Have updated the list and decided to graduate myself. Have graduated Fruity and DaisyJ too as I know they both had their BFPs. Hope this is ok. Will be sticking around for a while yet waiting for some more BFPs...esp from you Ei.. I'm sorry about the BFN but I'm sure it will be lucky number 10 for you (as it was with your DD).
Jaamy Lots of luck to you on the 2WW (or longer). Would love to see you get your BFP too.

Hope af hasn't found you Ei. We've been following each other around these ttc threads for ages now, it's time to graduate ourselves
cd33 for me today, still nothing happening. Have been feeling little twinges all week & still have sore (.) but I'm still none the wiser if af is on it's way or if I just tested too early.
Want to try and wait until Tues, when I'll be cd35 and 7 days late, to test again. That's of course assuming that this cycle is 28days like my last 2 were
Bit of a cool start to Sunday here this morning, but blue skies and sunshine at least, which means I should do some more gardening, maybe ........

Have posted this elsewhere too, as am desperate for some reassurance. Didn't sleep very well last night, as in a bit of a panic. My main symptom (this time and last) has been really sore boobs. In the last couple of days this has all but faded. I know that's not a good sign, but has anyone else had the same thing and still gone on to be fine? Is there any reason other than the worst one for symptoms to fade so early on in pg?

daisy you are only very early in your pregnancy are you not? it is fairly common for symptoms to come and go in early preg. please dont panic too much about this as chances are they will be back with a vengeance by tomorrow morning i hope you manage to feel ok and not too anxious as you know it is not good for you or you little bean {{{{{{{{hugs}}}}}}}

I agree with Ei, so many changes go on in the first trimester, it's hard to keep with all the changes your body can go through. Some people notice lots of changes, some don't notice anything is different
If you're still really concerned, try and get in to see your gp this week, to give you some peace of mind.

Thanks, scully and ei. I've managed to distract myself for the last couple of hours, and feeling a bit better. I'm just going to try to stay busy today - I think I did too much lying around thinking yesterday .

Hang in there Daisy, know what you mean about thinking too much. My last 2 cycles have been 28days, for this cycle today is cd33, no sign of af, various vague symptons and but a bfn yesterday So distration has been top of my list the last few days as well

Scully and Ei I'm still waiting for news from both of you. I'm really hoping this long wait gets you both the result you want.
Daisyj Try not to worry too much (easier said than done). I'm sure you'll wake up feeling dreadful over the next few days .

OH's sperm test came back as satisfactory.

So do I take that to mean there are no problems? In which case I guess I should go back to my doctor and ask for more invasive tests?

Beanie I'm not sure how you interpret sperm results...maybe send your DP back to the GP for a chat? How long have you been trying for? I'd suggest trying temping again to be sure that you are ovulating when you think you are. We did 3 things differently this month - DP started taking zinc, we used pre-seed (not sure how helpful it is) and we BDed on the day of ovulation..don't know if it was one of these things that helped or whether it was just good luck.

Hey ladies. Thanks for all your support. I've now done the sensible thing and booked an early scan for next week. Hopefully at 8+4 (Wednesday 20th) there'll be plenty to see, and I'll feel the bean is more real and stop fretting. Wish me luck. I'll stay off here for a few days so I don't keep obssessing, but I'll be back to let you know how it went.

Boobs a bit more sore today, and still feeling queasy

scully - grrr for AF holding off. It's so frustrating isn't it? Hope you have a BFP or AF soon, so you know where you are.

oh and beanie - maybe just give it another couple of months... you never know, just the reassurance that DH's sperm is OK might be all it takes to have a bit more faith. As you know, it took us 10 months the first time and only one the second. May be good to try a few different things, as Sparkly suggests. The difference for us was that I was taking Zita West super vitamins and having acupuncture (can't remember if you are... but might be worth a try if not - it's great for fertility and regulating your hormones, etc.)

Sparkly08 - thanks Sparkly. I am assuming that 'satisfactory' means all in working order. I guess I am just worried that the focus is now back on me. I had a 21 day test last month and I am ovulating, I get EWCM and my fertility monitor says I am getting the right surges plus a scan a couple of months ago showed an egg was all set to go, which had already been confirmed by my monitor.

We've been trying since last October (that's when I came off the mini-pill) and nothing

I am going to see if my OH will start taking zinc everyday and I have already invested in some pre-seed. Also OH has started dieting and excercising so maybe we will see some results.

Good luck with the scan Daisy - I am sure it will be ok. I have just bought the zita west book so maybe I will get lucky in the next few months. I am 38 now though so I can't help worrying that it's all to do with me!

Had the first "so when are you going to start a family then" question since started TTC today - made me a bit . Plus am unsure how you answer it - any hints/tips?
