2DPO 12th Jan - anyone with me?

As the title says, I’m 2DPO on 12th January and TTC baby no.2. Feeling chilled at the moment as it’s 1st cycle and it took 4 months last time. Going to try and hold out from testing early!

I am unfortunately out. Very light pink spotting when I wiped this morning and I now have mild cramps.

going to BD a lot more next month as only did it the day before my peak this time!

I got negatives at 9DPO, I waited until 11DPO

What dpo were you both?

I'm 10dpo today (I think, although might be 9!) Not testing today as I'm in the office all day and won't get home till late but might cave tomorrow....

I'm 11DPO. I got negatives at 9DPO and didn't test yesterday and waited until 11DPO. I wish I had just waited until today!

I got a faint line yesterday at 9DPO, so today's test is 10dpo - still early so wasn't holding out much hope for a BFP, was a nice surprise 😊

@Aandk64 and @maple1234 congratulations! Hoping you have a healthy happy pregnancy.

@Babydust82 Sorry to hear AF has started for you but makes sense to BD more as ovulation is tricky to pin down exactly.

I tested with an FRER today and big fat BFN. It's 10/11 DPO. AF is due Sat so I wont bother testing unless she doesn't arrive. My cervix is hard now which I think means period is due so not holding out hope. In good news my fever has broken and I feel more human.

10DPO and a BFN, but I am having symptoms so who knows... probably just imagining it and AF will rudely appear

I gave in and tested this morning at 9dpo expecting a completely blank test. Well I can't tell if what I can see has colour or if I'm just seeing where a line should be. It's not even worth posting the picture if it screws with the resolution. So that's me wondering for the next 24hrs. I knew it wasn't really worth it but since someone somewhere on the website has had a positive at 9dpo it was worth a try. Any experience with the easy at home tests because I've not used them before. I have a frer waiting if I see something tomorrow or Wednesday

@Esssa I have never had any kind of a line before 10/11DPO - not out yet!

Oh I know I'm not out yet @MakeMeJuno it's just clear as mud. Serves me right for being impatient! 😂

@Esssa know the feeling - I also caved and tested despite knowing it wouldn't show and now convinced I am imagining all my symptoms!! it's such a rollercoaster and time goes sooooo slowly

@MakeMeJuno I'm also stuck at home today as my car is grounded until it gets some power steering fluid so not even the chaos of soft play to distract me. Doing my best not to symptom spot which is actually easier than not poas!

Have you taken a picture that looks like a photo negative, it helps you see the lines better if you have line eyes.

@Aandk64 I've tried to turn it negative but could only find a black and white filter. I'll have to have another look. I can see it. It came up in the time frame. But does it have colour or am I seeing an evap/indent.

I can see something. This was mine at 9DPO which was positive today (11DPO)

I can see something on your picture, I've changed it to a negative for you bur can't see a line.. might be too weak to show up though. Have you got any other brands and easy at home have had some bad batches recently showing false positives, I had one last month so swapped to another brand off Amazon. Fingers crossed for you.

@Aandk64 thank you. It's definitely a test again tomorrow in a few days. I thought I had some one step left but can't find them. I've a frer but not using that until I think there's a point. Which is slightly counter productive since they are the most sensitive!

I'm out. Blood on wiping this afternoon, which means i guess we'll try again next month. Beyond gutted even though it's only attempt number 2.

Ladies I feel absolutely horrendous this evening - fatigue, low level nausea, pounding headache and slightly stuffy nose. 10DPO and BFN still... what do we think? Am I just coming down with something or is this weird symptoms?! Surely if it was pregnancy related I would ahve enough hcg for a pos test...

I know nobody can tell me but just feels better to get it out of my head...

I think this only works when you do the negative/invert colour on the actual test as the glow reflects from the actual HCG and not a photo of the HCG.

@Esssa if you google how to invert a photo on your specific phone, you'll find out how to do it. Then take a photo of your test and invert it. Don't need an app. If you can see a line that glows like control, it's HCG, not an evap/indent.
