Hi everyone! Just starting up a thread for those of us who will be TTC/in our 2 week wait coming into November. Hope everyone is doing well!

I did a digital today (11 days PO which is when I tested with my first) and got another negative so I'm also out for this month- although I suppose technically its out for last month as thats when I ovulated? Either way I'm out. I know it sounds silly because its my first month and, sorry if this sounds like I'm bragging I promise I'm not trying to, I got pregnant with my first on our first try so I sort of assumed in the back of mind it would be the same again

I think I’m past ovulation this month now, I’m not using LH strips as I have pcos and they aren’t as accurate. I don’t have a bbt but I will get one for next month. Going solely off cervical mucus I think I am either 1 or 2DPO so officially in the TWW! I have two busy weekends now and then I’ll test on 17th which will make me either 11 or 12DPO. I have sensitive tests so how likely is it they would be negative at 11DPO if I was actually pregnant?

Is anyone seeing the line? Came up immediately and hasn’t faded. Not sure if an indent? I’ve got PCOS so no idea where I’m at in my cycle I’m cycle day 36.

Finally!!!!!! Due to have a fairly short phase between ovulation and the end of my cycle. Any tips on improving this?

So my HCG has dropped from 97 to 52, but that's not as much as they'd have liked so I need to come back for another blood test on Friday to check it's below 15. Progesterone super low at 4. So I think it pretty much means I had a miscarriage but they said they still can't rule out an ectopic so still need to be on the look out for signs. But no intervention needed now. We're going to wait for next cycle to start trying again but good luck to everyone on this thread!

Hey! Ovulation is the day after a static smiley, so days post ovulation is the day after that! Good luck!! Im on ovulation day today!

Hi all, I'm on my 4th cycle TTC our first. Had a chemical pregnancy in our first cycle, and since then absolutely nothing, all BFN! Have recently been diagnosed with PCOS, and started LH testing for this cycle as I'm not sure I'm ovulating every cycle, awaiting referral for this. Currently CD13, from my previous cycles based on other signs I tend to ovulate (if I do actually ovulate) around CD16 I think.

So far my LH strips have been very low, I've been using the premom app but find that even when I think the test line looks darker than before (still lighter than control line) it still reads really low so I've been doing the manual colour rather than the auto if that makes sense? For example, they were all 'auto' reading between 0.08-0.12, whereas when I use my own judgement where you drag the colours I'm getting between 0.3 to 0.48. Not sure what everyone else's experience has been with the automatic readings but I don't trust them! So far no sign of peak although I do feel ovulation (if it happens) is soon as having some changes in CM to suggest it's on its way. Due to my work patterns I reckon I'll only be able to do LH tests either FMU or later in the evening at 7/8pm which isn't ideal so I do think I'm at risk of missing a peak if I even get one. Wishing all the baby dust to everyone! I'm sure I'll update once I get my peak (if I do) and then entering my TWW.

Put it off for long enough but had to test today. In a bit of shock that it’s positive.

Had an ectopic previously so keeping my fingers crossed the next few weeks go smoothly but can’t believe it.

Would recommend the Clear Blue smiley faces for tracking ovulation as I couldn’t work out what I was doing with the strips prior to this.

@TTCjourney2025thank you! So I’ll be 9DPO today. I’ve been testing solid negatives on E@H test strips, but I’ve only had a positive at 12DPO both times previously (one was my 3 year old and one ended in a MMC). I’ve got some FRER to use tomorrow and Tuesday so fingers crossed. Still convincing myself I’ve got symptoms, but then my rational brain tells me I’m being silly and there’s a perfectly reasonable explanation for them 😅

Thank you! I’m 14DPO. I have wondered whether it should be a dye stealer by now but I am trying to be more chill this time round so pushing those thoughts to the back of my mind!

9DPO is still early so there’s still time. Fingers crossed for you!

Does anyone else get ovulation pains & if you do and you track, is this usually the day before/day of/day after ovulation? I get very distinctly obvious pains at around the same time every month, I’m trying to work out how many DPO I am. I’ve assumed I got the pains on the day of, and that I’m 9dpo but as I tested negative I’m hoping I’m actually 8dpo

I have only had pains once so far but that was my cycle where I did conceive (ended in chemical). I’ve always put that down to ovulation pain on the day of ovulation as that tracked with everything else, but it was literally a pinching pain that started that night and disappeared in the morning.

I’m trying to figure this out too, I get ovulation pains but I’ve never tracked exact days! I’m thinking the ovulation pains come just before or during.

I tend to get pains the day before according to my app!

How do people find FRER? I took one this morning after some faint lines last night at 9DPO but the line is barely visible, I thought it would probably show up darker than the others? I’m concerned this might turn into another chemical this month which is so devastating :(

@LaurLou22 not necessarily frer, but all tests in general, I’ve found I get fainter lines with fmu. My afternoon pee seems to give me a much better line, hopefully it’s the same for you 🤞🏻
