I think that is it for me for another month. Slight spotting which means I will probably get CD1 on Thursday which would be a 26 day cycle. I don't know when I ov'd but I had a 26 day cycle a couple of months ago, normally I'm 28/9. I hate it when period is early!

I did too migola - also negative. Had absolutely no symptoms to spot this month, first time ever! So am still convinced it's a no go, but there's an irrational bit of my brain that keeps shouting at me.

I'm at a company conference on Thurs/Fri, so kind of want AF to arrive early & put an end to misery - don't want any added stress!

CDL do you have any other symptoms apart from spotting? Hopefully it's not AF...?
Still not arrived for me but not really due for another 1-2 days but boobs a bit sore and slight stomach cramps so expecting it any minute

Am due in about 6 days. Am getting slight pains in my armpits but I usually get those just before my period anyway.

Nah, about right for me migola - I'm a 23-24 day cycle. So by rights should have started PMT/spotting/pain by now. Maybe been too busy to notice!

Anyway, no sign today... bet it arrives while I'm busy conferencing. How irritating.

BTW - why is it that it's fine for blokes to discuss their intention to have kids, but we can't mention it or our careers get trashed? So fed up with listening to the guys at work going on about when they're going to have kids, safe in the knowledge that if I even mention it can kiss goodbye to any kind of future in the company...

shayera I really hope it's good news for you then... As for the career thing, true in a lot of cases but personally though I wouldn't want to tell anyone that I was 'trying' anyway - it just creates more pressure.

I tested again this afternoon , what is wrong with me?!! It's like chocolate - if it's in the fridge, I have to eat it - if I have a test, I can't help but use it. It was negative, I think... well I thought there may have been an extremely faint line if you looked really really hard but couldn't work out whether it was my imagination, whether it was there anyway even before I peed on it. When I say extremely faint, I mean I wasn't even sure if there was anything there at all....

Have 2 more tests left, am going to try not to use them for another couple of days...

Still feel as though I'm about to come on and officially not due for another couple of days... sigh

It's not even the trying though - it's the way you can't even express a future plan!

Sorry yours was a neg - might be worth holding off for a few days now (I find the old FMU trick is the way to go - that way you only have to make it through one wee a day with willpower ). I'll probably test tomorrow morning - know I shouldn't really, but given the heavy drinking required tomorrow night feel I ought to check!

First Morning Urine migola - with your first wee of the day your hormones will have concentrated overnight so any pregnancy hormones will be more detectable in your first wee.

Most pregnancy tests recommend you use FMU if testing before your period is due. After period is due you can test any time of the day as the hormone builds to higher concentrations as your pregnancy progresses.

Well, woke up with slight pains in my nips. Probably my period coming. Was in such a foul mood last night that my OH asked if my period was due! I think it may be the moon.

Ashamed to say I tested AGAIN this morning, just can't help myself, still think that there is a very very VERY faint line but it takes a while to appear and to be honest it's hardly there at all... probably evaporation line. Anyway if I am pregnant I'm going to try not to get too excited after last time, if it happens it happens, but not taking anything for granted anymore. Still got slight cramps though..

Hi this thread seems like fun.

I am ttc#2 cd7 cycle 10. I am on clomid as no ovulation and the side effects are not nice. I have had acupuncture last week and yesterday and that seems to help with the over heating and she said she worked on ovaries and womb etc.

Also going to follow the sperm meets egg plan that i found on the internet.

When I say nips it was more of a dull ache in my boobs. Who knows. Not holding out much hope. Cycle is about 26/27 days now but only thanks to agnus Castus.

Well ladies, I have to come back and join here as unfortnately the BFP I got straight after 2nd m/c turned out to be a chemical pg, so that's 3 pg's in 9 mths. Finding it a bit tough and have decided not to TTC for the next 2 months until we have seen the consultant. Thought I would pop in and see what you lovely girls have been up to.

Have just spent the last hour getting stressed and annoyed and irritated.

I think my period must be coming. So I assume once again that my body is going to throw into my face the fact that I am a barren old cow and true to form it's going to do it at a time when I really could be doing without the reminder. Today I am mostly hating other people and their perfect lives and perfect biology. This is not going to be the best week of my life

Thanks Mollie. I shouldn't moan. I just get to a point every month where I think what's the point, I'm too old, I'm too stressed, I am basically never going to have a child so I may as well just stop. There's other stuff going on too like the march of other people's lives and the need for me to be in them which just makes me feel all bitter and horrible. I don't know how to handle it.

They always say that a credit crunch is accompanied by a baby boom...not on here though, eh? Personally I'm looking forward to those threatened power cuts and all that no TV and sharing of body heat, etc
