Hi everyone! Just starting up a thread for those of us who will be TTC/in our 2 week wait coming into November. Hope everyone is doing well!

No, I've been trying for a few years now but we found some issues with hormones at the start of the year that are hopefully fixed and I was able to conceive earlier this year though lost the baby at around 6/7 weeks. So trying to be positive!

My lh didn't actually peak though, I had two higher days but all marked as "low" on premom so I think if I did ovulate it was on the second higher day (21st) though for my usual app tracking it says it was the 23rd.

I'll just start with the early detection ones every second day from the 1st until AF arrives I think.

Hi everyone. CD1 is due November 1st, but I think AF might come a couple of days early this month.

was weirdly so sure that October would be my month, but alas, it was not 😢

just waiting for AF to arrive now, hoping I can regain some hope and move forward with November ❤️

@summertime94 I think I am due roughly the 11th. I am not too sure how early you can test in all honesty so interesting to hear stories where people test early and get that positive result.
For me its my first cycle coming off the Pill. I have definitely ovulated over 25th/26th so hoping we are lucky first try 😅🤞 I know thats probably over hopeful! I did have my daughter 10 months ago so I was advised you can be super fertile the year after you birth 🤔 so I think I am just going off that I my hopeful mind.

Unfortunately no, the line got a lot lighter/negative on the tests and then I started bleeding heavily so definitely not. I feel OK, it was only our first time trying and we're very lucky to already have a little girl. I'm really sorry about your loss, fingers crossed this is the cycle for you!

I have no idea what is happening this cycle !! Ewcm very stretchy and abundant on cd13 which is already way to early for me usually it’s about cd 18-20 and since cd 13 I’ve had nothing ! Bone dry so to speak 😂 which is also VERY uncommon for me personally. The fact I seem to be having a very unusual cycle this month is not filling me with much hope of a bfp this cycle, currently on CD 16 🤷🏼‍♀️. Very confused over here!! Hope everyone’s cycles are coming along as they should and hopefully we will get a few BFP’s in November !!

Currently on cycle day 22 and am 2 days PO so I don't think this month will be our month but you never know.

I’m also cd16 and have had similar. First it told me I ovulated on cd10 which I knew wasn’t right but it seems to have corrected itself now. Ewan started then stopped and has now started again and I finally got what I think is that start of an lh surge this morning so hopefully I’m on track for tonight or tomorrow morning 🤞🏻

Fingers crossed for you ! @apples2022 I’m not currently temping as I find it drives me insane and I get rather fixated on it 🫣 I’m just going to assume it wasn’t true ovulation and see what happens around CD 18-20. BD at least every other day and hope for the best ! How long are your cycles usually ? I’m usually 32 days ☺️

Hi everyone, I’m joining one of these threads for the first time ever!! I swear I’ve read hundreds over the years when I’ve had a late period but we weren’t trying (turns out I have PCOS and irregular cycles).
It’s cycle 1 of TTC for baby number 1 for me, I’m trying not to get my hopes up because Pcos does make ttc that bit more difficult but I am currently taking some Pcos friendly supplements and I am on metformin (privately purchased through pharmacy) so I’m hoping that does the trick within the year. I’m on CD 8 (usually 29 days but my cycle before this was 43 days).

I’m not tracking ovulation using LH strips or a thermometer just yet, however I am paying a stupid amount of attention to my cervical mucus (something I never thought I would say).

Does anyone have any tips for someone TTCing for the first time? Thank you all and hope to see some positives from everyone over the course of the month!

I’m usually 32 ish days too. I’m pretty sure my LH peaked this morning, I’ll test again tonight and see what it says. It just all seems to be dragging!

its my first cycle TTC no 2 as well, im thinking of testing on the 12th but we'll see if i can last that long. With my first I think I tested after 10 days

I second the dragging ! The TWW is just around the corner and that’s even worse ! The waiting to know if it’s a positive or a negative cycle kills me 😅 I had a second batch of ewcm today (CD 17) which is more in line with my normal cycles so I’m hoping this one’s the start of my ovulation ☺️ fingers crossed for your peak !! 🤞🏻

I have pcos too! One thing I will say is LH strips aren’t accurate for me at all due to pcos causing false LH rises. I find temping more accurate for me personally. I take 500mg of metformin a day and that seems to level out my cycles to 32 days give or take. I will have the odd very long period if I’m not looking after myself well in terms of eating, exercising , managing stress and sleeping well.

Luckily I was blessed with 2 children so don’t give up hope ! Yes pcos can make tracking things a bit more unpredictable but there is definitely hope of conceiving 😊. Good luck for your first cycle sending lots of baby dust to you !

Joining the thread as I am 2DPO - AF due on 13th November. This is cycle 3 for me. I think I will test on 10DPO as i have bought a stupid amount of pregnancy tests so I am happy to use them lol.

@thismonthsfad we’re cycle buddies! Also 2dpo and due on the 13th. I don’t have any tests in the house but reckon I’ll have sneaked one in before the end of next week 🫣

ooh exciting!! How long is your cycle usually? Mine is 25-26 days. Haha last cycle I told myself I wouldn't test until the day AF is due but I ended up testing around 9-10DPO lol.. I shouldn't have bought so many tests!!

@thismonthsfad I’m typically anywhere between 28-33 days, but the last few cycles have been 30-32. I do exactly the same 🤣

I couldn't wait any longer and decided to test tonight. Im due AF on Monday, and I think Im 10 days dpo. I got what I think is a really faint line. Can anyone else see it?
I did a digital which was negative so Im not sure if Im deluding myself here?

Thank you for checking, I read it at 5 mins so I don't think its an evap, but the negative digital doesn't fill me with confidence. I'll try tomorrows and hope thats a little stronger

Can you do a pink dye test instead? Some digital tests are less sensitive and it’s late in the evening.

@Littlegreenpebbles I can see it but it looks quite thin. I had a similar issue with Clearblue a couple of months ago where a thin blue line was appearing within the time frame but AF arrived for me in the end. Not sure if it was a chemical or a faulty batch. Fingers crossed you get a clearer result tomorrow/over the next couple of days 🤞🏻
