I get most of them LL. I dont get my last break as I am on my own from 2 til 5. I finish at 5 and the person in on the night starts at 5 so I miss a break.

Its so annoying.

TMI.............
I have just been to the toilet to check AF and she's gone! Never really got going properly although it was red this morning and a bit yesterday evening. Had a feel and cervix is still very high, I would expect it to be lower with AF. Just when I thought I had it all figured out.........
TMI over

I can't wait to start buying maternity clothes, I didn't have much new last time and I didn't buy a lot first time, mostly just wore DH's T-shirts and a sarong when I was at home as it was so hot.

tinkis30 · 05/06/2008 18:20

kayzisexpecting · 05/06/2008 18:21

I'm loving looking at maternity clothes. The website I got my skirt from is normally far too expensive but I got that skirt for £14 reduced from £62.

I got my 20 week scan date today. 30th July!! I wish I hadn't got it yet as its still so far away!!

lardylumps · 05/06/2008 18:23

moos It sounds like implantation..... I think you have to give it 48 hours and then you can test.....

Oh I have everything crossed for you

kayzisexpecting · 05/06/2008 18:27

Everything crossed here too Moos!!

Moosma · 05/06/2008 18:30

Oh don't say that, now I'll get my hopes up again! Why can't these things ever be simple

lardylumps · 05/06/2008 18:39

Tink had it at the same time that you are having it Moosma..... If there is nothing there now then it can not be AF....

Moosma · 05/06/2008 18:50

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek! Ok, I shall test on..... when shall I test? 48 hours from now or from when it started?

kayzisexpecting · 05/06/2008 18:53

Test Saturday morning.

At 5 so I can see the result before I go down south for the day!

No I'd test Saturday morning but not that early, have a lie in and think of me getting up early.

lardylumps · 05/06/2008 18:55

yes if it implanted yest and the bleeding stoped today i would say sat... Oh moosma

glaskham · 05/06/2008 18:59

oh moos.... things sounding on the up then!!!

I've just listed my car on ebay bit gutted to see it go, we always wanted a BMW and now we're gettign rid of it!! though if it means i get to have dc3!!

kayzisexpecting · 05/06/2008 19:03

I'd buy it Glaskham. Always wanted a BMW but I cant drive and neither can DH so it would just rust!!

I've decided to sell my laptop. We have a perfectly good computer and I only ever use the laptop on the sofa so only about 2 metres from the computer. Someone DH works with is interested and will give us the £300 we want for it which will practically pay for the Phil and Teds and then the money from selling the pram can go towards other baby stuff. Also we get a £500 grant because of DH being disabled, god only knows what we'll get with that except a new car seat for the new baby.

kookykid · 05/06/2008 19:04

Awight?!
Happy, really hope your DD is feeling better. poor thing. And poor you having to clear out the car.
Oh, fingers crossed for you Moos! Sounds good!
Ok, so I have had period-type cramping for the last 2-3 days and am 8dpo. Boobs slightly tender and am completely cream-crackered. When can I test??

kayzisexpecting · 05/06/2008 19:14

I need your expert help on deciding a colour for the pushchair

Apple
Navy
OR
Orange

glaskham · 05/06/2008 19:15

Apple!!!

glaskham · 05/06/2008 19:17

and i'm at you getting the £500 grant, my sister will get it too, but i've never been elegable (sp?) for it!! even when we were on a low income!!

kayzisexpecting · 05/06/2008 19:18

Apple is my fave too I think.

I didn't think we got it until the MW said we could get it when we were expecting DS.

glaskham · 05/06/2008 19:22

yeah its much nicer... the pram that is!!

We were on abotu 12k joint income when we had ds, we've never applied for any sort of benefit or whatever and yet apparently we weren't elegable because we didn't claim it!!

Moosma · 05/06/2008 19:23

Kayz, have you seen the apple one in RL? It's a lot brighter than in that picture, I saw one the other day and it's a bit ! I'd go for the navy one, I think it would resell better. But then I am dull and have a red one

glaskham · 05/06/2008 19:24

here's my car

anyone wanna give me feedback....?? anything sound too corny??

kayzisexpecting · 05/06/2008 19:26

I read about the grant in a pg mag and it said the mother had to be claiming one of the elegable benefits so we wouldn't get but the MW said its the mother or father so we were so happy!

Moos, I have only seen the red or black one. I so kinda like the red but everyone I know who has one has it in red. I hate being the same as everyone else.

glaskham · 05/06/2008 19:40

i normally hate being the same as everyone else too... i like it in apple... go and look at one in mothercare or somethgin and see if you still like it.

kayzisexpecting · 05/06/2008 19:42

They only have the red one at our mothercare. You need to order it in the shop if you want another colour.

Useless shop.

Moosma · 05/06/2008 19:46

This one is a bit nearer the RL colour, if you turn the brightness up on your screen as far as it will go!
