Hope it’s not too early to start this! For anyone trying in May, and “out” for April.

By some miracle I did fall pregnant this month after over a year TTC but it ended in a chemical just before 5 weeks. I’d tried some new things last cycle (inc baby aspirin and L’arginine, using preseed and doing a daily morning walk!) so going to try all of that again this month and keep my fingers crossed 🤞🏻 don’t know when I’ll ovulate yet but I imagine it’ll be right at the end of April…

Hope you're having a lovely long weekend!

Just wanted some line eyes please 🙏 I tested yesterday (9DPO) and was a BFN, as had the last couple of days! Today's test (10DPO) had a very faint line, which you can see more in person than in a photo. I'll upload the two tests side by side to compare.

I have a clear blue early detection digital that I will do tomorrow. One of the reasons I'm testing so early is that I have an underactive thyroid, which I discussed with my GP pre TTC and was advised to up my meds by 50% as soon as I have a positive test...

I think I'll up them from today as a precaution but any opinions on today's test welcomed 😊

I see a very faint line, hopefully will get stronger by tonight/tomorrow morning. Good luck xx

@ChaE05 thank you! And no, no symptoms prior to the test. I was very calm and relaxed about symptom spotting and approach this month. Had a few drinks in the TWW (didn’t get drunk but didn’t abstain) and didn’t google obsessively.

Thank you all ladies 😊 DH refuses to indulge my early testing 😅 and will only accept a digital result, so it's really helpful to be able to check with all of you!

I have zero chill and have already tested again! Going to enjoy this feeling while it lasts and try not to obsess too much..famous last words 🙃

For anyone else in the TWW, I have had no symptoms at all, despite looking out for any signs!

I hope so, I don’t feel we are BD enough but I don’t tell DP when fertile window etc as it puts too much pressure.

@Iris2024 I know what you mean. I think of all the times I've said no cause I'm too tired or can't be bothered. All the pressure is on them to perform and it is hard. Hopefully the sperm were sitting there waiting when the egg was released 🤞🏻

It got to a point with us where the sex wasn’t even fun anymore, become more of a chore. Was so pressuring and he’d say no because of how much he worked or wasn’t in the mood and I used to get really shit*y over it, because I knew we lost our chance for that month. am I the only one that felt this way?

Same here @ttcjourney20001 he said no one of the days last month which is rare for him. He was exhausted and he looked it. I bit my tongue but I could feel the frustration. We also missed Friday night cause we had a row over cleaning the kitchen 🙃 that's the other side of TTC, if you have an argument what do you do?!

No I completely understand, my boyfriend used to say no a lot because he’s a lorry driver and works nights so only see him in the morning or for 20 minutes after work before he has to leave. You can imagine the stress and frustration. There’s been a few occasions that within my fertile window he’s said no and I’ve full on argued with him over it, I don’t mean to but it’s because we’ve been so desperate to conceive. It’s the not to pretty side of TTC. Stress just overcomes everything and tensions rise it’s not great. I’ve lost my sh*t about it a few times but it can’t be helped

@ttcjourney20001 you've summarised it perfectly - it's the not too pretty side of TTC. My DP is starting a new job in a couple of weeks and it'll be a mix of days and nights which will make things more tricky. So I may be sharing your frustration soon. It's just crap to have to plan sex and it's very hard to keep up the spontaneity.

I totally get you @ttcjourney20001. We had an argument the other day over TTC and trying to hit the window. And I get that there's pressure for him, but there's also pressure for us.

Currently in the throws of waiting for ovulation currently CD10, had 4 days HF using Clear Blue Digitals. Supposed to ovulate on CD 13 according to Premom.
