Ovulated on the 4th July, ttc No.3, already imagining nausea etc. The past 2 times it has started within a week of conception!! Please join me as I am rubbish at waiting, already have the pee sticks at the ready

I have bought only one test, so will wait until 18th. Or maybe 17th

am so not going to make it till thursday...2ww is so emotionally draining! might try a sneaky POAS tomorrow morning with FMU.
feeling quite crampy for last few days, mainly in the morning, but remember being VERY crampy with ds1 (which totally freaked me out at the time), also have quite a bit of cm (sorry - TMI!)..is this normal? defo not EWCM tho, much thicker (again - TMI!).

It is our first cycle of ttc. I have been off the pill since end of Feb. Cycles since: 67 days, 27 days, 31 days.

Think I ov'ed either Monday 7th or Wed 9th. Symptoms so far [though could be imaginary] feel hot, itchy nipples, boobs feel heavy, twinges in abdomen, very bloated. Today I have a runny nose too.

ok now I feel crap.. Did a test this morning and negative.

However it has to be said AF is not due for another 5 days, so it would be unlikely to be pos, would it?

Checked cervix and that also doesn't look hopeful, as is low, hard and generally pre menstrual, not going soft or anything)..

oh well. will test again wed.. stay strong everyone, and don't give in and test because it's crap to get a negative but not really be sure because it's too early anyway!

had the urge to test today but then kept chanting to myself 'i will not test, i will not test' over and over again
oh man..so difficult and im starting to feel like my AF is coming soon in a few days time ..no symptoms as far as i know..

Gemzooks 5 days before AF is due is early, so not surprised you got a BFN - plenty of time for a BFP!

Bit of a temp drop from me this morning which firmly squashes any urge to test

same here...i got BFN...not really surprised...far too early!!! why do we do it???

Hi again ladies, not had time to go in recently. I still haven't visit from AF (thanks for the explanations spottyshoes - and congrats! I'm rubbish at all these abv.s)so maybe I am going to get a BFP, or just a late visit. EIther way I'm not going to do any more testing (run out of tests) and not buying any more unless I haven't seen AF by the weekend. Look forward to hearing how the rest of you get on over the next few weeks (wink)

Yarnie, just to let you know I had a drop in temp this am too Am still feeling sick though, I keep telling myself it is just my mind playing tricks. This 2ww is so hard isn't it?

I'm a bit confused by these symptoms that everyone seems to be feeling - are you supposed to be feeling anything less than 10 days after conception?

I don't feel anything, and didn't feel anything when pregnant with DD until late 2nd month or so.

If anyone here feels sick or has sore breasts, they should be able to get a BFP as their hormone levels are obviously quite high.

I don't feel sick (though never did with my DS or last 2 mc's) sore boobs and a bit crampy, though I get like that when AF due. So I am a bit confused too! Some don't get any symptoms. Try and resist the urge to test, save your money and wait a while (I wish I had)

It's not even the money. I will not test for a few days yet because I might get a BFN even if I am pregnant and that is just unnecessary grief.

hearing abt your 'no symptom' pregnancy.. cos' i have none at this moment n hope to be pregnant ..
btw i'll try not to test till 18th cos' i am really waiting for AF to come and challenge her face-to-face if she ever does come

Oh and I have a painful throat and no voice this pm. Is that a symptom?

With DD, I was so not aware of the pregnancy that I was smoking a pack of cigarettes a day and gulping down tasting different wines every day. Not to mention skiing down red slopes for a couple of days around the time I was expecting AF.

I've been pg 3 times now (DS and 2 m/c) and think I had symptoms before the positive test, but then I've had the same in months when haven't been pregnant, and the imaginary symptoms are just as strong! annoying!

Hello, may I join you? I, too, am expecting AF on 17/18. Have been feeling nauseous for 3/4 days but then again both my husband and I feel nauseous today due to horrible fatty Waitrose readymade food yesterday, so perhaps not a sign. Also have had spotting- or maybe implantation bleeding- but I suspect the former, unfortunately. What type of OPK and pregnancy tests do you guys find best please?

I have a nasty throat infection, no voice, and a painful cough I will test tomorrow morning so I can take medicine if not pregnant. It will be 25th day of cycle, so hopefully at least a faint line will show if pregnant.

I will test tomorrow, though AF not due till Fri, but feel very premenstrual and period painy so not holding out much hope..
