Lovely looking chart there sparkly

I think my ovulation prediction was wrong after all. My temp has dropped back down again.
I don't think ovulation at this time in my cycle would have been much good anyway. I'd be really interested to know when in my cycle I conceived DS. I really wouldn't know when AF came before getting my BFP. I only tested cos I was going to the GP's about my constant absent AF's and knew he would ask me to test anyway. I was about 7 weeks by that time, I'll never know.

It was Phoebe's 1st night at the Fruity household last night and she did very well smile] She's just so damn cute

Fruity Sorry to hear your cycle is still teasing you hun. Pheobe has arrived, you'll have to post some new photo's when she's settled in, bet your DS is really excited about her. Loving the "hot air balloon" idea too, sounds really unusual and creative, I think you should steal it
Yarnie How did it all go yesterday?
Emmsy Thanks for the explanation, very descriptive, unfortunately starting to doubt I will ever experience anything pg-related
Sparkly In case I forget to tell you later in the week, good luck with Race for Life, I'm sure you'll do really well, but hoping for a BFP for you before then

Well I stupidly gave in and tested this morning BFN I really had convinced myself (more than usual) that I was, only to be proved yet again that I wasn't. Now only got one more cycle before EDD for m/c really honestly thought we'd be pg before then and I'm absolutely gutted we're not. Had a cry in the toilets at work this morning, hate myself for trying to talk myself into being pg, having to tell everyone I've got bad hayfever now! Sorry to moan

mibbes · 30/06/2008 11:47

Sparkly chart is looking good missus ! when do you plan to test ?
Fruity sorry for your evil cycles - you must've been so when you got BFP with DS ! What a lovely surprise, let's hope something similar happens this time around
Mollie so sorry for BFN hun, but don't give up all hope until TEW comes - you are still not due yet and I got BFNs until 15dpo, so there is still hope {{hugs}} xx
Emmsy hello missus ! Sorry you and DH have been agruing but hurray for random cash windfall hope there is a wee bit left over for some 'Emmsy-shopping' !

Yarnie · 30/06/2008 12:46

Hi All. I'm going to have to read through all your updates when I've settled down after all the clearing up. Just taking a coffee break from it at the moment!

The party was great. I had a few glasses of wine, which I'm a bit annoyed at myself for, but nevermind. DF had rather more than a few glasses and was rather the worse for wear. We didn't BD last night or this morning as he asn't up to it, and I'm expecting to ov tomorrow, so that's also a bit irritating. Oh well, we'll get some in this evening and hope for the best.

Catch up with you all later...

Fruity Sorry PCOS is playing you up again. Not long until your consultation though so keep your chin up. Glad kitty is doing well.
Mollie Thanks for the good luck...I'll need it! Sorry about BFN but it isn't over for you yet. Anymore symptoms from you HCB?
Mibbes Thanks for popping in. How are you feeling? Will be testing all week and will no doubt get a string of BFNs.
Yarnie Glad the party was a success. Don't feel bad about the wine...you haven't OV'd yet and you can't put your life on hold whilst TTC.

MollieMooma · 30/06/2008 14:26

Sparkly Still got sore (.)(.) funny twinges in my tummy and peeing like a racehorse today, probably just means I've got a bladder infection

SparklyPiliPala · 30/06/2008 14:35

Mollie Snap...Pg symptoms are too similar to other things. It makes symptom spotting very easy. Is AF due tomorrow?

MollieMooma · 30/06/2008 15:07

Yes unfortunately x

MollieMooma · 30/06/2008 15:09

ei AF is due tomorrow. I love the way cats just pick their owners, it makes you feel special when they pick you but they can be fickle things, if someone else starts feeding them they will up and leave. We had a cat acquire us as his new owners stayed 3 months then disappeared and left us heartbroken! I hope things work out for you and the new moggy, have you thought of a name for him if he comes back to you? How did the race go? Really hope you caught the egg this time

QueenyEisGotTheBall · 30/06/2008 16:54

mollie DD has taken to calling him barney so now we have tigger and barney the race went really well we power walked it (me and my best friend) and my sister spent the entire time asking us to slow down and moaning about her legs!! she is so unfit and had to call in sick to work today as her legs are "so painful" personally i think shes putting it on a bit but she can carry on with it as me and my friend are supposedly more unfit that she is and we are fine!! (shes thinner and therefore in her eyes fitter) we are definitely goin to do it next year too and hoping to jog/run it too i wanted to do it again when we had finished
i really hjope AF stays away for you and you get a nice shiny BFP in a few days time
xx ei xx

MollieMooma · 30/06/2008 17:01

EI Barnie - love it! I bet you were loving it that you were "fitter" than your "fit" thinner sister LOL Hope your legs are still OK tomorrow, I usually find it's always 2 days later that it affects me. Nice hot bath me thinks!

MollieMooma · 30/06/2008 19:35

Right can someone please tell me what a knob I'm being! I've now decided that because I tested one day early with a 10mIU/ml not 20 that I could possibly still be pg Also please tell me to step away from the two tests that I bought from Tesco on the way home from work tonight. I just know that if I test in the morning AF will arrive within the hour guaranteed! What is wrong with me this month!! I need a really good slapping, someone please oblige!!

cricri · 30/06/2008 20:51

Mollie Sorry to hear about BFN this morning, but as everybody else said, it's not over until TEW arrives! Stay away from the tests until you're actually late Can you get DH to hide them somewhere?
Fingers crossed for you and for Sparkly too.
Fruity How is Phoebe settling in? You'll have to post some pictures on your profile Kittens are great - we had hours of fun when our cat was little. Can't believe he's going to be 6 in a couple of weeks' time!
Ei Sounds like Barney has definitely adopted you and it's great that you've had him treated for his injuries poor thing. Congratulations on completing the Race for Life too
Hope everybody else is OK.

Yarnie · 01/07/2008 07:15

Hi everyone. Looks like it's going to be a boiler today. Hope you all get a chance to enjoy it.

Sparkly How's it looking today? Any excitingly high temps or new symptoms?

Emmsy Lot's of luck with the party! It sounds like one huge enterprise! We didn't do enough preparation in advance, but it sounds like you have it all sorted

Mollie Sorry for the BFN - really hope AF stays away from you today. Try and keep away from the HPTs!

Fruity Glad you had a good time at the wedding. We lit those hot air balloons at the memorial service for a late friend of ours. We wrote memories of her and then let the balloons go in St James Park. I think they're a lovely idea.

Hope you get some positive signs from your cycle soon

Ei Glad to hear you think you've ov'd and well done on the Race for Life. I did it a couple of years ago and enjoyed it - after the event(!)

I got a good ov dip today which is moderately exciting as I haven't had one before. DF and I even managed to BD this morning. Another 2ww looms!

How is everyone this morning?

CriCri & Yarnie It's too late I tested again this morning, I don't know what's wrong with me I'm not normally like this, I don't normally test, just wait for AF. Well this morning I got a faint faint very faint +ve after 5 mins, so not really any wiser. It wasn't quiet a hold it up to the light and squint through one eye, DH could see it too, but now I've just got to be patient and wait to see if AF arrives or not. I'm such a nightmare!

Yarnie · 01/07/2008 09:36

Mollie How exciting! Maybe the unusual urge to test was for a reason! When will you test again if AF doesn't show up?

MollieMooma · 01/07/2008 09:57

Probably tomorrow as I have no patience, I even stupidly thought about getting a digital one at lunchtime, please slap me

SparklyPiliPala · 01/07/2008 10:02

Morning all,
Fruity How was temp today? How is P?
Ei Your new addition sounds lovely. I was pg within 1 month of getting our first cat so fingers crossed that the same will happen for you and fruity. Lots of luck to you this month.
Mollie LOL...I typed a message last night which said TEST TEST TEST but didn't want to encourage you and be a bad influence so I didn't post it . Are you going to test again today? I'd love this to be your month. Lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of bean dust to you.
Yarnie Ow, looks like OV for you. How exciting. Are you looking forward to another 2WW?
Cricri Thanks for crossing your fingers for me. How are you feeling?
Mibbes and Emmsy I have a love/hate relationship with this part of the 2WW. I keep thinking too much about my chart and the 'what ifs' but know that AF will arrive as she always does.

OOOh Mollie sounds very promising - it sounds a wee bnit as if 'you just know' this month - fingers crossed for a darker, more conclusive line soon
Sparkly have you tested yet ?
Ei good on you doing the 5K and I hope that "new cat, new baby" is a true variation on the "new house new baby" quote !
Yarnie get busy lady !
I am well - 18 weeks now, no definite movement, just a few twinges of possible baby kick... belly is expanding at quite a speed now !

cricri · 01/07/2008 13:27

Mollie Sounds very exciting Fingers crossed for you! If you've bought your digital test there's to be no using it until tomorrow morning
Mibbes Good to "see" you I had the same as you at around 18 weeks - some baby twinges and a rapidly expanding belly. The belly seems to be expanding less rapidly now thank goodness. Twinges are getting stronger but no real kicks as far as I can tell.
I still feel really tired (not helped by the fact I didn't sleep well last night with the hot weather). My doula recommended Black strap molasses to help ease the tiredness so I duly bought some today - ugh! How disgusting is that stuff?! I think it's going to go in the compost bin because I really don't think I can eat it. I barely managed a quarter of a teaspoon... Just the thought of it is making me feel sick!
Hope everybody else is OK - fingers crossed for all those on the 2WW and coming up to testing time

MollieMooma · 01/07/2008 14:01

I was a good girl and didn't get the digital, I've decided to wait, might do the Tesco one I've got left tomorrow if AF doesn't turn up.

QueenyEisGotTheBall · 01/07/2008 14:39

hi ladies
mollie i soooo hope this is YOUR month!!! a bfp no matter how faint it is IS a bfp!!! fingers crossed for tomorrow

xx ei xx

SparklyPiliPala · 01/07/2008 16:43

Well I just tested with a first response and got a BFN...couldn't wait any longer. I'm sure I could see a line though (if I squinted and turned the test into the light) but DP couldn't so it was prob just wishful thinking!! I might test again tomorrow and then for the rest of the week...oops!! I should hopefully be getting my 21 day blood results tomorrow if I can get an appointment with the GP.
Mibbes Slap my wrists pleaasseee!! 18 weeks feel as though they have flown by. Are you taking pics of your bump to put in a baby book?
Cricri I've never heard of black strap molasses. I was very tired when pregnant with DD. Is it supposed to give you energy?
Mollie You're doing so well. Any news from you?
Ei Any news on Barney?
