hi sparkly i was ill then couldnt decided whether to discard them or leave them

If you were ill then discard them and see what FF does.

When you discard the 2 highest temps I think you'll get OV lines tomorrow (if your temp is high again)...maybe someone else can confirm this because I still don't know that much about temping.

i have discarded them hasnt made any difference
i am going with ovulation cd36 so 2dpo

If you have another high temp tomorrow then you'll be right.

OOh JB crossed posts. I was originally having a private scan today but cancelled it as my parents aren't coming to visit tonight anymore.
Am really glad we cancelled it now as have had a migraine since yesterday - getting better now but off work. NHS scan is 2 weeks on Fri ! Do you have a date yet ?

once it goes up in mornig i am stoppingtemping for this cycle
we gof cds 8,10,16,21,25,27,28,30 and 33 so hope we did it close enough to ovulation to catch egg

Mibbes Scan isn't far away at all. Your pg seems to be going so fast. I think it always seems to go much quicker for everyone else than it does for you. My temp this month is higher than it was last month. The next 7 days will drag.....

Sparkly ooh I hope your high temps are a sign of a BFP winging its way to you Fingers crossed.
tink even if your temp drops a small amount and it stays above coverline you should get lines. Why are you stopping temping when you get lines ? The post-ov temps are the most important as they can tell you if PG or AF on her way, it seems a shame to miss out on this info given you have put so much effort in this cycle so far.

I cant be bothered to update my temp today. No point. Sparkly Ei and I had a lovely time together. The kids played very nicely, DS loved the attention from the two gorgeous girls

My ferning thingy has died. I think the battery is gone and I cant work out how to change it so I'll have to buy a new one. Not sure I will though. I'm putting my energy to good use by helping my friend look for a buggy

so according to my FF chart i havent oved yet but who knows!! my body is really trying its best to confuse me these past few months but hey ho at least i can get pissed when i go and see the BACKSTREET BOYS!!![GRIN] a week on wednesday!! woohoo (am i too old to be this excited??) thats all bettin on an anovulatory cycle and no AF by then but i dont know!! i might get sloshed anyway and incite sods law to give me a BFP

What does it mean when FF gives you a white dot instead of a blue one? I couldn't sleep so took my temp at 5.10am instead of 6.00am and I told FF that I was sleep deprived. It then gave me a white dot?

Does the temp count under those circumstances? I had been half asleep for about half an hour before I took the temp . It was still well above cover line but had dropped from yesterday. (36.71)

Also I have cramps today and couldn't help myself and did a cheapy peice of paper test, and surprise surprise it was a bfn. . However, my (.)(.)s really hurt, I swear alot more than ususal . AF is due tomorrow based on my previous calculations....Any white dot explanations gratefully recieved.

Busy day for me today so checking in early. Slept really well last night but dreamt of my ex and I woke up feeling really urgh..we split up 5 years a go and have remained really good friends. He's living in London now and has a new girlfriend and since then he hasn't contacted me and i'm not going to chase him to ask him when he will come to visit etc. Men are useless.
Bucky I got a white dot when I noted sleep deprived so the white dot is because of that. You could use the temp corrector to adjust your temp slightly because you took it earlier. Really hope your temp stays high tomorrow.

bucky As sparkly said you can correct your temp using the temp correcter tool. Click on data on the left hand lilac column and the temp correcter is at the bottom on the drop down menu thing. We all know the stats on early testing so just ignore that BFN. Mibbes had a BFN before her BFP.

mibbes Not long till your scan now! How many weeks will you be at the scan? I got my date through yesterday for the first week in June.

JB yippee for getting scan date ! I am both excited and fearful of my scan, but from what I have read on the PG boards that is very normal.
Bucky you get the white dot to denote that temp is not consistent with others - i.e. sleep deprived and you took it earlier than normal which will explain why it was lower. It is actually still very high so I wouldn't be too concerned atall - and as JB said I had a BFNs when tested too early too. Wait and see what happens tomorrow... good luck !
