Ce - what fantastic news! It has made my day!!!!! (even better than the champagne and chocolates off DH and the boys).

The boys so far are enjoying my birthday as much as me they have already started on the chocolates they bought me

CE - you have all this to come! I am so so pleased for you.

Right I'm off now with all my gushing emotions

ChocolateEclair · 22/08/2008 11:48

Thanks guys

Happy birthday Willmouse - it must be lovely to have the kids celebrating with you. Champagne and chocolates sounds divine! Have a fab day and enjoy it!

(plenty of gushing emotions here - must be the weather )

I am attempting to put the pics on my profile - I know you can't see much but I'm so proud! And I know you guys will understand!

bluestarlavender · 22/08/2008 11:57

CE - I am so so happy for you and your DP and your little bean!! Been checking MN far too often this morning!!! YAY!!!!! No more HPTs! I am so glad the MS is just easing up!

BSL x

FlirtyThirty · 22/08/2008 12:00

CE - HOORAY!!!!
That's truly wonderful! I'm so happy for you...and so lovely to have your date brought forward!

(PS. I am sorry you had to go through the stress...but a little envious you've been able to see your jumping bean!)

bluestarlavender · 22/08/2008 12:39

CE - Oh, it's so nice to see your pics!! I am just so happy that everything is fine!! It's heartbreaking when you hear someone's really upset.

As for me...I've turned into a manic knicker checker! I think my Thursday strategy is a good one, because I have a feeling my flight is going to throw my body out of sync and delay AF anyway. I'm not holding out much hope tbh, cos apart from the sick feeling that comes and goes and also these AF-like cramps, I have no other symptoms what so ever.

On to cycle 3!

Oh, CE, that's AMAZING news. I'm so so happy for you. It's the BEST feeling in the world, isn't it? You must be so, so excited.

We are exact due date buddies! I was 19.8mm two days ago at 8+3, but given the amount of aching in belly and back over the past two days, I reckon I might be able to match your 21mm by now. . I think I'm just as excited for you as I was for me.

HURRAH!!!!

xxx

Oh, and happy birthday willmouse

And BSL - good on you for waiting to test. It all sounds really positive

Heartmum2Jamie · 22/08/2008 13:52

CE, that is absolutely fantastic news!! I am thrilled for you.

Happy Birthday Willmouse!!

I am very cross with dh. I spent the last 3 weeks working on ds2's DLA renewal claim form, which runs out on Sunday. I was told that the form HAD to be at the office by today at the latest. I asked dh 2 days ago to post it and when I asked him when he came home for lunch, he yelled at me that he was really busy yesterday ran around like a headless chicken. So, the claim is still here, it will be shut down by the system automatically on Sunday (I worked for the DWP so know how the system works) and they will have to look at it as a new claim, which takes longer and they are more likely to turn him down, even though nothing has changed.

Oh, I am also cross at the weather. Said it was supposed to be nice, so I washed all the baby stuff last night ready to go out on the line (no tumble drier currently). Needless to say, it piddled it down about an hour ago. I managed to get the stuff in before it got too wet, but it wasn't dry to start with and now I have no way of drying so much stuff. Grrrrr!

Flaming hormones!

So guys, I have 5 mins in the office before I have to leave for the airport!! Although I'm taking a laptop and blackberry, I have no idea of connectivity in Singapore, and will be 7 hours ahead! So I might be around a bit less for a week or so.

I hope all our beans behave and our Bonked Bonkers girls keep well! Good luck to all our bonking bonkers!! Let's have some more BFPs soon!

I will let you all know if I have any good news next week!

HumphreysCorner · 22/08/2008 17:27

Absolutely fabulous news ChocEclair Now try and relax-ha ha!

Happy B'Day willmouse. Have a lovely day.

bluestar-have a lovely time and hope you get a BFP there.

We have some sunshine today. Went swimming at the local Leisure Centre and it was great fun with massive slides. Then had lunch in a pub (not so great) so didn't leave much time for anything else. Just trying to chill now.

Love to all

Hi guys,

Just checked into our hotel. Haven't checked for internet, so on my bb. Unfortunately my AF arrived at the same time as I arrived in Singapore.

I'm gutted. No other words for it, really. DH is too.

So gonna try to get positive for cycle 3. I'd appreciated tips. We really tried everything last cycle, so I'm at a loss now.

I know it's wrong, but I thing I'm gonna party real hard this week. Drowning a few sorrows tonight.

I hope everyone is fine!

BSL x

HumphreysCorner · 23/08/2008 19:25

bluestar-am so sorry AF arrived and yes, you must party hard. I am on bottle number 6 this holiday. Approaching John Wayne week so will cut back then. Have a great time. Have lost track which cycle I am on-must be the vino.

Everyone enjoying the rain? Just got sat down outside with the BBQ when the heavens opened. Was getting to know some other parents too and playing games.

BSL - sorry about AF showing up but partying hard in Singapore does sound like a good way to get over your disappointment!

HC - enjoy the vino and hope the BBQ has restarted now it has stopped raining

MJIM - DS had hiccups at least once a day whilst in the womb - it is so weird isn't it? This one, though, is a completely different story - not hiccuped yet and, in fact, hardly moves - maybe 2 or 3 times a day, I will get a flurry of movements but they are still really light flicks rather than kicks. As someone said on my AN thread, it is 'change of movement patterns' that should concern me so if he is doing what he has always done (i.e. not moved much), there is probably no need to worry - he is obviously just a lazybones who sleeps a lot (like his mum then )!

Right off to go and cook tea - DH just on his way back from cricket - only 5 games to go till end of season and I can't wait to have our weekends back together!!!

Eek MJIM! That sounds exactly like my baby! He hiccups ALOT, at least 3 or 4 times a day and is way more active now than he was just a few weeks ago, watching my belly reminds me of that scene from aliens

BB, enjoy the bonkfest! Your turn will come, you will see!

Ummm (seriously, it's easy to forget!), 30+3 today I think. I change weeks on a Wednesday, lol! Bump is starting to feel heavy and is getting in the way of everything, lol! Plus, the backache in the morning.....Ohhhh, I forgot all about that one. Still, I am more than happy to soldier on, I am sooo in love with him already and he's not even here. I had his little clothes on the line yesterday and little nappies today.....soooooo cute! Is it October yet?!
