2DPO 12th Jan - anyone with me?

As the title says, I’m 2DPO on 12th January and TTC baby no.2. Feeling chilled at the moment as it’s 1st cycle and it took 4 months last time. Going to try and hold out from testing early!

Morning everyone, I’m going away for work today until Thursday night so that will help pass some of this waiting time! Then away for a meal Friday night so will be 8dpo when that’s all done 👏is anyone going to test early?

Morning, Can you give me your honest thoughts, please? Is it too early to see a line at 5dpo (maybe 4) what do you think of the below? 🤞🙏

I'm afraid I can't see anything, but 4/5DPO is too early in any case - earliest that implantation occurs (to my understanding) is 5DPO and it takes a while for hCG to reach a level of being detectable.

Really annoyingly, I'm not clear on when/if I've ovulated - normally I get a clear rise on my BBT, but this cycle is seems to be slowly creeping up. My charting app has decided today that maybe I ovulated on Saturday, so 4DPO, but I think more likely 3DPO. If I have ovulated, it's clearly a crap egg, so no point getting optimistic about this cycle.

I have a progesterone blood test on its way to me in the post, so I guess we'll see.

I know I am really early but this line (Which is probably false positive) is keeping me going.. after 2 miscarriages it's really hard not to cling on to these hopes (Weather false hopes of not, if that makes sense) Just wishful thinking.. time will tell I guess x

Hi can I join you? I'm 36 ttc#3 and on cycle#3. I'm 3dpo today and just wishing the time away. I've usually got a 12 day luteal phase so will be testing at 10dpo if I can hold out that long. Had a weird one this month. Went straight from period days to fertile window. Usually I get 4-5 clear days in-between so nearly missed my peak opk!

Hi, I'm 6dpo. Just turned 35 ttc 1st child.
Hoping 3rd time lucky after 2 miscarriages in the past 6 months (Surgery for one). After my first mc I was really traumatised and convinced it would happen again (which it did). This time I have more hope of success - not sure why. Keeping my fingers crossed for everyone.
I've never tested before my period was due but bought some early strips this time...

Hi, I’m 4dpo today. TTC #2 at 36. First cycle trying so not expecting much. I’m trying to not get stressed / excited and be relaxed but it’s so hard isn’t it! I forgot how hard the TWW is. Good luck to everyone trying x

Hi ladies! I’m 2 dpo today so keen to join 😊 I’m definitely a symptom spotter and an early tester. Tested positive with my son at 9 dpo. Been having problems with false positives on easy at home tests or chemical pregnancies the last 2 months so I’ve bought some wondfo to try!

I’m TTC baby number 2, my son is 18 months old.

I definitely see a line on that bottom test.

@TTCbabytwo2 Don't tell me that about the easy at home tests. I've just got a bundle this cycle of opk and hcg tests. In their favour they are better opks than the one step tests I had before. They never seemed to colour up properly. I do have a 2 pack of frer in the cupboard too but I won't waste an expensive test until I think I see something on a cheapie.

How is everyone? Back from my work trip now and feeling really close to finding out. App says i’m 7dpo and I usually have a short luteal phase - 10/11 days. I know it’s only first month of trying but it’s now on my mind A LOT! I was meant to try being chilled about it….

Yes and it were negative - Holding out now until weekend then will start testing again.. I think i'm making up symptoms too.. I keep getting hot flushes, back ache for the past 4 days, tired etc the list goes on.. it's torture.. I'm only 6/7 DPO

I'm exactly the same! First proper month TTC, 7DPO and last month AF came 10DPO. When are you thinking of testing?

I know what you mean, and little thing can make you think it may be baby related. We may not have even implanted yet if this is our month! No symptoms for me yet, I’m more than expecting AF just to show up in a few days as I don’t often get cramps before it comes

ahh we are in this together! If my AF doesn’t show up on Monday morning I’ll try to remember to do a cheapy test first thing in the morning. Are you going to test early? I did get a positive at 9dpo with my first baby and that’s the first day i tested

That early positive was on a FRER though. I now trust them to be the most reliable but have avoided buying them so far as I found the chemical pregnancy pretty tough last time

Ah I bet that was really tough for you. I am thinking either Sunday (9DPO) or Tuesday (11DPO) if AF hasn't arrived. I have really long commute and day in the office Monday and don't want to find out that morning either way!

I'm 5dpo and waiting out till Wednesday I think which would be 10dpo. Unless I cave on Tuesday but it's not worth checking any earlier than that really.

Anyone testing this weekend?!
I'm 9dpo and negative today. Never tested pre period though so not disheartened yet as still early..
