Hi Moos!! Bad luck on the teething front . I think a virtual mediced party would be better than calpol - not point sticking with the soft stuff . Was just thinking this morning that I must get piccy of our my dh up on facebook!! Keep on reminding me!

happynappies · 22/05/2008 10:14

Hi all - despite my courageous attempts to stick head in sand and believe I am pg, I think AF has arrived today, so thats me out for another month. Bah. Despite telling myself I wasn't going to get all worked up about it, have been frantic for two weeks, and now am in denial. DH totally realistic about it, but me... writing here makes it real! Next window around 3rd ish of June, so wagons roll again!

Moosma · 22/05/2008 10:18

Sorry about AF happy, there's going to be quite a few of us at it next month it seems!

CD71 for me today, I'm going to give it another week and if still no definite signs of OV/AF I'm going to go to the Dr.

Diege · 22/05/2008 10:22

cd 71!!!! Moosma!! You must be v. not knowing what's going on.
Happy, sorry about af , but 3rd June isn;t far away .

Moosma · 22/05/2008 10:24

Morning everyone,

Nat, I am so happy for you!

PMSL at all last nights convos, we are a dirty lot on here!!

Squack, I am a covert MNer at work! Everytime someone goes for a cigarette break I pop online quickly and always have a little surf at lunch. Well if they can have a break why not me . Oh and as for the HEing can I ask what made you do it? I am half contemplating this for my children that I do not even have yet, it is def something I plan to fully investigate. Thanks to the HE threads on here, I do actually feel like it is a real option to be considered. Also, from personal experience (I was off school for all of year 11 sick, so did small amounts of HE when my health allowed) I also know that learning at home is so much quicker, easier, fulfilling and challenging then school. Still it would be a brave step to actually choose HE over school (rather than end up HEing as a result of bad schooling) mainly due to the fact that you are going against the grain.

Happy birthday to Diege for the weekend in case I forget. Mays a great month fr a birthday (it was mine at the weekend ) so I might have to change my age on our list. Not that I have seen the list recently.

Moos, CD71! OMG that it long and I moan about having cycle of 31-38 days. Its gonna be another long one again this month as I seemed to have ov on CD25.

Hi to everyone else

glaskham · 22/05/2008 11:22

Hey everyone....I dont think i'll be on here any more.... things have broken down with my friends and i'm not helping them any more.

Diege · 22/05/2008 11:32

Oh Glaskham, I'm so sorry for you . Don't want to pry, but when/if you want to talk about it we are all here for you.

Off out to do the dreaded e-bay PO run, but back 4ish

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 22/05/2008 11:33

Am back, he is asleep

Glaskham, what's happened?

Teuch · 22/05/2008 11:36

Glaskham - just reiterating Diege's words. Come back and talk about it if you need to. But sorry to see you go.

glaskham · 22/05/2008 11:37

i found they'd been keeping things from me, that would have severely changed my mind about helping them... so not only are the things bothering me abotu helpign them but i feel there is no trust there either!! its a good job i found out now thoguh as it would have been much worse if i was pregnant!!

my 'friend' sent me an email last night saying i've taken their chance of a baby away from them, she feels like theres no point in living, she feels as bad as she did when her mum died. Loads of things to make me feel shit for hurting them, but better to hurt them now than hurt myself by just putting up with things out of obligation!!

Playingthewaitinggame · 22/05/2008 11:38

Hi Nat, how you feeling today?

Glaskham, whats gone wrong?

Moos, am liking your ammendments to the list!

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 22/05/2008 11:39

and for you.

How dare she do that? How awful. Are you OK?

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 22/05/2008 11:40

I'm great thanks Playing Well, apart from feeling bad for Glaskham now, I can't believe it.

Moosma · 22/05/2008 11:40

Wow Glaskham, she sounds like a right nutter! I'm sure she's upset that you didn't get pg this month, but it's hardly your fault!!! and after you were trying to help them in such a big big way! I am gobsmacked!

Playingthewaitinggame · 22/05/2008 11:42

x post Glaskham, really sorry things havent owrked out, but as you said its much better to find out know than later. Imagine who awful u would feel if you were already pg!

glaskham · 22/05/2008 11:46

yeah!! its like she's not even aware of how i feel about what they did. I'm certain the things they have said to me are trying to make me feel guilty, but surely they wouldn't want me to carry their baby now they know how little i trust them now anyway!!

DH agree's with me that its the best thing to do!!

And i can understand if she's upset, but there are lots of other surrogates, and maybe they need to learn that somethign as important as giving someone your biological child means being 100% open and honest!!

Diege · 22/05/2008 11:46

Echo what others have said Glaskhan - better you've found out now, but still must hurt lots

glaskham · 22/05/2008 11:48

and dont feel upset for me, please!! I feel better now than i have in a few weeks now!! got my first unbroken nights sleep in 3 weeks, and fel like i've had a massive weight lifted off me!! its kick started me into properly gettign fit and shedding some weight....so maybe i could stick around as an honourary ttlw (trying to loose weight) member!!
