Blackrock - sorry meant BFN!! Ha ha was getting carried away with myself,
Beanie - wasnt stressed (dont think) at time of ov as was on holiday this time so thought it would do the world of good. Although this month we didnt use ov sticks just wanted to chill out about it and have fun. Did test when got home and line slowly disaperred presumed that we had cracked it. Have had slight twinges today and again a BFN this morning with first pee. Am sure AF will turn up at some point. Does anyone have any tips?

No tips I'm afraid zen, maybe wait another couple of days before doing another test. Fingers crossed the BFP is just a bit late showing up x
I don't think this is my month, just don't feel pregnant. Had nausea the other day but haven't had it since, no lightheadedness, no sore boobs. Bummer.

I have just ovulated apparently, though the lack of EWCM makes me dis-believe it so I think I will keep shagging furiously for a few more days!

yes have another week or so to go but am 95% sure I'm not pregnant
am really cutting down on caffeine this month to see if that helps (might have to buy some decaffeinated teabags though as I'm craving a cuppa already, nettle tea just isn't the same!)

Evening everyone, well AF has finally arrived last night with avengance!! Didn't feel any different but dont know what to expect anyway. Oh well not my month, but sending lots of luck to the rest of you x Will get back on it this month and start testing ov daily. Hopefully this is our month i really do hope so. Oh, a question DH was wondering if he could have fertility tested even though only been trying 6 months. xx

zen1980 - I think he can go and ask his doctor and he could always stretchthe truthand say he's been trying longer. Though even if his results come back good it doesn't mean the problem is you, six months isn't that long and you could fall any time soon.

No sex last night as OH has a stinking cold and was knackerd. Had a high on my monitor yesterday, then down to a low today. We had sex on both peak days and the few days before. Hope it's enough - though a july baby would mean my wedding could be a bit precarious, not to mention Glastonbury Festival

Migola, those are realy good PG signs how long til AF arrives.

I have 5 days i think but feel like have Af pains today so perhaps OV earlier then i thought which would be typical realy. Kepp going from thinking has worked to knowing it hasnt. I know am going to cry lots when Af comes which i'm sure it will. perhaps just not meant to have more children.
Wish AF would just come now as doing own head in abit i hope i can chill about for the next 5 months not sure can do this every month for 5 months. i'll be in a straight jacket by then he he.

I know ray but I've had it before and not been PG (which sometimes make me paranoid that there's something else wrong with me!), have also had it before and been PG but turned out to be a chemical pregnancy. Anyway, about 8 more days til AF so a while to go yet.

Have just posted the following on another TTC thread, thought I would share as some of you may want to give it a go: (a bit long sorry)

An obstetrician called Dr Gowri Motha was my guru when I was pregnant with DD, she has written a book called The Gentle Birth Method, and it involves diet, self hypnosis, reflexology & other stuff that is meant to ensure you have an enjoyable pregnancy and 'easy'(!) birth. Anyway, there is a small section in the sequel book (The Gentle First Year) on preparing for a second baby, some of the stuff is obvious btw (I'll try and summarise where I can):-

"- 5mg of folic acid every day - Biocare or Solgar are the best

• Eat more dark-green leafy veg e.g. broccoli, green cabbage, swiss chard & spinach leaves. If possible, juice them
• Take steam baths in the first half of cycle, before ovulation, to help sweat out heavy metals and cholesterol. Avoid steam baths after you think you have ovulated in case you are pregnant.
• One of the reasons I mention heavy metals is that many of us have been given amalgam fillings by dentists. There is good evidence to suggest that too many mercury ions or other heavy metals in the circulation can suppress ovulation and cause toxic conditions within the lining of the womb, preventing implantation. In my work...I have had many mothers fall pregnant almost immediately after they finished replacing their amalgam fillings.

-See reflexologist & ask them to concentrate on detoxifying and clearing your pelvic lymphatics & stimulating our ovarian reflexes as well as your hypothalamus. As a general rule avoid reflexology in the last week of your cycler.

• Get plenty of good fats or omega oils in your diet - sunflower or pumpkin seeds, oily fish.
• Take 500mg of vitamin C daily.
• Make sleep a priority.
• Bring down your exercise routine - cut out contact sports & high-impact activities, carry on cycling, rowing(!) and walking."

Hi Migola, You never know it may be this time round theres nothing that should stop it from happening pretty much like the rest of us.

Ive decided that if AF arrives back this onth am going to do OPKs next month and be more positve, just keep thinking it will happen. You never know may help.

Thats a good sign i think.

I am VV Tired have sore bbs and lots of CM. Keep getting Funny pains almost like AF pains but not quite. Am so hoping it has worked i realy am. And i hope it has worked for you too, keep us posted.
7 days to go !!! 5 for me i think!!! or could be any day my body is ALL over the place.

Have just been out and bought 4 tests (on special offer!), somebody please stop me from testing now. I am sure it's not my month either so even more reason not to test today, it's bound to be negative

Hope I have updated this correctly - just added 2 days on.

Don't think I am pregnant but have had some weird symptoms. Two days of waking up feeling really horny post ovulation and feeling a bit heavy in my abdomen. Would be great if I was but am only 5DPO!

I am such an idiot, I couldn't resist and tested this morning - negative of course. Feel like AF is on its way. Am going to get hold of some preseed this month I think
