All this talk of EWCM is making me very . CD 14 and none as yet, been checking constantly. Cycle was 27 days last month, so should have some around now......drank yucky grapefruit juice too.

Good luck for the chat GJ - hope you get the result you want and can rise from the bottom of the list...it is a bit lonely down there anyway.

I love the 2 names we gave dd. But names that I like for any further child are:

Megan or Abigale.

kayzisexpecting · 06/06/2008 17:36

Argh!!

I got DS some fish finger type things for his dinner. I cooked them and they look(and taste) really yummy but he doesn't seem to like them.

I don't know if it is because they are cold because my friend turned up just as they were ready and we got talking.

I like them but DS doesn't seem to sure. He seems more interested in stabbing them with his fork.

Moosma · 06/06/2008 17:37

I like them both LL

lardylumps · 06/06/2008 17:38

So do I..... Might have to bump dp off if he vito's them

kayzisexpecting · 06/06/2008 17:40

They are really nice names LL

lardylumps · 06/06/2008 17:42

Why thank you Kay..... Just need my BFP now and we are away..... If I have a boy then we are naming him after dp uncle and my grandad so that is sorted....

kayzisexpecting · 06/06/2008 17:46

The only name I know for certain is that if I have a girl her middle name will be Jean as its a family tradition.

Have no idea at all if I have a boy what we will call him.

lardylumps · 06/06/2008 17:47

My mum made a quiche last week and dd loved it cleared her plate in fact. I took the recipe from my mum and made it today for dinner........ DD won?t touch it......... errrrrrrrrrrrrrr (I can just see my mums smug face now )

NatalieJaneIsPregnant · 06/06/2008 17:47

Lovely names LL

I have a deal with DH, he is absolutely useless at deciding what names he likes, he's very sure which ones he doesn't like (that will be every name I have ever suggested throughout all of my pregnancies!), we get to the final week and he will eventually decide, but this time, I have told him if it's a boy, he will be Seth (DH really dosen't like it) but I've told him, I am not following him around with a names book, if he can't think of anything he does like, AFAIC he will be Seth, saves me all the trouble of trying to find a name to suit, and leaves the onus on him to do the leg work for once!

If it is a girl (unlikely) then she will be Maia.... he likes that one...!

lardylumps · 06/06/2008 17:48

moosma what about you any names that you like but have not yet used

lardylumps · 06/06/2008 17:50

Oh thats a lovely name NJ but we have a Mia in our family already.

lastboxoftampons · 06/06/2008 17:50

We've had a boys named picked out forever! It's getting to the point where I may be tired of hearing it already It's Tristan James

For a girl, we both like Francesca - which would be after my dad. I just don't like the name Frank for a boy, but I think Frankie for a girl is cute.

I love Maia, Nat! As well as Layla (someone else mentioned) but our surname stars with Ly and it sucks!

tinkis30 · 06/06/2008 17:50

lovely names nat luv seth

NatalieJaneIsPregnant · 06/06/2008 17:50

I love Maia, it is what DS2 would have been if he was a girl! And it goes well with the boys names

kayzisexpecting · 06/06/2008 17:52

I love Mia, there are just too many names to choose from.

NatalieJaneIsPregnant · 06/06/2008 17:53

LL, our great niece (is that right? Our niece's daughter... ) is called Mia, but we very rarely see her, and the pronounciation is actually quite different.

And yes I love Seth, DH says it's an old man's name.... tuff!!!

kayzisexpecting · 06/06/2008 17:53

Someone said we should call this one Richard if it is a boy. Anyone who looked at my e-mail address or is on my face book will know it is the most stupid name we could give a son.

lardylumps · 06/06/2008 17:53

A friend of mine has twin girls one is Mia and the other is Isabella, they are so cute.

lardylumps · 06/06/2008 17:55

Kayz I dont have access to facebook so what is your email address again

NatalieJaneIsPregnant · 06/06/2008 17:55

LOL Kay, we have similar-ish problem, our surname begins with an 'O', so most names are out just because of the initials (BO anyone? What about FO? LOL)

I really love Bradley, but just couldn't do it to him!

kayzisexpecting · 06/06/2008 17:58

Speaking of twins. My friend had her identical twin boys Tuesday Morning.

Thomas Jacob was 6lb 3oz
and
Samuel Ross was 6lb 1oz

She said that Jacob was the hardest name to pick as she wanted George but her DH wanted Jacob but she gave in because she picked the Samuel's middle name.

kayzisexpecting · 06/06/2008 17:58

[email protected]

So he would be Richard Richardson.

I don't think so somehow.

NatalieJaneIsPregnant · 06/06/2008 18:01

Cor, they were good weights for twins Lovely names as well

I went to school with someone whose sister was called Kelly Kelly, why???? Of all the names in the world?

kayzisexpecting · 06/06/2008 18:03

I cant really use 3 of those names!

My brother is Samuel Thomas and DH is Ross so they are no good for me.

I'm slightly tempted by George. But maybe thats because I wanted to be called George when I was younger. I probably read to many Famous Five books.
