Busylady - Congrats Sounds v promising!

Hamlet with David Tennant was good. BBQ was v hectic and hot. First day back at work wasn't bad too! Relatives are just about packed and leave in the morning. It'll seem v quiet without them!

NJ - I agree - I'd rather the hot weather than the cold anyday! Think it's meant to be a little cooler tomorrow though and I won't complain!

Glask - at the age gap between your friend and his wife! That's quite something! Glad your reunion went well. facebook is great that sort of thing! Although I recently had a friend request from an ex and felt it was rude to decline, but now feel a bit weird that he can see all my photos.

Ses - glad Hamlet was good and you've had fun with the rellies.

GYo and other pregnant ladies - hope the cooler weather helps you feel better. At least you'll be biggest in the winter (although I remember doing up coats being a problem!).

Morning all,

Did another test this morning just to make sure everything still OK....telling MIL tonight, think she will be happy. She has one grand child already who is one but he lives in Australia, so she doesn't get to see him often. BIL and SIL are having their second any day now, she is 38 weeks now. Not sure whether it is a boy or girl...

Glask - 23 and 64 seems a big age gap. He must be one mature guy! Glad the meeting went well.

got quite a bit of bleeding this morning so think AF has arrived - FAR TOO EARLY! am on CD19.

Not too annoyed though, although am not buying those flipping FR tests anymore.

oh thats not a good sign BL- what day do you think you OV'd? it could be implantation. what colour blood is it? fresh or old brown?

and as to my friend, the weirdest thing is that he wasn't so mature really... but then he seemed a bit more mature yesterday, but surely thats just general growing up like we've both done in 7 years!! He's put on LOADS of weight... I know i've gone up 2 dress sizes, but he's put it on all over- mine is mainly baby flab and bigger boobs since having the kids.

He said she'd seen us chatting over facebook and gotten really jealous and started checking his email and facebook thinking i wanted to steal him from her!! He said she wouldn't believe we just used to be best of friends and nothing else... so he'd not told her he was coming to see me!! That felt a little odd.... but maybe its because we're the same age and know a lot about each other??

i ov'd on CD 11..the blood is a mixture of bright and old! mainly fresh....i don't think it could be implantation now...

Sorry for AF busy. Onwards and upwards as the saying goes! I always feel down for a couple of days after AF arrives but then you just pick yourself up and start again. Good luck for the next cycle!

just keep thinking about all the GOFing for ttc this cycle!! only another 10 days or so and you'll be at it like rabbits again trying to make a baby!!

I'm now 1dpo (if i count yesterday as OV day- got + opk 2 days ago).... I'm feeling positive this cycle!! only OPK'd twice and got EWCM at the right time...

so anyone else just OV'd or waiting to test now?... any point in a test date list???

popped to drs for dd noticed a rash on her back and front said only a heatrash thankfully as off up to hull for a wk tom so wont be on here for a wk after tom

Glask - I had EWCM Tues/Wed/Thurs so I thought I might have ovulated around then. But yesterday I had a really sharp pain on the right side, low down. It really made me gasp and then it just ached for a short time after. I was wondering whether this could have been ovulation? But my EWCM was last week. Although possibly was still having small amounts of EWCM Friday/Sat. Hmm, any ideas?

I will probably say today is 1dpo, as it is the latest. Didn't GOF last night though

Are you going to hold off till the 11th then GS?? I am going to!! We can hold hands and be strong together and ignore NJ's attempts to weaken us together.... oh and we didn't GOF last night either, but did the night before, DH was on a 12 hr shift yesterday so wasn't up to it at all!!

I wouldn't know about your pain in your side yesterday, I don't think I ever have ovulation pains.

You better hold off lady!! If you don't then i'll weaken!! And I only have 2 tests, and am certain I'm not buying any more this cycle!! so i'll use one on the 11th and save one for if AF still doesn't show!!!

Hey Glask and Gruff - CD30 for me is the 11th so I will join you for a test then too! Had period pain type aches yesterday and think I've had EWCM, but I always find it quite hard to tell. Haven't used the OPKs this time. GOFed the last 2 nights so hopefully have things covered. So can you hold my hands too??

Well they say good things come in 3's!!! hopefully the 11th will be good for us all!!

Right i'm off to get the kids ready, we're going with my sisters for her scan, but waiting in the waiting room for her while she goes in. Then plan to take the kids to stanley park, then go to the shops to get a few supplies in for when my sister house-sits for us while we're away.
