 is having a go now, much gentler thank goodness

scully · 10/08/2008 09:34

crossed posts Mollie 12lbs, that's loads, you can enjoy putting that back on through the pregnancy Hopefully you'll stop being sick altogether, soon.
I grazed constantly through both pregnancies and only put on around 10kgs, dh was surprised at how regularly I needed to eat, but soon learnt what happened if i didn't
Hi to everyone else, hope you're all having a nice Sunday

HeyThereGeorgieGirl · 10/08/2008 12:30

Blimey. I pop out of the country for 2 weeks and all hell breaks loose on here! Hello one and all. . We got back 2.30am this morning. Had a very very lovely time. Turkey wonderful. The sun shone, the sea was warm, the wine was flowing! Good time had by one and all.

BFN for me this month though. AF came 5 days early. Was so sure I was pg, had all th symptoms even down to HUGE hormone spot on chin. Maybe a CP? Loads of bleeding. Not nice. Really upset for a day or so as felt it's another blow. And after all that's happened with the m/c's, granny's death and building stress thought I'd earnt some good luck. Anyway, I've no idea how we've done this month as on hols and no OPK's. Hard trying to look at CM when you've been in sea/pool all day and it's washed away. I don't temp so no clues there. Just had to go on ov pain. So we've given it our best shot and I'm now back on 2ww.

So, Sparkly. Big congrats to you lovely lady. Great news. And Ei should I whisper a little congrats to you? Don't want to jinx anything.

Hope everyone else well . Have tried to catch up but so much has been going on. Yarnie. Glad everything OK now. Must have been scary for you.

Scully - looks like it's me and you now missus. Do you think the others will make us sit in the corner with a dunce cap on until we graduate?!?! .

Lovely to be back. Although weather sucks. But hey, not long til our coffee morning.

xxxxxxxx

HeyThereGeorgieGirl · 10/08/2008 12:33

Scully. Sorry. Mis-read the post. Fingers crossed for you and Ei for BFP.

Looks like I'll be the only one sitting in the corner. Sob......
