Phoebe is just so cute! I love the one of her all squashed up asleep and the one of her on her back asleep - our cat sleeps like that too. Not sure he'd be too keen if we got him another kitten though He's going to have enough to cope with when the baby arrives
My 3D scan is in 3 weeks' time, which is when we'll find out the flavour. Our PCT won't tell you at the 20-week scan so we don't know yet.

We have 2 cats too. Milly who is a tailess and a tortoise shell and Marlowe who is black and white and very cheeky. Maybe cats = babies. I'd love a kitten but DP says NO MORE!!!

I've already been using it as an excuse. DP asked me to go to the shop to do the lottery. I said "I can't, I'm with child" I was joking but I still didn't go!

I really thought sparkly was ill when she said she had to calm down the other day. Now I understand the reason why, I know she is normal again. I have cried a few times this last few days, firstly on friday when I was told that my nephew and his wife couldn't come to our party because she had lost her baby at 8 weeks pregnant,secondly because I found the stress of a double party alittle too much (mainly because I had to clean the house! mum was coming!) But tonight is the best cry of all!!! It's bloody weird, I don't even know you fruity, but you made me winge. This winge is the best, don't you dare take this happiness away from me, or I will be down south like a shot to sort you out lady! Don't drink,smoke,exercise,eat badly,move too much, breathe too heavily etc...This one MUST STICK!!! Love to you and your fella,you really do deserve this, gotta go now as winging again!

Really, I love you girls so much, you're the best ever. I really dont know what I would have done without you. You've had to put up with me whinging and moaning about DP and my crappy PCOS cycles, I just don't think I would be where I am now if I hadn't met you all. Mumsnet can be quite a lonely place at times but you girls are just the loveliest! I can't wait for us all to meet up!

DS was up at 5.30 this morning. I did put him in bed at 4pm yesterday and he was so out for the count when I was going to wake him at 5pm that I left him. I think he's much better today

im back from camping and whilst it rained most of the time it was really good and relaxing

well AF arrived in style this morning so back to cd1 for me but the silver lining is my lp seems to have lengthened to 12 days from 10 so at least my body seems to be sorting itself out i have my specialised thyroid scan tomorrow morning as one is alot bigger than the other which may explain my recent difficulties in that area so hopefully they will find out whats going on and fix it so i can start feeling better
hope everyone is doing well il catch up properly tomorrow after my appointment

either way spaghettiarms you are a welcome addition to our troupe we are all POAS addicts here so no early testing is shocking (especially seeing as how a few of us have been known to POAS not long after AFs arrival which is not only far too early in the cycle but a little silly too BTW i am one of those and i apologise )
anywho how do you go about your cycles? do you temp or use OPKs? how long have you been on the TTC wagon? just in case you didnt know we have a list of our details if you want to go on it thats not a mandatory thing in any way but you can keep track of your cycles etc (and we can be nosy aswell) anywho...enough of my rambling welcome

Sparkly Hope you had a glorious time on the yacht!! My party was quite good fun. The costumes went down well, particularly DF as Fairy Godmother!

We spent Sunday with our friends who have moved to the countryside. They have a little 6 month old called Felix who I monopolised for the day! He was so smiley and sweet
