Still 2 weeks til my gynae appt. You should definitely go to your GP mollie. I have realised you have to push them for what you want. And I know I have PCOS so it can only get better.

Well Emmsy (I agree, cracking name!!) I am holding off on the celebrations as FR says BFP but CB digital says BFN going to retest on Monday to see what is going on

Congrats Emma I didn't think you could get a false positive, fingers crossed you get a another bfp soon.

Given the noise dd2 was making tonight from the moment we walked in the door until she went to bed, I think I must be mad to want a dc3, but I still do..... house musn't be noisy or untidy enough with 2dd's

Congratulations Emma. I'm amazed you've not done about 10 tests by now. I think with one bfp and one bfn I'd be doing a 'best of 3' or something. You've clearly got more patience and more sense than me!

We've been bd'ing on the 'right' days so now am into the two weeks wait. I'm convinced they were the right days because my body tells me when I'm ovulating each month by giving me uncomfortable cramps for a few hours as well as EWCM. Anyone else experienced this? I had promised myself that as this is first cycle of TTC then I really wouldn't get my hopes up and would not let ttc occupy all my thoughts as it did when we were ttc for dc1. I'm already thinking of baby names!! Has anyone else got an overactive imagination like mine? I'm my own worse enemy sometimes.

I have had to tell myself not to test again today as I really can't handle another BFN

WOW emma congrats on your BFP dont worry about the BFN on the CBD as they are notoriously not sensitive give it a day or 2 and you will get a nice big fat positive on another brand
HC i am 8 cycles in and i still imagine symptoms and have chosen my baby names we all do it i think so you are certainly not alone good luck

emma now lady you know it is silly to use anythin other than FMU (first morning urine) for early testing i got a BFP and 2 BFNs before i got a strong BFP when i was preggers with DD she is 2 and a half now so dont be too down hearted about your bfns xx you cant get a false positive but you CAN get a false negative so give it a day or 2 and you will get your BFP

Thanks Ei you've cheered me up a little! DP is useless, he is a typical bloke just telling me to wait to see the doctor on Monday! But I am going to wait now, only going to use FMU definately not tomorrow, maybe Sunday but definately Monday!

Fingers crossed I get some good news!

i would definitely wait until sunday to test and make sure you take a FMU sample to the docs as he/she may be able to do an EPT there and then good luck with testing hunny xxx

Were busy tomorrow and I want a lie in so that should prevent me from testing tomorrow!

Emma FMU FMU You are naughty you know you should only use FMU and look what happened when you did BFP! Good luck with resisting temptation to test again tomorrow morning (I know I would give in and do it!) But as everyone else has said you can't get a false positive so I will whisper congratulations hun x x

I know mollie I know, FMU! but it is so hard when you just want to re-test...waiting 24 hours is not easy!! And I got my BFP at 5pm but a BFN with FMU?! My mind is officially boggled!

EI and HC I also have ideas beyond the present day, can imagine symptoms even two or three days after BD..... i never thought I had a definate idea of what i wanted ... but maybe there was something lurking in the back of my mind all along!

Well - I haven't been able to stop myself using my CBFM and have gone from a low yesterday morning to a peak this morning. Is anyone else using the CBFM and is it weird to not get a high inbetween?

We didn't have sex last night of this morning and I am worrying we missed the boat. HAd sex on Wednesday.

Dammit I just can't give up can I?
