TWW 1dpo anyone want to join?

Hi,

Anyone currently in the TWW? I could do with some company for the next couple weeks!

I am currently 1dpo. The last 3 months I have had chemicals and it has devastated not just me but my DH too. it was his birthday last month and i knew when i did the CB digital on his birthday and it said "not pregnant" that it wouldnt end well, despite getting a positive with the same urine the same morning and all the other positives i had on my boots tests, it hadn't gotten darker from the 2 days before. I was due that sunday/Monday and AF came tuesday. This is the last month we are trying on our own before we get help. I'm hoping my body just rejected a few bad eggs/sperm and this will be our month!

All TWW stories welcome, symptom spotting, over analysis, all the crazy weird things we only notice in the TWW!

@Nelly1023 I see a very very faint line! Did it come up within the time? How many dpo are you now? Tentatively very excited for you ☺️

@Lalalala77 today/tomorrow. Usually I'd have more symptoms for AF by now except the cramps but 🤷‍♀️ who knows! How are you? Have you tested anymore?

Yeah, I’m obsessed with testing 😂 all negative though so just preparing myself for my period to start on wed/thurs now.

How about you? Still testing or waiting to see now?

@CookieCrumbleCrumbsI checked after 3 mins and dismissed it as negative, but as I was walking to put it in the bin I noticed the vv faint line. Trying not to get my hopes up but I’m already panicking (why does this happen when it’s what I want?? 😅)

@Lalalala77 usually I am too, I've only done 2 this month so I've been restraining myself massively! I swear it's an addiction though, once you start it's impossible to stop! I'm waiting for AF this week, if she doesn't show, Friday/Saturday I'll test again, just incase I did ovulate later than I thought. 🤞 you get a bfp though, you still have a few days till AF.

@Nelly1023 I would definately test again tomorrow morning! I've got a feeling it will be more obvious! Don't panic, it's going to be just fine!

After saying I don’t think I’ve got much chance this month and won’t test until 12dpo I caved and tested this morning at 11dpo. BFN which didn’t surprise me. I’ve been really crampy today but also had an upset stomach (sorry TMI) so unsurprising.

AF due tomorrow but after last months ridiculous 40 day cycle who knows!

This mornings test 😳 I definitely see it this time!

I'm almost certain I'm out, and I've come to terms with it but AF isn't here yet, usually she would be thismorning. I think the coq10 has messed me up a bit this cycle 😔

@Nelly1023 congratulations! So exciting and so lovely to see someone get a positive! How are you feeling?

You’re not helping with my delusions that it could still happen for me though 😂 11dpo and nothing - had an evap line and got my hopes up but it faded to nothing when dry. I’m using super sensitive strips too so need to get my sensible head on and start planning for next month.

@CookieCrumbleCrumbsthis will be my 3rd! Hence the panic I think - already been googling what car we need to get and looking at houses 😅
I hope you’re okay and I’ll still keep fingers crossed, you never know!

@Lalalala77thank you! I’m nervous, I haven’t told my partner yet, he’s a massive worrier so I’m leaving it until I start seeing darker lines on the test..

@Nelly1023 no need to be sorry! I am OK with a bfn cycle this time after 3 chemicals - i would rather see a bfn than a bfp fade away. But I am so happy you got a bfp, AF still isn't here for me so there is always a random chance!

Are you testing again tomorrow? I wanna see your progress line! 😊

@CookieCrumbleCrumbsthat is definitely better than a chemical and maybe it’s the break your body needs to be ready for next month!

I tested again today at lunch because I’m a weirdo and the line was so obviously there I panicked and threw it away - what is wrong with me?? Will test again in the morning no doubt and send a picture!

@Nelly1023 exactly my thought process! In saying that though I've had ovulation pains from both ovaries since about half 3 today...😵‍💫 wtf? Either my AF is going to be absolute hell or I'm about to shoot out all my eggs in one hit - its pretty bad!

Oh my goodness that made me LOL! We are all here for you for your morning test, which no doubt will be very positive! Don't throw it away, we want to see! Have you been trying for long for baby number 3?

@CookieCrumbleCrumbsI hope the pain isn’t too bad and you have some pain relief to take.

I’ve had cramps all day. I’m 12dpo and usually my luteal phase is 10/11 days. I’ve now got the lightest pink spotting when I wipe. I wouldn’t even notice it if I wasn’t checking. Hopefully this is the start of AF and I can concentrate on the next cycle

Thanks @Fullofconfusion I have pain relief, hot water bottle, chocolate and snacks to hopefully get me through! It's worse than my usual ovulation pains and it's now mostly my right ovary (I have very very rarely ovulated from the right side, always the left)

Have you taken any more tests since yesterday? Do you usually spot before AF?

I haven’t tested again. Pretty sure I’m out as have had a few days of cramping and now this spotting.

I don’t really spot much before my period although occasionally I’ll have a day of very light spotting before my period starts in full flow.

Glad you’ve got the supplies!
I think I’ll order a takeaway to cheer myself up

I’ll definitely post it tomorrow! We’ve been “not not trying” for about a year! But the last 4/5 months we’ve been trying a bit harder lol but not tracking apart from my clue app. With my second I went crazy tracking and I just wanted to chill out this time. The only worry I have now is because we were very much “let’s see what happens”, I’m not 100% sure how my partner is going to react. He’s been finding the two we have quite stressful 😅

@Nelly1023 the pains gone a bit but still there, and still no AF 🤦‍♀️ oh, he is going to be in for a shock when you show him how successful "let's see what happens" has been! It was meant to be!
